Is their ice cream machine broken every now and then? Sure. However, you'd be lying to yourself if you walked into any McDonald's and fully trusted that their ice cream machine was working. The other day, I went through the drive through to get 2 snack wraps. One for me and one for my sister. Oh boy! It was a great experience. Not only were the snack wraps delicious, the service was even better! It felt like kindergarten all over again when you just become best friends with anyone you meet. Although our interaction was brief, our conversation was one of life long best friends. This will forever be my McDonald's. read more

Ok, I have no idea why THIS McDonald's has such a terrible Yelp rating. We just ate here about 2 PM on a Monday. It took a while to get a counter person but he accepted our BOGO offer for a Big Mac when I failed to get the kiosk to take my phone's code. Food then came out in about 7 minutes or so. Restaurant is impeccably clean. THIS McDonald's is showpiece of good service and cleanliness compared to most of the chain. Recommended even if you hate most McD's. read more

Sure, this place went quick via drive through, but doesn't mean the quality was any good . The breakfast items looked and tasted overdone while the frappe I got was nowhere near what it should taste like . Plan was to drive through quick cause I didn't have time so I certainly didn't have time to get inside and replace it otherwise I would have . The stars are for quick service & accuracy. This used to be a great place. I don't know why people hate working here but it has turnover like crazy. Lines around the building and literally 45 minutes or more to get through it. Inside is equally bad with 5 people working. This is not a review on the employees but the owner and managers. This owner is clearly hands off and I've never seen a more miserable McDonald's in my life. I walked out with others ahead of me before ordering. Pay these people and get quality help even if you have to raise the prices. This is a horrible place to go. read more

Not that I expect anyone to read a review for McDonald's. Generally speaking, it isn't the type of place you check out before you stop through. However, having recently moved and this is the local McDonald's, I want to warn that this is consistently a bad experience. We craveeeee double quarter pounders, because like- you know. But what this McDonald's offers is old dried patties on a stale bun. Like, so bad it's inedible. And not just on one occasion. The chicken nuggets were just as bad, and this was an 11:00 order, on a weekend, when they had just switched to lunch. Is this food from last night? I honestly don't understand how it can be this bad. Not to mention, they don't pay attention to the special requests. Extra mustard and pickle? There's barely a smear, not that it is going to be eaten. The worst part is, this was a $60 order and nobody in my family is going to finish their meal because it's that disgusting. read more

Great experience at the drive thru! Saturday mornings can be crazy for McDonald's, but I got through quickly and encountered friendly and cheerful workers. Both food and coffee were hot, no complaints here! Side note: Getting into the actual drive thru can be a bit confusing. You have to actually circle the building after pulling into the parking lot. Some drivers to follow this rule and a grid lock situation can happen. read more

I went through the drive-through and they were all very disrespectful. They cut me off in the middle of me ordering my food, so I didn't get to order everything I wanted. I asked first for a McChicken plain. I guess she couldn't hear me as well as she wanted, so she sarcastically said "HOW MANY COOKIES"! When we got to the window we made sure that the order was a meal, with fries and a coke. She rolled her eyes... ? So, when pulled to the next window to receive the food, he shut the door before I could tell him we were still needing a coke. When he finally came back minutes later he said "actually you didn't order a coke" with a very sarcastic snarky smile. So i asked if i could pay him for one... then, he also then rolled his eyes, shoved it into my hand, i proceeded to hand him the dollar and he said "don't want it" and slammed the door shut. I never complain, and i'm always at this mcdonald's. This is now the worst one ever because of the past two times i've come here. i've been in the restaurant industry for over 5 years and that's not even in the slightest bit okay. Place is super clean, and staff was friendly! Food was super salty, greasy, and delicious, as expected. :) One star lost because my hash brown was only warm, not hot, and my biscuit was a little tough around the edges. Overall, great on-the-go comfort food breakfast! read more

I'm giving 5 stars because I seen a HUGE line outside the building and only wanted a coke so I parked and went inside to order it before I was late to one of my doctors appointments and when I went inside I saw that they only 3 people working inside! Usually you would expect a dirty and over stressed environment upon walking into this but BELIEVE IT or not these workers had this place clean and all three persons with smiles on there faces like nothing was wrong or overwhelming! I ended up ordering a sandwich along with my drink and I got it at an amazing quick rate! I also ended up spilling my drink by accident and went to clean it up with some napkins and the front counter man saw and told me not to worry about it, that he would clean it up and got right to it with a smile on his face! I feel like this place deserves more recognition for the hand they are dealt! Thank you for being fast, efficient, and all around a joyful experience! read more

The most rude staff I've ever experienced in customer service ever. Drive thru has an automated voice over asking if you want a shamrock shake. I said no thanks and about 20 seconds of silence follow only for a girl to come over and say "waiting on you" in the snottiest voice imaginable. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

The only reason I gave this a star is because the guy manager knew that I was upset, the lady manager was ignorant! It's lunch time and most of the drink fountains were out. I said something to the cashier up front who was watching me but did not offer to help or get a manager until a lot of other customers complained. My daughter ordered a 20 pic nugget meal and I ordered a drink and a medium fry. The Hispanic looking lady asked for my receipt and said that she would have to charge me for the fry that she did not charge me for but my receipt had my fry on it. The manager asked me if there was an issue and I explained what went on, he fixed the situation after I explained the drinks were out and the lady was trying to double charge me for a fry. read more

I would rate NEGATIVE STARS if I could. Being that I am a nurse down the street with Bethesda Oncology I have given specific McDonald's countless chances to at least be mediocre and they have failed miserably EVERY time. The last time I came was my final disappointment. There is a very RUDE girl that I always seem to get every time I go thru the drive thru. SHEENA. I went to the drive thru and ordered a medium frappe, a breakfast sandwich, and an ice coffee. Simple order. NO. Apparently this order ruined Sheena's day. Upon handing me the bag, the young lady (Sheena) asked "biscuit"? I replied saying "excuse me" not fully hearing her, and sure I probably didn't hear her correctly. Sheena then repeated extremely dry, rude, choppy and short with nothing but attitude "I. said.biscuit.did.you order.the.biscuit." I immediately asked for the manager, because there has been numerous occasion where this specific young lady has been beyond nasty. I also asked for her name and after taking a moment to clearly make one up she replied telling me her name was Shannon and then told me to "pull up" pointing to get out of the line. I refused to move anywhere and told her I would wait for the manager right where I was. She rolled her eyes and turned to the little blonde girl beside her saying "this Bitch wants a manager" slamming the window. MARY (manager on duty) came to the window asking what the issue was. I asked her the young lady's learning it was SHEENA NOT Shannon, letting the manager know she lied. I went on to tell her how every time I have ever come and had an encounter with this specific individual is beyond rude and always has a horrible attitude, only to have Shena interrupt me. I asked her not to, since the manager did not, and went on to let the manager know I'm baffled they would ever allow her to have any type of interaction with customers ever. I let the manager know how insulted I was and how inexcusable this type of behavior was. I can not fathom an institute ever condoning to these actions or accepting their paying customers to have to put up with this mess. After speaking to the manager Sheena let the window close with no acknowledgement, however I had not yet been given my coffees. When she finally re-established acknowledgement to me I left her know I was still waiting on my beverages, for her to yet again slam the window with nothing said. Several minutes later she reappeared roughly handing out my drinks and slamming the window to turn around before I could say thank you, or she said anything whatsoever to me. The manager did nothing. This is clearly why this individual acts in this horrific way, because its horrible customer service is acceptable here. read more

Living close to this McDs, I find myself giving them multiple chances to improve. But today was the final straw. I can't figure out why it is so hard to have consistency at these restaurants.
