Fries were okay, but they were steaming and crunchy upon arrival. Chicken was also steaming. It was pretty tasty, nice crunch, decent seasoning, but it didn't wow me, as I had been expecting. Cole slaw was your typical slaw. Theirs was a little bit drier, which I prefer. Now on to the sauce. It tasted like Ranch dressing, but with a twist. Hard to explain. It worked well with the chicken and bread. The workers were all very helpful and cheerful. I would like to come back here again when it's less busy inside. To make the experience even worse, I heard one of the employees cussing under his breath. If you have something to say to a customer, say it directly instead of mumbling and cussing under your breath. It came across as extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I've also noticed that the burritos seem to have gotten smaller lately, which is frustrating when the prices haven't gotten smaller. Mistakes happen, but asking a customer exactly how they want their food and then ignoring the request is unacceptable. Refusing to fix the mistake afterward made the situation even worse. After 5 years of being a customer, I expected better. Because they refused to resolve the issue, I will be disputing the applicable charge with my card company.
