    Chilaquiles with carne asada
    Gee M.

Came by this morning as i was craving chilaquiles with carne asada. I ordered my food to dine in. The girl taking my order kept repeating it incorrectly. After she gave me my table side number, i waited for about ten minutes. I heard her call out my number. She made my order to go. I told her again it was to dine in. A few minutes later, she brings my food to the table in a to go container. I told her i came to eat my food on a plate and not a container. Anyway, my good was brought out on a plate, Food: Chilaquiles were a bit soggy. Egg was over hard ( i asked for over medium). The asada was cooked perfectly though. Its situations like this that makes me not want to go back. The girl taking orders needs to pay attention to what the customer is requesting. I've been here before and have not experienced this. The two stars is only for the girl who took the order.

    Pastrami Fries

Came here on multiple recommendations, was not disappointed. :) My daughter got the Carne Fries, my son the Pancake Combo, and I tried the Pastrami Fries. My Pastrami Fries were spot on! Lots of cheese and well cooked pastrami, and once I added some mustard and salsa it was everything I hoped it would be. The service was quick and friendly, and they serve breakfast all day, that's always a plus! The ambiance is that of a fair sized short order restaurant, clean with a decent amount of seating, OG taqueria feel, but chill. We'll be back, and you should as well. :)

    Chiliquiles and Menudo

We were looking for some good Mexican breakfast places local to where we were staying and Señor Taco did not disappoint. The service staff was friendly and accommodating to special orders. My wife got the chicken Chiliquiles and also a bowl of Menudo which brought back childhood memories. I had the breakfast burrito with sausage and it was one of the best I have had. The salsa were on fire red was fire and green very nice. If you are in the area this is the place!

Señor Taco is a local fast-casual favorite, and I've been enjoying delicious food here for years. The extensive menu includes Mexican and American breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I usually get burritos, enchilada plates, quesadillas, and, tacos. The food is average to excellent. They also have the standard meat options, including lengua, buche, tripa, and cabeza. Prices are relatively affordable, considering inflation. The special plates and breakfast entrées are nice options. There's a salsa and condiment bar, fountain and bottled drinks, desserts, and much more. The dining area is spacious, with plenty of tables and seats. This place gets busy during peak eating times and on weekends, as there is a swap meet across the street Saturday & Sunday, from morning 'til 3pm. The staff is friendly and gets orders out promptly. You can order food at the cashier, call ahead, or order online through Yelp. When I have a Mexican food craving and am in the area, Señor Taco satisfies.

Not a lot of places were open for Memorial Day and glad we stumbled upon this gem. We were feeling breakfast burritos and decided to give this spot a chance. We dined in and the server was really friendly. I like the salsa bar they had with the variety of salsas and pickled sides. Here's what we ordered: * Ham Breakfast Burrito (5/5): this was on par with some of the other top burrito spots. It consisted of ham, cheese, hash browns, and eggs. What actually set it off was an extremely thin layer of refried beans to give it a touch I haven't had before. * Combination Burrito (5/5): this had eggs, hash browns, cheese, sausage , bacon, and ham inside. The bacon was crispy giving it a crunch in the bites. Paired up with a drizzle of green salsa and red salsa really enhanced the burrito with the spice. I'll definitely be back in hopes that the other dishes in the menu meet the same quality as the breakfast burrito.

Great value, price was reasonable and portions were generous. Small place, family-run. Service was good.

Sausage breakfast burrito with rice instead of beans and add bell peppers
    Diana F.

Still one of the best breakfast burritos...I replace beans for rice and add bell peppers. The toasted tortilla and the egg, cheese, bits of potatoes, meat, rice, and bell peppers melts into total deliciousness. Price has crept up to $12+ but still worth i as it's usually huge. The workers are fast and efficient. Some difficulties experienced with ordering if the person that takes your order doesn't know English well. I've tried to learn how to order my burrito in Spanish and it's helpful for me and the order taker.

The place was busy as usually and we were told that wait would be around 15-20 minutes. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks. I ordered Macallan 12 Yr. and to my surprise, the bartender served it on a brandy glass rather than on a whiskey glass. Bad start. In less than five minutes our table was ready, not where we asked, but on the patio. It was cold and we asked the server to shut off the ceiling fan on top of us. Never happened. We ordered our food and asked for the wine list. Oddly enough the beverage list did not have a wine list, we as the server again for a wine list, another server came and told us that we did not see the wine list on the beverage list. We told him there is not a wine list on the list. A third server brought another similar list with a wine list. We ordered a Joel Gott Cabernet. We got our food but not the wine. We waited and waited and no wine was served. We asked another server to find out about the wine. The original server brought one single glass of wine, and we reminded him that we had ordered a full bottle. Another ten minutes passed and still no wine. By then, we were almost done with our meals. My grandson got up and told the server to forget the wine. Five minutes later another server brought the same glass of wine and left on the table. I thought, well people make mistakes, the place was packed and they felt bad about our bad experience. We got the check and to my surprise they charged me $11 for the glass of wine I did not order. As a former business owner, I always welcomed customers' suggestions.

I've been coming here since it was originally named Alberto's...The outside seating has not changed. It's still the same round table bench with the red umbrella. Service is the same, they're pretty quick at getting your food prepped. Now I said that their carne asada has always been reliable, but my last two times I've ordered a carne asada burrito (sour cream and cheese only) or a CA burrito, IYKYK, their meat has tasted different. It taste like it's some carne asada and then like some other mystery meat, sometimes liver... Either way I stop eating it when I have tasted it being weird. Maybe it's the other meats they serve that get mixed in. I don't dig that. So for that I would rate them down to a 3 star. I'm rating their 3 rolled tacos as 4 stars! It's the best around. It has the crunch and enough meat inside. It's not all tortilla like some places. We always order it with sour cream and cheese only, with carrots on the side. I've tried adeltacos down the street and it doesn't compare. Get it here.

However, this is the 2nd time we've had a missing item from our takeout. We moved away, but grew up with Albertaco's and we LOVE IT. Carne asada fries, chicken quesadilla, cali burrito, their red salsa, chef's kiss. Last year May 2025, we drove and did takeout for our brothers birthday. We ordered 2 carne asada fries, and they only gave us 1 (our order was big). Yesterday, May 17,2026, I drove out here again for my brother's birthday request to do takeout for our entire family. Ordered 2 orders of their rolled tacos, finally got home to see that we only received 1 order of the rolled tacos, not 2 (we also ordered more things). Yes, you'd obviously like for everything that you paid for to be handed to you, but a lesson learned to check your bags!!! If something is missing, kindly let them know and receive everything you paid for. Not the end of the world, we love this place as this is one of our childhood comfort foods/go-to places.. we moved away and miss this place all the time, and to make our birthdays feel like home/childhood, we drive out here to show our loved one some extra love with Albertaco's BOMB food, but yeah, it's a bummer when you're missing things that you paid for & is shown on the receipt (will post receipt photo shortly).
