This our second time ever visiting Dutch bro and they never disappoint. Great customer service, very knowledgeable. I gave them liberty to make their favorite drink for my order and both times was delicious read more

Whenever I had gone to Dutch Brothers and order a hot mocha, I don't know what they use, but it's undrinkable

Dutch Bros Coffee - So good! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Centralia, Washington

Watched the worker talk to the person in front of me for an additional 10 minutes after serving them their drink. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. read more

WE LOVE THE VIBES HERE. Singing their music & killing these coffees, I'm here for it!! Will definitely be back soon!

Coffee bad and customer service is terrible, they were extremely rude. The girl who took my order was very snarky with me.

Consistant within the likes of all Dutch Brothers. Great service, reasonable prices and a well made mocha. This will be my "go-to" coffee stop when in Centrailia/Chehalis. read more

Awesome service here! That is one of the things Dutch Brothers does great, no matter how long the lines are they are very good at keeping the lines moving and getting you in and out very prompt. The service we've gotten here is always very good. Overall, if the choice is between Dutch Brothers or Starbucks- Dutch Brothers beats Starbucks in every order- so by pass Starbucks if there is a Dutch Brothers and come here instead! You wont be disappointed! ! read more

Great drinks it's of different choices and different flavors and choices. A vid thumbs up

First off, I do not know how this place has 3 1/2 stars. The customer service here is outstanding. Kendal went above and beyond, really she needs a raise! Great coffee, customer service, and stickers. What more can you ask for! read more

Went there once and won't be returning again. Run by a bunch of unprofessional high schoolers. I ordered just a simple vanilla latte and the milk tasted like it was microwaved, not steamed. Taste of the shots themselves was poor too; pulled too quickly and bitter. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks (if you want a chain store) or Fiddlers (if you want local). I'm not a sugar-coffee guy, so maybe their red bull something's are good? I could see this place appealing to high schoolers, but to young, professional coffee drinkers, there are a lot of better options in the area! read more

Super nice ladies working. Huge menu. Very overwhelming but they walked me through it. I even got a card for almost a free one since it was my first time there! How awesome is that? read more

The friendliest workers at any coffee shop. My husband and I were on our way to Seattle and made a pit stop in here to see a friend. On our way out we stopped for a coffee and were given the best customer service and yummy drinks! We had never been to a Dutch Bros before as we are from CA but now we wish we had one! The girls working here helped us decide what to get and asked us about our day and our trip and were genuinely excited to hear about both. My husband and I keep talking about how nice they were and want to stop by on the way home. Go here!!! read more

Centralia D-Bros is the it place for your every thirst quenching needs. The staff is amazing, they always go above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience. Moreover, they know us by name! read more

Location is great but my ladies keep giving me mixed signals. . . about their drinks. After a long jog, my daughter (stroller jockey) and I swung into DBC for a little sugar kick before walking home. According to my daughter, her kids hot chocolate was "Awesome" and not just for the drink but for the great cup she took home with her. On the other hand, my wife thought her large extra iced mocha tasted like, well, chocolate milk. I guess that was a bad thing!! Well there you have it, one girl's chocolate milk is another girl's chocolate milk. I stopped trying to make sense of women a long time ago!! read more

Definitely let them know if you are a first time customer! Not only did we get a shout out from the entire team, we also got a newbie nine stamps on our punch card so that we could get a free coffee in two more visits. All of this was incredibly welcoming. We also got solid iced coffee drink recommendations and they were very delicious. My only complaint was that my iced coffee had a lot of ice, and slightly less coffee than I have gotten other places. Small nitpick, but reason why I don't give them 5 out of 5. Still very impressed with their treatment of first time guests, well done, Dutch Brothers! read more

I don't know how you all do it. You are so positive and smiley every morning. You ask me how my day is and always check on my school progress. You make my mornings. Drinks are always the best and the smiles are even better. Dutch Bros has the formula for an amazing work place obviously! Keep it up. read more

These guys are so nice and really listen to what you're looking for in a drink. They do everything in their power to make you happy. I really appreciate the service I get at this location. read more

I gave this place 4 starts because of the service. They are the friendliest staff I've seen. On the other hand the coffee is avrage. I like coffee and my friends from Oregon and Washington raved about this place. It was okay. It's prices are fair though. read more

We had a great experience here. We came here on our way to Seattle. The girl who served my girl was a Brunette who was very nice and bubbly. She was so happy for us that we lived in Los Angeles and we were going up to Seattle and British Columbia. The pumpkin iced coffee my fiancée liked a lot as well. read more

The drinks are awesome, but I keep coming back here cause no matter what kind of day I'M having, the kids that run this place make a point to ALWAYS be friendly and that is something that a lot of businesses could learn from. Just wish I could drink Dutch everyday. read more

When in Dutch Bros Coffee have Dutch Bros. Coffee always great coffee and and chai tea and friendly staff

Been coming here since it opened! Gotta have my 5 shot iced mocha! The staff is really energetic and fun! Went to Dutch Bros in other areas and the Centralia one makes the best drinks! read more

Probably the worst Dutch bros I've been too. The drinks my wife and I got were watered dow and very bland. (I got a iced rebel, wife got an iced coffee) read more

Five stars for the awesomest barista ever, Amber! And all of the rest of the baristas and broistas as well. This is the best place to go for a pick me up, both from the caffeine and the super positive attitude from the workers! This is a consistent coffee stop for me since it's so conveniently located by the freeway and the Outlets. Tip: Are you absolutely dragging? Try the 911 with white coffee. If you're not awake after that, you should just give up and go back to bed. read more

We were driving back to Washington after a long weekend in Oregon and our 10 month old was having a meltdown. We saw that there was a Dutch Bros up ahead at the next exit and decided to make a pit stop. My husband and I had heard of Dutch Bros, but never had it..I had heard good things so I was excited. Because of said meltdown, we decided to park and walk up to the window counter instead of going through the drive thru. My husband got an americano and I asked for a frozen coffee drink. The barista was super friendly and even got a couple of smiles & giggles out of our grumpy baby! We told her it was our first time there and she gave a punch card with 9 stamps! Come to find out, we have a Dutch Bros location in Everett (I thought they were only in Oregon and the lower part of WA) - so we will be visiting more often. read more

One of my favorite coffee places. My only complaint is the drinks seem inconsistent sometimes. I try to avoid using the chocolate milk base as well, it seems the coffee is better when they use white milk or half n half. read more

Just dropped our drink and they were nice enough to remake it. Always excellent service!! This is my main coffee spot

My favorite coffee - great and fast service, and fantastic coffee at a great price. I wish they would come to Tacoma!

I never received the treatment as described in previous reviews. I got bitter no flavor mocha for more than I pay at other local places. I paid $4.75 for a 20oz mocha. At my regular coffee shop it is $3.80 for a 24oz. The Dutch Bros mocha was very bitter overwhelmingly so. There was also no chocolate flavor due to the fact they use chocolate milk and add no extra flavor (any good barista knows that chocolate milk loses flavor when heated). The coffee was bitter meaning that the beans probably were not the freshest and/or the baristas tamp (which she barely did) was off. No matter what the problem was this was just plain gross and a waste of my money. If you want great coffee there is another place a few blocks away on main that has excellent coffee for a much better price. read more

Really good coffee! I really like that they have the choice of soy, coconut, and almond milk (as well as the kind that comes from cows). Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The positive messages on the coffee kids amuse me muchly. There are a lot of coffee places to choose from in the area, but you really can't go wrong with getting a delicious caffeine fix from Dutch Bros. read more

I stop here whenever I'm driving to the Portland airport. Every time I've gone I've had great service! They are always so nice! Prices are great too, my americano is much cheaper here than at my local coffee stands. read more

I love Dutch Bros and the community feel. This one definitely continued the good vibes that I normally feel in my hometown. The guy taking my order today, I guess he was the owner, recommended the shark attack rebel and it's just as good as it sounds. He was a cool dude, and the girl at the window was really helpful. I'm definitely going to keep this Dutch Bros on my radar when I travel up the 5. read more

The best coffee drinks made by the best staff!!! They always make their drinks exactly as you order them. They also have a good selection of sugar free flavors. read more

I love how they have so many sugar free versions. Being diabetic I'm always looking for options. Simply the best.

Staff here are super friendly and fun. They make great coffee at a great price. Love the txt notifications I get letting me know when they have deals, specials and extra stamp days!!! They turned this Starbucks girl in to a loyal Dutch Brothers Drinker!! read more
