I came to the Cleveland Tennessee location to order 12 coffees for a doctor's office that sent me an order. I do not live in Cleveland and they do not have a phone number to call ahead. When I got about halfway through my order, the girl looked at me and said I don't think we can do this order right now. Let me go ask. As a coffee shop making 12 drinks should never be an issue if you cannot make more than 12 drinks, you should not be in business. And then she proceeded to come out and tell me next time I had to order ahead I do not live in the area and I do not have time to run around all day nor does my doctors office to bring you 12 orders that should not honestly be an issue. Customer service is clearly not top of mind nor even factored into their daily operations. I told her there will never be a next time and I will tell my offices that I refuse to patronize a location that cannot even make 12 drinks. I had no problem sitting and waiting. I understand it takes a minute, but to tell me you can't make 12 drinks is absolutely ridiculous and an operation problem. read more

I go to coffee shops for tea so my reviews will always be about tea or a frozen drink. In this case just a chai tea with almond milk is my go to. It was good overall. Flavorful and tasty. This is a place that I would return to if in the area. read more

Nice people and okay drinks with a cool drive-thru concept. The drinks aren't my favorite because they taste to me a bit more artificial than other brands. One of my main things beyond the taste is more health related. I need to stay away from dairy as much as possible and have run into some issues. To minimize my dairy intake, I ask for a dairy alternative like almond or oat milk (and no whipped cream). Most recently, I requested oat milk and they instead made my drink with whole milk...that didn't go well and I got really congested and started having issues with my nose and throat. Was wondering why that was happening and checked the label only to realize it read whole milk, not oat milk as requested. I couldn't even drink half of it. Might be good to add a verification screen like competitors so customers can know their order is entered as placed and help catch mishaps before they happen. I for sure will be checking my labels regardless to make sure this doesn't happen again. I, unfortunately, can't trust that communication issues will not happen again. Normally I'd not care and just drink it anyway but this type of thing closes me up and wastes both product and money. ***Double check your order and verify your labels before you drive off.*** (Why I changed to two stars: The mishap was one thing but, reaching out to them to speak to someone about what happened only to get a message service is disappointing. Very good coffee located a few miles off the interstate. This is a drive through only coffee shop with 2 lanes. But, make no mistake -- it's not Starbucks. And that's a good thing! This coffee is exceptionally tasty. Very bold, nicely roasted flavor. My latte was excellent! Highly recommend Lola Beans if you are in Chattanooga. I read that it's a local family-owned business inspired by the owner's living in Alaska and going to similar drive through coffee shops. Fast, great service and great drinks! My only suggestion is to move the menu at the window to where the employee is standing that takes orders. Ordering without knowing what they have was a little difficult. We also wanted to try a few things once we did see the menu. Overall good selection. Love that they have dairy free options. Such a cool place! Lots of different choices to choose from. They have a QR code you can look up the menu on in the drive up area. They also have some outdoor seating if you wanted to hangout but it's mainly a drive up area. The staff were so kind and energetic which was awesome. They also have adorable pup cups! read more

Loved the adorable drive through coffee hut. Hubby and I were in and out in no time thanks to the two drive through windows they've got going on here. The coffee was smooth, not bitter at all, and had a perfect balance of sweetness. I got a vanilla breve and my hubby got their white chocolate cappuccino - both were fantastic. Coming from Alaska this made us smile ~ alaska has coffee huts galore and everyone loves the red bull Alaska drinks. We will definitely have to try a red bull drink next time we are at Lola Beans! Finally a latte where you can actually taste the coffee! It was my first time going but definitely won't be my last. The barista was super helpful and gave me a list of recommendations for my first time. The service was also super quick, I don't think I waited more than 3 minutes for my coffee. We went about a week after they opened, while there were a lot of cars in the drive though, they had the system down. They take your order on an iPad while you're in line. Love this place - since we first drove through, it has been love at first sip - hot coffee, cold coffee, bougie flavors or something simple, they have all sorts of options for everyone. And if you are feeling feisty, try an Alaskan Red Bull (add cream if you like - it's tasty). Besides the fact that their drinks are delish, they have fun staff - they are friendly, patient, and super fast and no matter what we order, it's right and delish! Sometimes the only thing that gets me out of bed on a weekend morning is my husband saying he will take me to Lola Beans. Also, an awesome bonus is they sell breakfast burritos from a local food truck - love seeing local businesses working together. Try this place out and leave in a flash with killer service and a smile - you don't even have to put on real pants since you don't leave the comfort of your car. So today (the next day) I go and I tried another cold freeze with Coconut milk, almond, cinnamon and vanilla and caramel. When I TELL YOU IT WAS AMAZING!!! If you have ever tasted an horchata. I picked up coffee yesterday on a Saturday morning around 7am. There were two cars ahead of me at drive thru. Service moves at a reasonable pace. Options fairly standard and so are prices. I got the large coffee. There where 3 options so I got the one too Brew which was a medium roast with cream and sugar. They offer many creamer options that are non-dairy which is great. Also got a hot chocolate mocha latte for daughter with fat-free creamer. She thought it was good. Wife got the coconut almond latte which she thought was good. It had a strong almond flavor which if you like this flavor will enjoy it but if not, you may find it little bitter. Overall good experience. Obviously the design of the building as very unique and refreshing. I was hoping second floor has a cozy seating area as that would have been so cool but it actually just for storage. read more

The staff is always very friendly and their service is lickety-split. one of the young ladies was really rude to me and snarky. I didn't see the no smoking sign in drive thru and she demanded I follow the rules of not smoking in my own car at their establishment. the sign is small and it was blocked by the first row of cars and I am a black female . she literally came around the car blocking their small sign and passes a white female at the door smoking and came to the second lane to me and she didn't even address the other lady that is racial discrimination and I will post on all platforms and there is no more room for error , it was unnecessary for that to have happened . I will not ever come back there and I will never bring all my orders there again. put up bigger signs but in my personal vehicle I can smoke you don't pay the note and it is not a law I can't smoke in my car that is the worst rule ever and for that I am giving you this review for being a company that allows such behavior towards me for the color of my skin. I am owed an apology and also for you to train those young ladies to be more courteous to grown people and people who are demographically different. I am taking my business elsewhere and I will contact corporate because that should never happen. read more

Have ordered their drinks before, and the frozen stuff is pretty amazing! Also had ordered their food -- the chicken salad, and it was tasty. However, last time I went, I ordered the chicken salad again and everything about it was like old or wilted. There are apples and celery in it, and throughout they were soft and spongy instead of crunchy as you'd hope with chicken salad. Ate a few bits and tossed it. It was awful. read more
