Awesome service here! That is one of the things Dutch Brothers does great, no matter how long the lines are they are very good at keeping the lines moving and getting you in and out very prompt. The service we've gotten here is always very good. Overall, if the choice is between Dutch Brothers or Starbucks- Dutch Brothers beats Starbucks in every order- so by pass Starbucks if there is a Dutch Brothers and come here instead! Went there once and won't be returning again. Run by a bunch of unprofessional high schoolers. I ordered just a simple vanilla latte and the milk tasted like it was microwaved, not steamed. Taste of the shots themselves was poor too; pulled too quickly and bitter. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks (if you want a chain store) or Fiddlers (if you want local). I'm not a sugar-coffee guy, so maybe their red bull something's are good? I could see this place appealing to high schoolers, but to young, professional coffee drinkers, there are a lot of better options in the area! read more

The friendliest workers at any coffee shop. My husband and I were on our way to Seattle and made a pit stop in here to see a friend. On our way out we stopped for a coffee and were given the best customer service and yummy drinks! We had never been to a Dutch Bros before as we are from CA but now we wish we had one! The girls working here helped us decide what to get and asked us about our day and our trip and were genuinely excited to hear about both. Definitely let them know if you are a first time customer! Not only did we get a shout out from the entire team, we also got a newbie nine stamps on our punch card so that we could get a free coffee in two more visits. All of this was incredibly welcoming. We also got solid iced coffee drink recommendations and they were very delicious. My only complaint was that my iced coffee had a lot of ice, and slightly less coffee than I have gotten other places. Location is great but my ladies keep giving me mixed signals. . . about their drinks. After a long jog, my daughter (stroller jockey) and I swung into DBC for a little sugar kick before walking home. According to my daughter, her kids hot chocolate was "Awesome" and not just for the drink but for the great cup she took home with her. On the other hand, my wife thought her large extra iced mocha tasted like, well, chocolate milk. I guess that was a bad thing!! We were driving back to Washington after a long weekend in Oregon and our 10 month old was having a meltdown. We saw that there was a Dutch Bros up ahead at the next exit and decided to make a pit stop. My husband and I had heard of Dutch Bros, but never had it..I had heard good things so I was excited. Because of said meltdown, we decided to park and walk up to the window counter instead of going through the drive thru. My husband got an americano and I asked for a frozen coffee drink. The barista was super friendly and even got a couple of smiles & giggles out of our grumpy baby! We told her it was our first time there and she gave a punch card with 9 stamps! Come to find out, we have a Dutch Bros location in Everett (I thought they were only in Oregon and the lower part of WA) - so we will be visiting more often. read more

Five stars for the awesomest barista ever, Amber! And all of the rest of the baristas and broistas as well. This is the best place to go for a pick me up, both from the caffeine and the super positive attitude from the workers! This is a consistent coffee stop for me since it's so conveniently located by the freeway and the Outlets. Tip: Are you absolutely dragging? Try the 911 with white coffee. If you're not awake after that, you should just give up and go back to bed. read more

One of my favorite coffee places. My only complaint is the drinks seem inconsistent sometimes. I try to avoid using the chocolate milk base as well, it seems the coffee is better when they use white milk or half n half. read more

I never received the treatment as described in previous reviews. I got bitter no flavor mocha for more than I pay at other local places. I paid $4.75 for a 20oz mocha. At my regular coffee shop it is $3.80 for a 24oz. The Dutch Bros mocha was very bitter overwhelmingly so. There was also no chocolate flavor due to the fact they use chocolate milk and add no extra flavor (any good barista knows that chocolate milk loses flavor when heated). The coffee was bitter meaning that the beans probably were not the freshest and/or the baristas tamp (which she barely did) was off. No matter what the problem was this was just plain gross and a waste of my money. If you want great coffee there is another place a few blocks away on main that has excellent coffee for a much better price. read more

Really good coffee! I really like that they have the choice of soy, coconut, and almond milk (as well as the kind that comes from cows). Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The positive messages on the coffee kids amuse me muchly. I started coming here because I've had great coffee experiences at other Dutch Bros. Coffee stands. After coming a few days the staff began to recognize me. I don't get anything complicated. I'm not a sugary drink guy. I love my coffee to taste like coffee. The staff began recognize my car and more often than not already was working on my order by the time I had pulled up. There is almost always a lone and that's great. The coffee is better than the other major brand that is far more ubiquitous. The staff are friendly, energetic, and talkative. I'll keep coming here for my coffee whenever I'm in town. read more
