I've been stopping by here in the mornings about 6a on my way to work. I use the drive-thru and they are pretty quick and efficient. Very friendly in the early morning, much friendlier than I am that early. LOL. Even when there are cars in front of me, it's still a quick wait. I usually get grande drip coffee with steamed heavy cream, splenda and a few pumps of sugar-free vanilla syrup. That's the thing though. I wish they had more sugar-free syrup options. I'd love a sugar-free hazelnut. That would make this a 5-star review. I do occasionally order the bacon and gruyere egg bites and they are very tasty too. read more

My bf and I both ordered the Frozen Tropical Citrus Iced Energy with Strawberry Puree drink for the first time last weekend... We saw the pics while ordering on the app and thought it looked & sounded so good! Well, I guess they were running out of puree and instead of telling us they couldn't make it and offering us something else, they just made us two venti sized cups of ice with an energy drink poured over it and a dollop of strawberry puree at the bottom of each cup... Hella disappointing. What a waste of almost $20... for a cup of literal ice and a diluted energy drink... I included photos of what the drink looks like online vs. what they gave us. I don't even really care that much about the drink itself, it's the fact that whoever made this has absolutely no pride in their work. As someone who worked in food service for 6 years... do better. I would have asked them to replace the drinks if my bf hadn't driven off immediately after we picked them up. We won't be going back. Not worth the gas. read more

Starbucks is not my favorite but it IS consistent. I can pretty much get the same drink anywhere and it's always gonna taste the same. This review is more about the service. My child, while adorable, can be pretty wild. We stopped in one evening and he wanted to talk to all of the staff. They were so friendly to him. He asked each one of them their names, and they each greeted him and asked him his name back. Katie, Phil and the other lady were so nice to him. I don't remember her name because I was wrestling him. But I have never had such great service at a Starbucks. read more

Big Starbucks with a very nice outdoor seating area. This one gets slammed because of its location in this shopping area of Chattanooga. Staff was busy but the cashier was pleasant and helpful. If your looking for a bite try the Thai style chicken wrap in the deli fridge next to the register, very tasty albeit a bit small. Most Starbucks these days are smaller and squeezed into grocery stores that don't give people space to relax. This one is the exception especially on their covered outdoor patio. I don't think you get what you pay for at this Starbucks. I requested that my frappuccino be made with heavy cream instead of whole milk, and that they double blend it, and I had large chunks of ice still in my drink and I don't think they used heavy cream. You pay extra for these upgrades but I don't think they bother to give them to you, just keep the money. read more

This place is packed every time I visit. Between the music and the chatter of all the people, it's a bit too noisy for me to concentrate and do homework here. They do have some great attributes though. For one, there's a drive through if you're in a hurry, lots of indoor seating if you're here to stay, and they have even more seats outside -- with a fireplace! Since it's a bustling place that's always busy, you can expect a bit of a messy interior. Not to mention, only one toilet works in the lady's bathroom, so prepare to wait in line for that too. Their coffee is pretty good. It tastes like all the other starbucks places I've been to. One thing I might suggest is the vanilla bean coffee Frappuccino. It's yummy. read more

I gave the 2 star rating because I ordered a blond coffee -"no blonde could they do a pour over - okay waited about 10 minutes for pour over finally got it and it was cold !!! I visited this location around 2 p.m. on 12/29/17. While service was a little more prompt than usual this location has the worst cleanliness standards of any I've been to. This continues to be my complaint at this location. The restrooms were so filthy that it's clear They were not cleaned at closing the night before. They need an employee on staff whose sole job duty is to clean the dining room and restrooms. The health department seriously needs to drop in soon. They are so busy here that I really believe the problem is just being understaffed. read more

I love this location. I stopped for a coffee on a business trip. Very friendly staff, awesome store set up, fireplace outside, what more could you ask for? The patio out front is really neat, unfortunately the fireplace wasn't working the day that I stopped for a coffee. When I came in the guy behind the counter greeted me before I even stepped up to order. He was very chatty and helpful. This is the more crowded of the Starbucks in the area. They seem to handle it pretty well though. The lines move through pretty fast, whether using the drive thru or going inside. I personally feel like the inside is faster. The best feature of this place is the seating, with a large covered patio and an outdoor fireplace. Inside has gone through some seating renovations but it feels like there aren't very good places to lounge and visit, just tables to sit at for studying. Great if you're in school. Cleanliness is a battle here I feel. Floors seem to be in need of mopping more often than not. Especially true for the men's room. And if you come here, expect to battle seating. It's so popular there isn't enough seating. read more

The man put whipped cream in a drink that doesn't require it to be topped with whipped cream, he didn't offer to remake the drink, and he fulfilled other orders of customers who ordered AFTER me before my ONE drink order was fulfilled which caused me to be late for work. For this particular location, there seems to be a shortage of seating due to the popularity of this spot. Starbucks here took 35 minutes to get my drink. Beware. They are very slow. Drink was not good after the wait. I ordered a cold brew and my husband a frappe. The frappe was melted when they finally gave it to me after leaving it set by blender. My cold brew took another five minutes to make. Seriously how does it take 35 minutes to make drinks. They will say it's bc they are busy but the truth is they are slow and understaffed. No apologies, just my cold brew basically thrown across the bar spilling. What awesome customer service. Ordered a grande blonde roast and after leaving found the bottom ¼ of my cup was all coffee grounds. Totally disgusting and wasted my money.

Always busy, drive-thru is always full but I guess thy is a good sign. Typical Starbucks, great service and great drinks. Gift selection is vast and has lots of little trinkets and coffee mugs. Just go to the one on Gunbarrel instead. Better service there. Way faster too and it's only about a minute or so away. In the past these guys had a tendency to get orders wrong (ALL THE FREAKING TIME) Like they had no idea what they are doing. It's still not great but it is MUCH better with the making of drinks. However they are still SO SLOW!! It's unbelievable. I know they had to bring in a new manager to teach these kids how to do their jobs but they still can't step it up.
