Well this past Saturday after seeing the Steak and Mac bowl commercials that looked delicious I'd thought I'd finally just do it. I hate when he's right. I downloaded the mobile app and ordered one Steak and Mac bowl. Got in my car and pulled up to the drive through. Someone came on with the "Welcome to Arby's yadda yadda" and I said, "I'm here to pick up my mobile order." That's when someone else grabbed the microphone and shouted my last name. I said, "yes?" and he told me to pull up to the window. I do that. There is no one else in the drive through. There is no one else in the restaurant at all for that matter. He hands me my bag and says "Sorry, there are only the two of us here tonight." as if a foreshadow of what's to come. I'm like ok......but pass it off to being in Centralia. When I got home though and opened up my "bowl" I was like, wow. I just paid $11.15 for half frozen mac and cheese, four steak "bites" that would have broken my Pitbull's teeth and not a single crispy onion. I took two bites of flavorless vomit looking whatever and tossed it. I have a feeling I would have been fed better in prison to be honest. Absolutely disgusting and there was no reason for it. Maybe if they had been busy? But they were not. If it wasn't ready for me to pick up, they could have just said it will be a few minutes to make it look at lease somewhat presentable.

My boyfriend told me that anytime he passes by that the parking lot is always filled, and even when we were coming in, the parking lot was full and there were definitely some interesting parking choices made by others. We were able to get parking and as we entered we were greeted warmly by staff. Luckily, there was a small table for us so we were seated right away with menus. The staff here are on point with checking in at the perfect times and they always do a sweep for coffee and water refills, to see if anyone needs anything or anything else. They are also so friendly and seem to know their regulars well too. The bathroom is well-maintained and even has a changing station. I got the strawberry lemonade and the biscuits and gravy combo that comes with eggs, hash browns, and ham while my boyfriend got the chicken club sandwich. The drink arrived immediately and not even after a few minutes did our food arrive. The pictures and reviews did not lie, the portions were huge and the food tasted great especially for the price. You do pay at the front once they drop off the tab. I do also appreciate that they sell some local goods from honey, sauces, jewelry and other neat things. This place deserves the glowing reviews and more.
