It was really smooth and a very nice quality. The second drink was an iced latte from their specialty menu that had been renamed for a special event I was attending. I loved the flavor of the coffee, so much so that I grabbed some of their beans to take home as well. Merch - There was a great selection of merch from the company and local artisans as well. The stickers and mucus has some really cool designs. Staff - the baristas were some of the nicest people. Not only were they slinging drinks and working the event, but they were just amazingly personable and kind to all of our group. Location - most importantly though was the stunning location. The furniture, decor, vibe and even the commitment to theme through the bathrooms was everything. Even the confessionals booth was just perfect. Overall it is definitely a visit, and I will be back.

I literally had eyes on the bottle of vanilla syrup over her left shoulder in the fridge, and she straight up refused to put it in my drink. My daughter asked "why is that", to which she rambled on about "ethical treatment of traditional presentation". Let's pause right here and ask.....what in the actual hell? And to top if off, she also refused to put honey (the choice I as the customer had to settle for) in my drink, instead serving a very watered-down version of what maybe was at one time honey on the side. And the "hot" drink? Luke warm at best. Traditional? Whatever. How about traditional customer service and friendliness? There are waaaay too many other cool coffee cafes in Nooga, serving waaay better coffee, to waste your time and your money investing in the "we don't compromise our values for what you want" mindset at Velo. Not a weird vibe - a cult vibe. Well, we ain't members, so we will definitely not return. We immediately left for Burlaep Coffee Roasters, and they saved the day. Go there instead. Every aspect of the business is far superior.

They ground the beans for us right there at the market. They were roasted just 2 days prior. The smell of this coffee is incredible and the taste fantastic. Rich flavor with a very smooth finish. It is the best coffee I have tasted since moving to TN. We will be back to buy more. They do not have a website but so have a facebook page.

The area is huge on water rafting, so it was quirky and fitting. We loved that the coffee shop sells growlers of their cold brew. If we had been staying locally, we would have turned around and grabbed one. We both ordered cold brew (both with oat milk and hubby also got sugar free salted caramel syrup). The cold brew was berry forward and smooth. We will head back here again when passing through.
