I don't ever leave reviews on fast food restaurants, but I feel compelled. My kids and I have a regular dinner here one night a week while we wait for my daughter to finish her drama class. Every time we are here and sitting in the play area, the staff will continually come by and make sure we are ok and ask if we need anything. They even try and pick up after my kids (which I won't let them). The staff is so nice and never seem bothered that we are there and that I have multiple kids with me. I am very grateful for their politeness and service. Our food is always hot and they will even help me carry it all to the table. Thank you so much!!!! read more

Hard to believe, but yes this is a must visit McDonalds. The food is the same, the annoying electronic ordering board is the same, even the cleanliness is the same! What's different... First they actually are polite and walk around and ask if you need anything, but most importantly is many of the booths have a gaming console, which is AWESOME!!! We have been to a fair amount of Mickey D's over the years. This is our neighborhood jaunt and they are great. I agree with everyones reviews. Maybe things are done different in california where im from but there was no butter on my mcmuffin, egg was overcooked and no yolk. Cheese not melted. Bread stale. 3 people returned their food because of quality issues while we were waiting for ours. Ketchup dispensers were empty. All tables were dirty so we had to move stuff off one onto another dirty table. Cashier seemed to have no clue how to run the register. My nephew wanted a sausage mcmuffin (no egg). The cashier rang up an EGG mcmuffin no egg add sausage?!? What the heck......theres an easier cheaper way. My drink instead of being an upcharge was charged in full along with the $1 drink so i have two drinks now. I have not had the same bad luck as other Yelpers here. The drive thru is quick and the people kids working the windows always specifically say "We appreciate your business." Doesn't feel as smug as a Chikfila worker when they say it. They offer two order lines in the drive thru and additional waiting areas for people with large orders. Keeps the traffic moving. Pretty easy to get in and out, and an efficient drive thru is about all you can ask from a McDonald's. read more

As I was getting a different drink and with my fresh meal in hand I was told rudely and loudly from an older black women I was not allowed to just come in off the street and get a drink. The coffee here gives me the worst runs ever. It's like they put laxative in it or something. I do like the french fries as if you are ever stopped up, they help you return to regular pretty quick.
