I stop here for breakfast once in awhile. Today was one of those. They have new daily specials depending upon the day of the week. Today was BoGo Egg McMuffin. So I got that and a large cup of coffee and a large cup of ice - got out of there for less than $6. That's pretty dang good nowadays. I've always had super friendly service in the drive-thru in the mornings. My order is rarely wrong. Though one time I did get a strange - Sausage Egg McMuffin. Instead of sausage, it was a hamburger patty. Ew. I try to avoid all the McDonalds around here for anything other than breakfast. I don't know what the deal is with other times, but I've always had less than stellar experiences. You can usually count on getting a decent breakfast though, and $1 coffee can't be beat. read more

I went to the McDonald's on Gunbarrel on 10-18- 25 at about 1230. I don't know the exact time since I was never given a receipt. So I ordered on the kiosk out front. I grabbed a number so I could get my food brought to my table( so it states). Waited longer then it should take. They called my number but no one brought my food. So I go up to the counter and my food is there but no cup.zSo I wanted a minute but no employee in sight. So I reached across the counter to get my cup. And up runs the asst /manger (white female short,dirty blonde hair.) and starts yelling at me about getting a cup. If you fell we would be liable. I turned to and said if you had put a cup with the food I wouldn't have to get it on my on. She was still yelling at me as I walked away with my food and cup.i would have put this on McDonald's web site to, but with no receipt I didn't have a store number. read more

The line took about 15 minutes when it wasn't even packed. We ordered 2 cones and 3 drinks 2 sweat teas and 1 lemonade. When we get handed our drinks one sweat tea is okay and the lemonade is fine but the other was unsweetened. We took one lick of both the cones and immediately knew something was off it was sour and tasted nothing like ice cream. We tell them the sweet tea was unsweetened they give me another that was supposed to be sweet but again it was unsweet. At this time we went inside to complain we found out the milk that's used for the ice cream was spoiled. This was an unacceptable experience and a severe health violation. We placed an online order to make things easier, since I am picky and don't like any sauce on my sandwiches, but I like lettuce and tomato. So we ordered a total of about 5 sandwiches. 1 big mac, 1 quarter pounder, mcdoubles, etc. When we arrive we're told that we don't have an item on the order so they have to refund our mobile order, re/ring us up, and charge us again for a new order. We waited for over 30 minutes at this point. I know it takes longer to make bigger orders but it was only 1 quarter pounder. We receive the order, it's cold. Clearly had been sitting there since the original order was placed. All the cheese on every burger was hard, the fries were cold and hard, and there was sauce on every burger when the original order had removed mayo, mustard, and ketchup from 2 burgers. I really don't understand what the deal is. Yall know yall need to do better but choose to not? It's really disheartening. After sometime, we tried to go to this McDonald's again. First time I've been in about three months. I go out of my way to a different McDonald's just to avoid this one on gunbarrel Road. It's a franchise. So after three months of not going there, I finally decided to try it again. They actually got my order wrong again. It's ridiculous that they get that many orders wrong. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to work at McDonald's. How hard can it be?? My first job was at McDonald's when I was 16. It's mindless work that takes very little intelligence and yet the people at the store can't seem to do it correctly. I'm not putting down people that work at MacDonalds. A job is a job and everyone has to work. There's nothing wrong with working at McDonald's. I think it's 100% a management issue with the store. I was very disappointed at being ripped off at Mc Donalds on Gunbarrel last Sunday morning. I was picking up breakfast for my wife, who was in the hospital. She said she could not eat their food. So I tried to order a big breakfast, minus the pancakes and sausage; while substituting bacon. I was charged for the Big breakfast and also charged for the bacon. Seems that they would not accept the swap of bacon for the pancakes and sausage. The breakfast with bacon, not sausage is not an option, without getting screwed. read more

Once I got to the window the employee said it would be a minute for the nuggets. 15 minutes later they realized they didnt even make my drinks, food was cold, fries was only half full and soggy. The cheese burger had no cheese, no pickle and no ketchup. The time before this the same employee went to hand my food out the window and ripped the bag spilling my food on the ground. After sitting several minutes, I pulled up to the window as well as another car behind me. I sat there for about 3 mins while I watch a young girl clean and never acknowledge me. Why is it a year after a pandemic that this location is still closed entirely inside? There's no way for pickup inside when the doors are locked and they have cones blocking the curbside pickup. The drive thru only has one stall open and the line is always backed up to Gunbarrel Rd, which is the busiest road in Chattanooga. read more

My last order, I ordered a number 9, medium drink with medium fries, 10 pcs nuggets with 2 ranch sauces, a McDouble, a medium fry, and a medium drink.
