Can't seem to figure out the difference in hamburgers and cheeseburgers. Everytime I order hamburgers guaranteed cheeseburgers.

I've been coming this McDonald's for over 20 years now and today was my last. Service levels at McDonald's has gotten worse over past months and today was the final straw. Almost 30 minutes in a drive through is unacceptable. Pay window was closed and when I finally got to the second pickup window, they tried giving me the wrong order and did so before even paying. When I finally got back to my office, I called the number displayed on the sign in the window when a service issue is experienced. NO ANSWER and no options to take me to someone that cares. I will now be taking my business and grandchildren somewhere else. There are way too many options to be dealing with this crap. GOODBYE TO McDonald's FOR EVER!!! read more

In my experience, this location is great at keeping the drive thru line moving and I've never had an issue with an order either.

Horrible drive through experience. This double drive through told me to wait a minute. They then proceeded to take orders from 5 different cars from the other line before speaking to me again. 4 of those cars arrived after me. They really need to fix their drive through queue process because this happens all the time. Should've just built one drive through since they can't handle two correctly. read more

How does one order pancakes and not receive the neccessary utensils or condiments? No syrup, butter, or utensils! I walked in this McDonald's and it was practically empty. It was 4:45 on a weekday. There was a woman in plain clothes at the register working on something. It was just the two of us. She ignored me for a full sixty seconds then lifted her head up slightly without looking at me and pointed to a kiosk. "You can use the kiosk if you would like." I walked to the kiosk. I do alot of driving during the day and have visited my share of them, but this is the worst, over the last three times there, they have gotten the order wrong all 3 times, also they don't even try to get your food while your in the drive thru. They keep parking in the numbered spots but today all spots were filled with customers before me waiting for their food. Also the quality was terrible. Missing fish sandwich stale bun for other burgers and fries old and cold. My mother says she is not feeling well from it and my dog ended up with most of the food. This McDonald's location is beyond despicable. The line for the drive through was long but moved relatively quick. I placed my order for my friend and I. When we got up to the window to pay, they had missed one of our 10 piece McNuggets. They had a lot of trouble trying to add them and after a minute, they finally charged us for it and we moved up to the pick up window. They gave us our bag of food and told us to go to a parking stall so that they can give us the McNuggets. Once I parked, I noticed that they we were missing one of our fries from the combo and they didn't add any condiments, even they asked us which ones we'd like. When they finally came to our stall to give us our McNuggets, we told them that they forgot one of our fries and the condiments. The dude looked completely confused and told us to wait some more so he can go back inside to get it to us. This guy had the audacity to only give us 1 ketchup packet for 2 combo meals and 2 orders of McNuggets. All in all the food was all cold by the time we received our complete order and the food was beyond dissatisfying. Going to take my business to Jack in the Box the next time I'm craving a burger. read more

I usually pass it off, the lack of service, or slow motion speed. But this time i received such crap food this time, plus i had to wait in a holding stall for it for soooo long, I'm writing this. Why does The slowest McDonald's have a double drive thru that merges to mediocrity at the end. The mc rib they gave me had zero, zippo sauce. It had been slapped together in a paper. Worst customer service. Drive thru individuals on March 10 2022 at 9:30 am will cut off any individual speaking their order. Just so they can rush you. Worst part of all, as I approach the window, my order and rude customer service can from the manager in charge at this time. Customer service is not expected from younger individuals but someone her age, well, there is not an excuse for that. What if I wanted more items to my order? As a community, we're served well by this McDonald's. Always clean, drive-thru is fast, and people friendly. Food is hot and good. This location has always made our family feel safe during covid. They take the money/cards at one window, and the food comes out the other. That's a big plus for us. I'm here for a good review for a good resolution after a totally no-big deal mix up. I had a situation where I got the wrong the sandwich in my bag. When I went back, somehow the information got confused and I was waiting. I initially went a little Karen and asked for the manager and showed frustration. Why? Because I was hungry? No, it was because I forgot basic human decency. I worked in food in a former life, and mistakes happen, sometimes even two in a row. Was I injured? No. Was financially hurt? No. I had a choice: wait, refund. It was not the end of the world, and I can't believe I got upset. My money didn't buy anyone a bad day. The manager apologized more times than my ungrateful attitude deserved (I can't believe I said, I'm just going to eat somewhere else - I'm ashamed of that attitude). In the end, I decided a refund was more than I deserved, too. We came to a smaller, fair resolution, I left, assured them I was not mad, and that mistakes happen. I decided to eat the wrong sandwich on the way home, and it was still delicious. To the crew there, I hope you read this. Know that people appreciate what you do. Know that we know you're human. Know that I even babbled and asked to change my fry size, and you didn't get mad at me, but could have. Know that I made small errors in my job today, and the difference was no one was around to be upset, and I feel guilty for that. Maybe the mixup was my fault at order time. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. This place is a joke. My dad placed a mobile order so I could pick up food before School. The cashier told me that there were no mobile orders but I had evidence that my dad placed a mobile order. One of the other workers was giving me attitude. The workers and the mobile app failed to let my dad and I know that the phone that placed the order has to be within a 3 mile radius. Not to mention, my dad was in a 3 mile radius. She gets no answer, so she asks her coworkers where the sundae is. One guy says, "F@ck that I'm on my break." And just walks off. The lead says; I'm not gonna make it and laughs. Apparently if you order large fries at this location, it will be at least 75% stale. We ordered one medium fry and one large. The large fry box was completely stale, aside from a few at the top of the box. Medium fries were totally fine. Cheeseburger had no toppings and was soooo dry and gross. Kinda random. We ran into my girlfriends sister while we were in the drive-thru. She tried to get her mobile order in the lobby. But it had just closed. They asked her to get in the big line to pick up her order. We were waiting for our food at the drive-thru. Her sister asked us to ask for her mobile order (which was ready and sitting there). The workers consulted with each other and said that would be fine. They asked us to park in a numbered spot. They are already in their dinner rush, mind you. I write all this because I felt bad for asking them to do that. But they were very helpful and very kind. Thank you to everyone on shift at 7:02PM on 1/13/2023. They all deserve some praise. I would never rate a McDonald's but this one stands out big time. They constantly have people walking around cleaning and filling coffee like it was a cafe and the service is great!!! All of the workers were young kids at there first job and all smiles. It's brand new and uses new technology to order and to entertain the kids with huge touch to plays at the booths. This is a huge step in the right direction. Also they now bring your food to you. Super impressed and will be back for quite a long time to come. read more
