Went to take a drink out of my half sweet half unsweet tea and brown sludge (Mold) came out of the straw I didn't notice it until I swallowed some of it and spit the majority of it out into a napkin and spit some out on the pavement next to my car. There was a lot of it. Image only shows what I managed to spit out. Called the restaurant and they did not answer. I hope I or nobody else gets sick from this. Date 10-9-2024 @ 11:15 am

What a disaster. This CFA should be coined SFA. I'll leave the S to your imagination. From crumbly buns which were stale , to inadequate fries in package, to chicken that was missing meat,,, I mean WTF CFA!!!! Every single bun was crumbly and breaking apart. The chicken breast was small in size and checkout the epic FF photo. They do not have the decency to fill the FF. But yet on their ads, the FF are oozing out of their packages. So misleading I'm avoiding this location at all cost. Tsk tsk tsk.

I love chick fil a but it looks like I'm going to have to go to a different location from now on. My sister stopped eating chick fil a years ago because this location has had extreme inconsistency with its chicken quality. She received a raw cooked chicken with clear red "veins" as she said and has scarred her from chicken in general. It's been years since that happened and just now today I received a piece of chicken with the same raw and red center. Completely disgusting!

So I wanted some fried chicken from somewhere that I hadn't been before. Ever. And after some searches in the area, this place pops up. That one photo looked acceptable at the time. Plus, it was close and I was prepared to drive far. It was a little tricky to find cause I was not at all expecting this place to be inside a gas station. But there it was. It was very clean on the inside. And there was no drive through so I had to go in. I walked in and saw absolutely no chicken waiting. You know like you traditionally see at every fast food fried chicken spot. However, not seeing any actually encouraged me. I've always wanted a spot that only fried it upon order. As that's how chicken should be made. And this place was clean enough to officially make this my spot to love. The prices where awesome. The service was awesome. I asked a few questions about the chicken for I've never seen it so I wanted to know if it was seasoned well and looked like the pics hanging around the place. They were kind enough to answer my questions even if I came off a bit weird. So I order and received my ticket to go pay at the front. (Yeah you have to pay at the station part and take your receipt to the back to pick up order.) They warned it would take 30 minutes to get my order. I was happy to wait. Thirty minutes later and a drive home, I couldn't wait to tear into that delicious smelling chicken that held me hostage in that car with a confidence that I hit a home run. I must have been driving 120mph to get home. Wife in tow, yelling of course. Ripped open that box, took a few shots for Yelp and bit into crunchy Bliss. I loved it. It was perfect... In my blind mind. After the 2nd piece... I was done. I was no longer a hopeful. I had experience now and, an after taste. See the chicken was golden and crispy on the outside. The skin tasted puuur-fect. But the inside flavor had an aftertaste. Parts of it had a red color. Not from being raw, but from some sort of seasoning. Which is fine because they clearly marinated the meat. The problem is... It had a ginger taste to it. I paused. I frowned. I... Hate... Ginger. So. With all that. And a 16 piece. And the perfect cooked and crispiness and flavor to the skin. I have to sadly give them 3 stars. I wanted so bad to love this place, especially because it's made to order. A dream come true. If they would only omit that ginger flavor in the meat, I would be a fan. I end with. No. I tried, you fried and didn't Prosper.

Not without strain ofcourse, I was just a little distracted with other pursuits and unwilling to make the drive to Humble. My first visit to the Spring location, I'm excited to announce that Chick Houz and I have reunited, and the meal was delicious. We ordered the family meal (the chicken special), both desserts :), and ofcourse a chicha morada. The whole chicken plus three sides was enough to feed four (and likely another), and while we were expecting maximum flavor from the chicken, the yucca fries were a beautiful, crispy, soft, comforting surprise. If I could, I'd eat them daily. That being said, I'd honestly reorder everything. If you've yet to give them a visit, know that they're worth droppin

The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating. The menu offers a solid variety without being overwhelming. Our food came out quickly, hot, and smelled amazing right from the start. I ordered the Lomo Saltado--tender beef sautéed with red onions and Roma tomatoes, served with white rice and crispy French fries, topped with a touch of cilantro. It was very flavorful and satisfying. I also had a cup of chicha, the traditional drink made from purple Peruvian corn, and it was nicely done. We also tried the Brasa Burrito, which was packed with pulled rotisserie chicken, queso fresco, green onions, cilantro aioli, and a bit of fried rice (chaufa-style), along with black beans, Mexican crema, crispy onions, romaine lettuce, and Roma tomatoes on the side, plus your choice of sauce. A unique and tasty combination. The rotisserie chicken itself was excellent--juicy and well-seasoned. We had a half chicken (all white meat) served with rice chaufa and French fries, which made for a hearty and delicious meal. Our server was attentive throughout, checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. While it wasn't as authentic as what I'm used to, it was still a very enjoyable meal--especially for Texas.

A True Taste of the Deep South Right Here in Texas! I was…read morecraving some real Southern comfort food and the brand new Bojangles delivered in the best way possible. This place brings authentic Deep South flavors and hospitality straight to Texas, and every single bite reminded me of home-cooked meals from down South. The signature chicken tenders were crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside, and seasoned to perfection, easily some of the best I've had anywhere. Paired with their seasoned dirty rice, their fluffy, buttery biscuits and perfectly seasoned french fries, it was a match made in heaven. I also had to try the famous Bo Berry biscuit, and it did not disappoint, warm, sweet, bursting with blueberries and that classic glaze that makes it impossible to stop at just one. Of course, no Southern meal is complete without a tall cup of sweet tea, and theirs was exactly what I hoped for: strong, refreshing, and perfectly sweetened like grandma made it. The portions are generous, the food is fresh and full of flavor, and the whole experience felt like a warm Southern welcome. If you're looking for that genuine Deep South taste without leaving Texas, Streets Chicken is the spot. Highly recommend. ! I'll definitely be back for more! Rod Gray Cypress, TX

My wife and I were sharing and she settled on the Steak Biscuit breakfast sandwich because she'd heard it tastes like the old Grandy's steak biscuit (I don't remember ever eating at Grandy's). We ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. The attendant was friendly and told us to pull up to the stop sign to wait for fresh food. The Steak Biscuit and Bo-Tato Rounds came out hot. I liked the biscuit, but the steak was too thin and got lost. My wife said, "It kind of tastes like Grandy's, but Grandy's was better," it has to have been 40 years since she's eaten there. The real star for me was the Bo-Tato Rounds! I would go back just for those. They were hot, flaky and just greasy enough to have that forbidden "it's bad for you" tater bliss!

Nice cozy place, perfect setting for fried chicken. I am sure they had other stuff, but that was the mission for this visit. Started with fried pickle spears, probably the best I have ever had, no joke. Perfect coating, taste and preparation. I like the spears vs the chips. Had the special which was to legs and two thighs for the price of the 3 pc dark. Beans and slaw. Ok, the chicken was great, moist, seasoned, very well cooked. I will go out of my way to go here for the chicken. Beans, canned with a little flavor added, nothing to brag about the slaw was pretty good. The fries on my friend's plate looked great. Perfect. We got here at about 1145, the place was busy. By 1215, it was packed, but they move people through and do a booming take out. Try it, you will like it. It satisfied my fried chicken desire and. Boy was I surprised to be seated by a hostess only to glance around to find a bar, enclosed patio and semi open kitchen. Did the meal itself differ from its fast casual counterparts?
