I stopped in here the other day to grab a coffee to take to my cat's groomer.. yes, my cat gets her hair did, and they did a great job of making a fantastic drink for us to take in no time. The barista was so friendly and greeted me with a smile and got my order right in. I love that they double check everything on the order, whip? Milk type? Sleeve? Straws? They make sure it's exactly what you asked for. I've been consistently pleased with the Avenue Coffee chain in general due to their precision in making quality beverages. The drink was made quickly and kitty and I were able to make it to our floofing appointment on time. The groomer said the coffee was absolutely perfect and that this place is one of her favorites because her beverage always comes out great. I've never had anything but exceptional customer service here. The baristas are super nice and I always ask for recommendations and they're very patient with me. Sometimes it can take a little long but that's not their fault, more the owners I guess? There's almost always just one person whenever I go which is close to 2:00pm. She goes as fast as she can but she's only one person. The way the drive thru is set up is kind of ... irritating, I think the most cars that can fit in there is about 2 on each side, once you hit more than that and sometimes with the longer trucks even one car can become an issue... then you either can't get into the drive thru or you can't leave so someone else has to reverse. It can be quite frustrating when it comes to that. I don't get coffee, usually energy drinks and burritos. I recommend the Lotus over the red bulls, just in flavor they're a lot better and there's no horrible crash with the Lotus's. They always have an abundance of food which is awesome. I'm always very happy when I leave there. 5 stars for the baristas 4 stars for the way the drive thru is set up and having one person all the time.. I hope someday they find a new spot or get clearance to make the drive thru more effective read more

Went here yesterday I've never had an issue with Avenue before. I love supporting local business over Starbucks. I don't think I'll ever be back to this location. I placed my order and the barista started making it no problem. She was almost done making my drink when a truck pulled up on the other side. She sat my drink down and took his order, normally no issue. She then stood there for about 3 minutes just chatting with the guy in the truck while I'm waiting for my half made drink. She started making his continuing their conversation. COMPLETELY made his order and checked him out and I'm still waiting for my drink to finish being made. A different girl came to the window checked me out and still didn't give me my drink. I had to ask for it to be finished so I could have what I paid for. read more

I love this coffee stand!!! My morning barista, Hannah, will show you what coffee is intended to taste like, and she's the sweetest girl in the world too! After having my first cup of her coffee several years ago, I'm a changed woman. I am so picky now and realize that pulling a good shot of espresso is a science, and one that very few have mastered. This is truly a five star place. The girls are the nicest and the coffee is the best. Avenue makes sure their baristas know how to make the best coffee. It is smooth and full of flavor and there is no sign of bitter in it. All of the employees make a great drink whether it is iced or hot. The constancy is through out.
