I want to give a big shoutout to the McDonald's worker that day who was working hard because the AC was out and it was hot as heck inside! The workers were very friendly and welcoming even though they were working in a harsh environment. I did like that they had decorations up for the Class of 2024. So my Big Mac only has one patty. The quality control is shockingly poor. Go to another McDonald's - this one isn't worth it.

Decided to have lunch with my daughters before heading out to shop at our local Target. We dined in and the experience did not meet our expectations. I understand it's McDonalds but at least they can try, and at this one they don't. The self service kiosk was out of paper so we didn't get a receipt when requested. As we sat waiting for our food I noticed customer after customer coming in to request items that were missing from their drive through orders. We continued to wait and I noticed the conditions of the restaurant and again, the employees running this location aren't even trying to keep the place clean and orderly. Our food arrived after 15 minutes and it was warm, not hot. I am surprised we did not find any hair in our food as I counted 3 employees with incredibly long hair working in the back wearing only visor type hair restraints. My youngest noticed 2 flies around her while she was eating. The food is what you would expect as McDonalds no longer focuses on quality, only quantity. What a shame. read more

My college student daughter and I went today to get the adult Happy Meals in the drive thru, both employees were very friendly and seemed happy to be there (which is an anomaly for ANY McDonald's these days). The whole way home we couldn't talk enough about how NICE they were! What a refreshing McDonald's experience we had today. The food was even better than usual too! Thank you so much for making our "Big Kid Happy Meal" outing so pleasant. And the Nugget Buddies are adorable. The drive thru was very fast also! read more

At 11:00 am on May 1st I visited what was my favorite McDonald's on the planet. The young man taking drive thru orders was near impossible to understand. He simply seems to lack the ability to articulate orders. At the pick up window where I sat for five minutes, the lady handing us our food had crud under every fingernail. I had just been in the Super Walmart across the parking lot and decided the grab some lunch here before heading back to the house. This is a nice looking McDonald's. Very modern on the inside and outside. However what's become very typical of McD's is the kids running the joint are all playing grabass instead of concentrating on their jobs. Case and point, there's a kid in front of me in line, and he's apparently an employee and is there to pick up his paycheck. Half of the staff is up at the counter and they're all having a big BS session, oblivious to the customers who are waiting to get their food and or place orders. No management in sight by the way. None. Eventually the kid gets his check and he leaves and everything slowly starts to go back into motion. I ordered my food and took a seat. Again, nice dining room, the place looks fantastic and is very modern designed McDonald's. The food was ok to. IMOP they just need to focus on their service. read more

On the way home from vacation, EVERY other fastfood joint was rated 1-1.5 stars. They all had moldy food pictures, no covid conditions met, etc. This mcdonalds was GREAT, and was the closest one we could find lolThe food tasted so much better here than most other mcdonalds and the bigmac actually held it's shape. Just stopped in for a quick dessert after having dinner next door. I only had a McFlurry that I ordered from the kiosk. I ordered an Oreo McFlurry, but got an M&M's McFlurry. There was no one else in the restaurant, so it's not like they were really busy at the time. Since I ordered on the kiosk, there's also no way they didn't hear me properly. Every time I go there something is wrong with my order. I say plain and it comes loaded. Fries are either cold or soggy never fresh. Ordered my daughter a salad and it was 5 days past due and rotten. This place needs new management and less kids working there or at least some training. read more

I would like to commend both the owner and GM of this location for calling regarding my last visit. I appreciate them both taking the time out of their days to address my issues. I was a bit harsh in my review but not without complete merit. I will say that my husband and I have since been back (before speaking with Laurie) and had a very tasty big mac dinner. Our fries were hot and our Macs neat and delicious. That visit would have rated a 4 had we not had to wait for our fries (though it was nice having right out of the basket fries). I don't know how they can fix the nuggets issue short of wasting a lot of food because they do seem to have a short life span. If cold nuggets had only happened once I would have rolled with it but maybe nuggets aren't for me and a greater being is trying to tell me something (that I keep ignoring). So I started out this morning running errands. I live in North Carolina and spent my whole morning into early afternoon in Virginia and had not had anything to eat or drink. At around 1:00 this afternoon I was headed home and hungry. Now I have pasted a couple of McDonalds on my way home but this one is the closest to the North Carolina boarder and the last set of restaraunts until you cross over into NC. I stopped to pick up food and was allowed to place my order and even asked what type of drink I would like. I am a soda drinker and have been my whole life so I ordered a Dr. Pepper to go with my combo. I was then told that this location was out of all soda and I could have a tea, juice or water all of the things I dont drink. I was told I could order the combo without a drink but I'm not sure how that was supposed solve my problem. I would now have food and no drink. With a franchise as large as McDonalds you would think they could get someone in this location to solve this problem since I was told it had been out since this morning. Poor customer service on McDonalds part. I feel sorry for the employees that are probably getting beat up because of a larger issue. I'm not saying I will never stop at McDonalds again, but i will definitely think twice before using this location again. read more

I know, I know - it's just McDonalds right? But the crew here were super nice and helpful. We got here just before the breakfast menu switched to the lunch menu. We ordered our meals but accidentally got lunch menu meals instead of breakfast. We realized this when we were back in the car so about 5-10 minutes passed before we went back in. When we did there were no eye rolls, no "sorry it's too late." They made it right for us and insisted we kept the lunches too. Too bad we are road-tripping or we'd be regulars here. The past years we been here this is the only McDonald's we go to due to where we lived.. This is the only McDonald's I love how they make the breakfast burritos. So I come her every chance I get for it and from my house it take me 18-20 mins.. So I always order a 10 -15 burritos for me and my family. Today I got the chance to go and order some and first time ever they denied me from the burritos.. Today I tried to order 7 burritos and whoever that was on the grill and the person in charge refuse to make some for me.. at first they were ok with making one than I hear them from the drive thru arguing about it and than all of a sudden they said no completely. Than the Lil girl came and refund my one burrito that the cashier mistakenly put on my order instead of the 7 I ask for. So I ask the girl, u guys can't make it or won't make my burritos for me and she said sorry we can't pull anymore items to make it and than she turn inside and said to whoever was looking at and said, "well the burrito thing is done with".. Me and my husband start hearing all of them arguing inside and yelling at each other.. it looked like they were all high school kids.. I was very disappointed today of how we was treated.. While the location may be convenient and the employees are nice but the trade-offs are constant mistakes with your food and unprofessional management. Long story short every once in a while I'll stop there for some egg whites on my way to work and 50% of the time there's usually some form of mistake. On this last occasion I specified when ordering and paying and the food was still wrong; I pulled forward to the stalls they had to create for all of the people waiting on mistake, and again the food came out wrong in a different way this time with the something I specifically requested being excluded due to an allergy. I had to go inside request to speak to the manager, and just so you know at this location with the managers job is to make a bad let situation worse and escalate it. He proceeded to tell me about how the food is prepared. I politely corrected him that I requested on two occasions before taking possession of the foodI made a pretty straightforward request.
