With a slogan like quality is our recipe you would hope that they would hold themselves to it. Well I don't know if it was this location or the fact that I had really been craving it for a while but when I finally gave in it just didn't hit the spot. I know that sometimes when you crave something and finally get it can disappoint because it just can't live up to the expectations you put on it. I have never had a bad experience here until tonight. I came over an hour before closing from my second work shift of the day. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and a side order of 4 spicy nuggets. I got ranch and honey mustard for the sauces on my mobile order. I come to pick up the meal and according to my receipt the cashiers name is Fausto. I asked Fausto if I can get some more ranch and the receipt. He says okay and tells me almost immediately to go to the front of the store and that he'll give me my order there. This whole time he's explaining to me, his female coworker behind him is straight up glaring at me. I pass it up as that it's late and workers can get grumpy. But when I come home, I find out my meal is covered in ketchup with what looks like a deliberating cut ketchup packet in my meal. Mind you, I never even ordered ketchup. Please see attached pictures and tell me that doesn't look deliberately cut. The glaring and the cut ketchup spread over my meal thoroughly ruined my experience here and makes me doubt the rest of my food was handled appropriately. My closest Wendys, they're really a dying breed of Fast Food Chains competing for your dollar. Quite honestly, I come here because for fast food, Wendys' offerings such as the baked potato, Chili's and Frostys really does differ than anyone else I know. Other than that, they have the usual Burgers, Fried chicken Sandwiches, and Salads (which I think are one of the best) for fast food. I've always seen this place not busy, partly because The Loft and that new place next door also offers great food in the same complex. Not to mention Chili's is across the street and most of these guys are here to serve the luinchtime crowd for the business people on weekdays down on Katella. They've recently remodeled and quite honestly, I liked the older 70's feel, yellow decor. Now, it has a bit of a modern feel to it with the electronic ordering boards. I come here once in a blue moon and I don't want to drive another 5 miles to the other one so I'm giving this place a 4 star for their stellar food at okay prices. read more

After seeing advertisments on TV the hubby and I decided to eat here. As others said people who work here do not enjoy their jobs. They are very un attentive to customers while they are in the back doing things. At least pretend to like your job and smile a little. We a 1/4 burger and also ordered chilli cheese fries which looked nothing like the picture. The cheese on our fries was cold and un-melted. When I asked Cherlynn to see if they could melt the cheese she said they really dont have warmers. When I told her the fries looked nothing like the picture she said "shes not in charge of the advertisments" are you serious? Why not offer to remake the fries? Maybe offer to put the warm chilli on top of the fries instead of putting cold cheese on top. Think outside of the box and try to go above and beyond for the customer. Then proceed to laugh it off making some sly comment about the fries with her co-worker as we sat in a booth. Yes I could hear you. Total disrespect on her part. This Wendy's used to be my favorite but now it's gone completely downhill! Everyone working there the last 2 times that I've visited really need to get it together. Very confused and disorganized and 90% of orders were wrong or had customers complaining. My pepsi was flat, there was a hair in one of my hamburgers and they didn't bother to give me any sauce for my nuggets. I come here because it super close to my office. The girl who takes my order always has an attitude but has never messed up on my order. Today I ordered spicy nuggets but got the original ones. I ordered a single without cheese and when I took it home and not into it there was cheese. The meal came with a drink so I ordered a coke. It tasted weird like a Shasta cola and root beer watered down. It was not coke. Even though the order is in the screen I only glanced at the price. Maybe it's my bad for it reading but some people can't read. Most places repeat the order. The fries were fresh this time though. I ate and drank the meal cus I was really hungry but this experience left a sour taste in my mind and mouth. read more

I stopped going here because they kept screwing up my order, they would forget to give me salad dressing if I ordered a salad, or not give sauce when ordering nuggets. So I stopped going there, but it still won't get away from me. This Wendy's shares a parking lot with several other restaurant/stores, and it's very difficult to visit those other places when Wendy's has a rush. People come to the drive thru from all directions with no rhyme or reason, during the lunchtime rush, I always see 3 near-accidents because everyone is trying to push their way in. The cars block all the parking spaces. I got stuck for 10-15 minutes in my car because I was blocked by cars wanting Wendy's. They need to follow the lead of places like In&Out and create an organized line. They're ruining the entire parking lot, and it's specifically due to Wendy's customers. read more

I'm not a big fan of Wendy's hamburgers, but I do like their salads. This Wendy's is located near work on Valley View and Corporate Way. It is a nice strip mall with a few varieties of fast food restaurants that I like. The parking sucks, and the stall space are so small-I cringe when I have to park. This location is always clean, they are pretty fast and accurate. I like that the Franchisee takes pride in his restaurant, and keeps it very nicely maintained. I'm not a big hamburger eater, so I go strictly for the salads. I'm a creature of habit, so I only have tried the Apple Chicken Pecan salad. I enjoy having the strawberry lemonade with half tea for my mid-afternoon "sugar" break. This location is easy to get too, and the real reason I come is that they are affiliated with American Airlines dinning points-figure I gotta eat-so why not rack up some points! read more

This is the only Wendy's we go to due to location and consistency of the food. The food always comes out hot and they always taste the way it should be. They never gotten an order wrong, it is always correct even on busy nights. The workers are friendly and efficient. I come here for the sides not so much for the burgers and fries. The different bake potatoes (cheddar and bacon is the best) and the cheddar crisp salad are my favorite! They are not oily and are not loaded with salt. Their salad menu is always changing which is great as more options are available. It comes in two sizes small and regular. These are affordable as it is filling if you are looking for a light lunch. As for dessert - you can't go wrong with vanilla frosty. Drive-thru is fairly quick, however when it gets long there is a build up of cars that can block cars from entering and leaving the parking lot. They did an upgrade on the exterior and it looks a lot better with more lighting on the outside. read more

We took our to go order which was very simple, one sandwich. We discovered the order was wrong. I hope the staff didn't do this on purpose but I suspected they did. I called and spoke with Alex the manager about the bathroom and the mistake. He claimed that he checked and the bathroom and there were no problems!?! Like I made it up? 10:30 AM on a Saturday and I opted for the drive-thru. There was only a breakfast menu posted which I didn't even know Wendy's offered. It was so non-Wendy-esque that for a second I thought I had driven into another drive thru. The voice over the box asked what I wanted and I hesitantly asked if they had a happy meal. She said yes and asked which one. Since there was no menu, I wasn't sure if they had gone all awol and done away with fries for fruit. She said I could get anything but that it would be a wait. Luckily no one was behind me or I would have felt bad. They custom made the burger or fries, I'm not entirely sure which one or if it was both, but it took about 10 minutes of me holding the drive thru up. This is probably why McDonald's and other ones clearly state when breakfast is over and lunch begins. The happy meal is only a deal after 4PM when it drops to $1.99. So fast and efficient that I find myself prepping my wallet and money before I order b/c there is no time once you pull up. The first window is usually open, waiting for your money and the second window has your order sitting there for you while you try to put your change away. Oh the pressure!!
