This MacDonalds is well known for getting your order wrong but the other day I went through drive through and got a double quarter pounder meal. Couple of bites into eating I looked down and one of the patties was RAW. Not undercooked- Raw. Called the manager and asked that GM or owner call me. A week later I called back and found out that manager did not relay the message. Talked to another manager and she explained a portion of the grill had not been working for almost 2 weeks. Instead of blocking it off or getting it fixed during a rush one of my patties had been cooked on it. Seared just enough to be brown on outside but inside totally RAW. Finally talked to owner who didn't bother calling until about my third phone call 2 weeks later. She told me their insurance company would be calling me. Missed one call from their insurance company, have left 6 messages since. Been almost a month. Never heard back. If you feel like taking a chance with your, OR YOUR CHILD's LIFE, you can eat here. I've had two occurrences now where they give you no sauce for nuggets, their drinks taste like dog water, and the staff is either rude or they just say nothing at all. The one star rating is not for the food, but for the absolutely horrendous service that I received Friday at lunchtime. Now, most folks would agree that 12 noon is usually the busiest time for lunch. I went inside to place my order to go because I had met my mother there and we were going to sit in her car, eat and visit. When I went inside, my first thought was, "You've got to be kidding me!" The lobby was almost full of people waiting to place their order and/or waiting to get their food. There was one (1) poor girl working the cash register. Now, in my humble opinion, during the busiest time of the day, I would have had all the cash registers open and staffed accordingly. I counted 13 people waiting on food or to place their order when I arrived. When I left, there were 20 people waiting and still that one young lady at the register. It's not the young girl at the cash register's fault for the wait. It lies totally on the shift supervisor and/or manager who apparently does not know how to staff accordingly. The location on Gunbarrel Road is closer to me, but the location on Ringgold Road is better with customer service and not that much further to drive. PITIFUL!!! PITIFUL!!! PITIFUL!!! read more

Went for breakfast today, ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with an orange juice. I was told to pull around, so far so good. Paid successfully and pulled forward to second window. Was handed my food and then told I was good to go. I mentioned that I never received my OJ. Only at this point was I informed that they didn't have any OJ. I asked if I can get something else and would be willing to pay. I was then told I could but would have to go to the back of the line. After asking why when ordering an orange juice that i wasn't told that there was none and not being given the option the employee just kind of shrugged. I didn't know asking to purchase a beverage after they messed up was such an outlandish request but guess I was wrong. Oh, and they got the food wrong too just to add insult to injury. They gave me a sausage McMuffin instead of a sausage egg McMuffin. Excellent. read more

Worst and slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich and 2 large cokes - they were out of high C, Sprite, and fruit punch. Ordered and waited in the line 40 minutes - 6 cars in front of us. Get to window and are told to please pull up because our food isn't ready. Waitress 7 min and go in. 4 employees laughing and talking. Sandwich was sitting in the outgoing product bin. Almost 50 min for plain sandwich and 2 cokes- even messed up the cokes - one was diet no friendliness. Staff could have cared less!! read more

Awesome air conditioned play place for the kids. Great for the parents bc it's air conditioned. Just a little tip though. Please parents, I know that the kids are having fun and going wild but please don't let your kids scream bloody murder constantly. It is not that much room in there for parents to sit and when we do get to sit, it's usually by the kids that have been screaming for the whole time. read more

The service at this location is getting worse by the day. I mainly come here because my girls enjoy the happy meals but even that reason was marred by a recent visit; I ordered 2 happy meals with a tropical berry sprite, when I get to the 2nd window she handed my two meals but no drink. I said I didn't get my drinks, she said "I don't see no drinks!" Don't drinks come with the happy meal? She shrugs her shoulders, another employee said they no longer sell tropical berry sprite (not sure why the person who took my order didn't tell me that). This is my second or third time here and I just had a great experience yet again. I was checked out by the manager, Latasha, and she was super personable, kind, and helpful. Before and after taking my order, she was tidying up. This is a nicer McD's and it seems she likes to keep it that way. My nuggets came out quickly, but my hash browns had to be fried to order, so they took a bit longer. She made sure to offer me a water while I was waiting since I did not get a beverage with my order. Everything was hot and correct! Literally, the worse. They should just close this one. We have tried this location before and thought, "no way it can still be that bad, right?" Man were we wrong. Pulled up to the speaker, no acknowledgement. Mind you, the second lane is always closed so there's only one lane. We say, "hello?" "Give me a minute," the reply. Finally get to place the order and it appeared correct on the screen. Pull up, get the drinks then told to park. Parked, waited :10 and a lady brings out a bag asking if we had the quarter pounder meal. Said we have two. Gave us the bag and it only had one meal in it. Told her we had two, and she said, "oh well, she must have forgotten the other one." So we had to go in. The manager asked if we were picking up an order, we told her we wanted the rest of our order. Another customer came in right behind us with the same issue. The manager, very rudely, also told customers if they had a card to order at the kiosk. I don't usually post negative reviews but someone needs to be aware of the lack of courtesy in this McDonald's. I gave them two stars because the food was fine. However, the customer service left me standing with my mouth open disbelief. I started out in the drive thru. I inquired about which train was in the happy meal. She told me they had a couple I could choose from. I told her the one my, 3 year old son wanted. When I received it, it was the wrong one. Which is an honest mistake. I parked to go inside to trade it. I was greeted with the words, "what's wrong?" I told her that there was nothing wrong with my food but my son had asked for a different train. She told me that was the only one they had. I responded that I was told at the drive thru that there were several I could choose from. I was told that was it and another person from the back said next time for them to just tell me you take what you get. I then had to explain to my 3 year old that some people just act ugly sometimes and we need to not worry about it. I didn't even get a chance to purchase anything today. Usually they are pretty slow and I deal with it. The food is hot but never taste that fresh. But today was probably my last straw. I waited in line for 10 minutes and the line only moved three cars. The young lady that took my order was nice. However, I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and it was terrible. It tasted like sugar waster with no coffe in it. I order the same thing all the time at other McDonald's and never have a problem. I asked if I could please get another with less French vanilla because it was way too sweet for me and they gave me another. It was made exactly the same so she got another lady to make it for me once again. This lady was super rude and said, "It comes with four pumps. How many do you want? I said one or two. Rudely, with a huge attitude and smirk on her face she asked,"Which one is it? One or two?" When she handed it to me it was once again, exactly the same so I ended up just throwing it away.
