Dude! My Baconator only had one small sad piece of bacon tucked inside. It was just an "ator". No bueno. :/ The service is fine, everyone is friendly, but this place is on a downhill run. My kids enjoy it, but I'm about to veto it going forward unless something changes for the better.

Quality service that doesn't cut corners!!

In a world full of circles... When you think of a traditional burgers shape, what shape comes to mind? If you guessed round, you guessed right! But what if everything you thought to be true (or right) was actually wrong?? Dun..Dun...Dun!!! For instance, what if your pizza showed up in a triangular box, was square-shaped, but sliced into circles. Ok, ok that's just wrong and quite frankly, every pizza lovers worst nightmare. Let's get back on track, shall we... -------------------------------------------------- According to the companies spokesperson, the reason why Wendy's burgers are square is because Dave Thomas (Wendy's founder) "wanted to make sure that the patty sticks out of the bun so that everyone can see it, see the juiciness." And according to that same spokesperson, There's also a more symbolic reason: "The square burger represents a fast-food chain that refuses to cut corners." Well, I don't know about you, but I believe Dave Thomas was onto something and I will gladly stand in any corner (all 4 of their square burgers corners) of a brand that doesn't cut corners or try to conform just to fit in. --------------------------------------------------- What I love about Wendy's is their commitment to quality and the nostalgia of flavor that separates the rounds from the squares. For myself, a simple Dave's single will be just fine. That, a medium fry & coke and I'm a happy camper. I came here recently with one of my buddies and he put my single patty to shame. Him and his triple patty baconator; I'm just glad my CPR card was valid in case he went into cardiac arrest. In all seriousness, this location has provided great service with every visit, consistent quality of food, and quick service via the drive-thru. Thank you Dave and his daughter Wendy for staying true to your roots since 1969! And In a world full of circles... Be a Square!!

Don't eat here unless you want diarrhea, terrible food handling practices. I am still sick to my stomach almost 24 hours later.

I understand why they use a stick with a key to use them but the sanitary function of that is already a minus for me. Food: quite expensive for what I got!!!!honestly way below Average, they recommended the patty melt and it was subpar to say the least, very greasy and un flavorful, too much cheese I couldn't finish both half's when normally I do at any other place. The fry's were ok. The fountain drinks, very messy and not clean Staff: very welcoming and helpful, fast service. Seating area: many places to sit mostly booths ,again aesthetically not very pleasing but looked clean and plenty of space to sit. I risked it and tried this place out of no recommendation other than stopping by and I don't think I will Be back. Maybe some of their other items are good but I will pass on this place. Great staff though. I have moved this up to 3 stars solely because the response to my feed back was well received and that alone speaks highly of making an attempt to help their restaurant to be better. The goal is not to just criticize or review for the sake of reviewing but to actually help businesses and which comes full circle both for customers and business owners. Thanks to the reply I may give it another shot for the burgers if I am in the area and in hungry!

It's always a packed line and people usually in the front ordering and filling up their eating area, I'd recommend grab and go here. The burgers are amazing, big in size, taste better than fast food style, more like the entry level restaurants. I'm a big fan of their fries and fried Zucchini. Got the onion rings this time, it's always overflowing in portion to the serving sleeve. Decided to switch up the Lava Burger with the Fish Burger, it's good to go! Didn't order a shake this time but usually do, they're big servings and the same quality as the rest of the menu. If you're in the surrounding area looking for drive-thru, consider trying this place out. Makes a quick meal seem more satisfying than chain establishments.

We ordered two colossal burgers, regular fries, and chili cheese fries. My burger did not come with cheese as I had asked, so I went up and grabbed a slice and added it myself. Not a huge deal, but it did take away from the experience a bit. The pastrami was great, the burger had a lot of flavor, and their ranch definitely passed the test. The biggest issue here is the parking. The lot is very small, and once a rush hits, you are stuck. We sat there for about 30 minutes trying to get out, and my boyfriend ended up going through the drive-thru line just to exit. It was pretty frustrating. That is really my only gripe, though. I am sure we will be back.

Dined in many times, the place is always clean, pleasant and the staff is very attentive. Also their takeout food is awesome, same good quality and care, made fresh to order. The general location is a little challenging. Beyond the control of the owner but perhaps the area will improve with years to come. I wish these hard working folks nothing but success, and from freshly made sushi, to and absolute awesome chicken sandwich that needs to be experienced. This restaurant is a hidden gem (super stunning decor) and one of the best hotel restaurants I've ever eaten at. They have an incredible selection and prices are decent. Thank you to them for also giving my daughter a delicious complimentary dessert to celebrate her birthday!

Unsafe Conditions, Dismissive Management & Unnecessary Security Call…read more I was dining at Thirty Acres Kitchen inside the Knott's Hotel when water started dripping directly from the ceiling onto me. There was also standing water on the floor with no wet floor signs, barriers, or any warnings whatsoever. This was a clear slip-and-fall hazard in a busy restaurant. I calmly brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, Julie, and pointed out how dangerous it was--especially for guests using wheelchairs or with mobility needs, this was particularly concerning. Instead of addressing the problem, she dismissed it as "not a big deal," refused to complete any incident report, gave me a negative attitude with a mean facial expression, and then called security on me as if I was the problem. When the young security guard arrived, he asked for my ID. I politely refused and explained the situation calmly--he looked surprised but not defensive. I have photos documenting the ceiling leak, standing water, and lack of signage. This experience was disappointing and unsafe, especially from a hotel restaurant attached to a family theme park. Management should prioritize fixing hazards and training staff to handle legitimate guest concerns professionally rather than escalating them. I hope Knott's / Six Flags investigates and improves. This was my first time coming to this restaurant.

The order process was pretty simple -- I responded to their Instagram story and they reached out with follow-up questions, menu options, and pickup details. The pickup was from a home residence in the city of Garden Grove (off of Brookhurst Street and Hazard Avenue), nearby Pho 79 if you're familiar with the area. The exact address is provided with your order! The owner, Aamir, was very friendly and professional when I picked up my food and the burgers were packaged very neatly in separate boxes. I ordered two smash burgers that included three patties each, which cost $15 per burger. They included caramelized onions and jalapenos, which were a delightful surprise. The patties were a little salty, but upon reading the other reviews, I see that the owner pre-marinates the patty meat. The prices were also steep for just the burger, and I thought my order would come with fries on the side, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the food. All in all, I would return for future orders and would love to see them open a brick-and-mortar restaurant someday, ideally in Garden Grove still. 10/10 rating and five stars all around for a seamless ordering experience, delicious food, and timeless customer service.

The owner is super responsive, and you can tell he wants to provide the best service possible. During this special pop-up event, they were serving two's a tango that features their warm brioche bun along with two halal patties smashed with cheese and carmelized onions on top. The burger itself was massive, with one being more than enough to feed a hungry person. After talking to the owner, he mentioned he pre-marinates his meat, so that could be the reason why the taste was a little salty for us. The sauce is awesome and complimentary, so when ordering, if you don't plan on eating the burger right away, to prevent sogginess, ask for extra on the side. I know some people prefer the meatiness, but I am a sauce type of girl. Overall, the flavors of the burger meshed well! Thank you for adding another place for halal goodness. I'm hoping you guys do well and keep quality up.
