I ordered an Americano with extra cream. I know that it's a simply order but it's very easy to get wrong. However, they didn't get it wrong. This was an absolute perfect cup of coffee to me. I went here rather than Starbucks because it was closer and I'm glad that I did. If they had locations closer to me, it'd be my new coffee go-to. Next time I'm in Chattanooga I'll be stopping by expecting another perfect cup. read more

I went through for two teas. I ordered on the app which was convenient. I got a chai tea and fruity tea. The chai tea was good. It could have been a little heavier on the tea. The fruity tea I had wasn't all that great. I can't put my finger on it but it lacked flavor in some area. Maybe it was the sweetener used. This was my first time going so I will give it another try. I will do the chai tea again and maybe try some other menu items. The drive thru was convenient. Glad they have the order ahead option. read more

Super nice baristas, very helpful and accommodating. We went through the drive through and the menu was pretty good so no real ambiance to mention except everything looked clean from what I could see. We ordered a caramel latte and an Americano with an extra shot. The beverages were made quickly and with a smile and great, positive attitude. The latte was too sweet to drink and the Americano had far too much water, it was weak and tasted like brown water. We couldn't drink either one unfortunately. The place was great except for the coffee, yuk! Too bad, it would have been perfect if they had good coffee. I had initially gave this a 3 star but the actual product needs to be good to survive the coffee store wars. Possibly more training is needed since proportions were off. The staff deserves a 5 star as far as friendliness, helpfulness, kindness, and smiles. They need to learn how to make coffee drinks for me to go back. read more

What a fun and quick experience! The menu is full of options... I got the prickly pear with Red Bull and it was both refreshing and energizing! Known more to the Chattanooga area, but my friends will make the drive from Atlanta and/or Knoxville. It's reasonably priced as well. Can't wait to try their coffee or smoothies next time. read more

I absolutely LOVE this little stop. I do not live in Chatt, however, I somehow find a way to put this on my vacation routes. They staff is very friendly. The vibe of the cafe is very friendly as well. You really get a bang for your buck with the portions. Most items cost the same as Starbucks, but more product! My FAVORITE coffee stop. Not to mention it is right off of the interstate exit, making it convenient for me to get my Scooter's fix in while traveling ;). read more

Went in the other day for coffee and a muffin and observed young lady through the window who was slamming things around and complaining about coworkers and management. This wasn't my first time here and generally the girls are friendly and smiling. This just isn't what I wanted to encounter after having a day of my own. It was very unprofessional of them for me to had to have witnessed and heard the things being said. Seems like management needs to intervene with this young lady. read more

I am delighted to give this place its first review. It is always nice to see new coffee shops. I swung by on a late afternoon on a Saturday. Only one car was ahead of mr at the drive thru. Service is fairly fast. The menu included several options of drinks cold and hot and included smoothies. Plus had pastries it I focused at this trip in their drinks. The iced mocha was very good. Full of flavor. Not too sweet not too bitter. Not watered down. They have at least 6!hot tea flavors. Wife tried the orange slice. It was very good. They used Numi brand tea bags. The kids split a hot chocolate. They love it. Overall pricing is keeping with the current other similar establishments. Next time we will try smoothies and pastries hopefully. I know the entry and exit is little tricky but it is worth the hassle! read more

I'm here in Chattanooga visiting family and I see a new coffee spot and it's a drive-up....I have to stop by. I order a Mocha Expresso coffee and 2 turkey burritos. The attendant was energetic and lively at 6:30 am. The Mocha was rich and chocolate, just the way I like a mocha. Mom and I like the burritos too. It's ok, it's fine. But everything is expensive and there's nothing very friendly about them either. Iv been here 2 times. I usually order a large coffee and it's about the size of a medium from dunkin but it's twice as expensive. Starbucks, dunkin, Lola bean, are way better options. Save your coffee money. read more

I ordered 2 very simple drinks that came out very wrong today. The first drink was an iced medium 4 shot espresso americano with half and half, caramel and hazelnut. That drink had no ice, literally warm, came out with no creamer so it was sent back into the stand and all you can taste now is sugary water. The second drink was a large oat milk latte with caramel and hazelnut. It came out with half and half and we didn't realize it until we got down the road so that drink couldn't be sent back. This product doesn't deserve $13. Should have had coffee at home. Ugh read more

hadn't stopped by since Scooters had opened and I was in dire need of an iced coffee so I was excited to try this place. it's always nice to have options for coffee shops especially on this side of Chattanooga where the two major chains are more prevalent. we browsed the online menu first to see what they had and decided on something iced and something frozen - great decisions were made on this day. :) the honey vanilla latte is limited time only flavor so my boyfriend ordered that, frozen with an extra shot, and I ordered the iced candy bar latte. you can choose from several types of candy bar, but after hearing Milky Way, I immediately forgot the other choices. the drinks were delicious and really hit the spot on this very warm spring day. we were offered a brochure that told us about the Scooters app and their punch card/points system so I'll be sure to download that soon. the location is great but making a left into Scooters without the aid of the stoplight can be a little tough with the high traffic flow. I think more locations are scheduled for Chattanooga and I'm eager to find out where, but for now, this is a great coffee place to grab a drink in the Hamilton Place area. read more

It's not too much to politely remind an employee of a coffee venue to remove the whip cream from an almost $7. Before tip blender as requested when ordered. Not to make it over, just wipe it into the trash. The interior "barista" was obviously annoyed.
