This was a busy little Starbucks just off the freeway in a truck stop type area. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. Drinks were on point as far as consistency and flavor, but the sandwich was a little disappointing. I original ordered the double smoked ham and cheese, which is my absolute favorite, but they had noticed they were actually out so I had to choose something else. Would not choose this Gouda sandwich one again as it was kind of dry. read more

The staff were amazing! We were helped by Jay and Jayleen, and they were really nice and chatty. They also wrote a yum! On my daughters cup, which was a small thing that I loved. The place was a really nice atmosphere, and it looked really nice. We just stopped by for food on the road, but the place was adorable. 5/5 stars. read more

Starbucks - Sweet note - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Napavine, Washington

Well, this used to our favorite starbucks but sadly my 12 ounce iced caramel latte was not good. This was the only starbucks that used to make it right. I had the barista even remake it because tasted off. She was rude about remaking it and said that it was one shot of espresso and 3 pumps caramel. No wonder it tasted off. Yuck. No coffee flavor. Starbucks has changed their coffee recipe and now a 12 ounce is only 1 shot. So if you want any coffee flavor at all gotta pay for another shot. I guess next time it's dutch brothers read more

For a very busy Starbucks- service was great. I ordered a breakfast sandwich online while at the gas station across the parking lot, and it was ready - and not frozen in the middle when I arrived. It loses 2 stars because the location. The store is tucked away in the corner of a very small parking lot. There is very limited parking, appears to be designed for Yugo sized cars, in a single entrance parking lot. Plus, the very busy drive thru appears to provide drivers with an obstacle course like experience. read more

I'm not a fan of their bitter tasting coffee. Their menu for flavor combinations is so limited. Some locations are friendly and other are just pushing you through like cattle. It's too loud in some locations to even talk to the person you're having coffee with so frustrating. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! I will be coming back. Employees are so sweet and nice every time I come.

Stopped in this Starbucks after leaving Longview and heading to jump on the 6 to the coast. I pick me up was in order in the form of an Venti Americano. The American was just what I needed, not just because it tasted good but because it gave me the pick me up I needed to make it to the coast. The young lady who took my order was quite nice and service was quite efficient. This Starbucks is quite busy being right off interstate 5. read more

Yesterday I went to Starbucks I was in the drive through line and then I got out cause it was taking so long and decided to go in then the 7 cars that were behind me went before they even took my order instore this would have never slid when I worked here read more

I love this location coming up and down I-5! They're always so nice and accommodating! Thanks for the friendliness this visit, KJ!

Dear Starbucks, you might want to teach your barista's how to either put a lid on correctly or not to fill it up to the brim so that I don't have to sit there and clean your crappy latte all over me as your barista stares at me asking if I'd like a napkin no genius I want to sit here with your crappy coffee all over me read more

This is now my favorite Starbucks when I'm driving down from Vancouver Canada to Santa Cruz Ca. Everybody is so happy and all smiles willing to help customers and great service. Is it because the employees are all naturally caffeinated If only I can bring their vibes to my local Starbucks!!! read more

The service is usually great and I love the pink drink but they don't offer white espresso. Of all the regular and dark roast espresso theirs has the worst flavor! Even when I drank only regular roast coffee theirs tasted burnt to me. Some have nice seating and others are just so loud you can't concentrate or converse with others. The one in Napavine is a great meet up location as long as the inside isn't super busy. read more

I routinely drive from Pierce County down to Portland for work, typically twice per month. This trusty Starbucks is always there for me roughly halfway between my end points. It's a great location in the middle of nowhere and easy on and off the freeway and with a drive through if you don't need to get out and stretch your legs. This Starbucks also has an interesting refrigerated case larger than most other locations and seems to carry products different from other locations. The staff is pretty friendly and the quality of the drinks is consistent Starbucks. I would call the crew and location to be five star over the top but they are consistent and do their jobs well. I'll be back for sure. read more

Great understanding kind and caring service. Above and beyond the normal stop. Definitely a fantastic go to for road trips, and right off i5. Pretty bland starbucks employees. Zero greetings or acknowledgement that i was at the register while the manager stood their with her quaint ceramic mug. Employees drooped around like the eeyore from pooh. My personal internet was strangled inside, so i didnt want to stick around to buy food, so i went across the freeway for food. They weren't typical coffee shop midmorning busy at all, but since the staff move soooooooooooo slow (totally eeyore) to them it seems crazy busy. Lmao not one smile, hello, how ya doin? Got my drink and asked the casheir if it was normally this bland or if the staff was upset, but he said they were all focused lol good spin i give ya that 3 ppl waiting o drinks, 2 cars in drive way and plenty of staff.......ok bill! (Not his name) hella weird vibe here and i think it comes from the "dont stay" outdated decor and staff. Got an americano black bc i dont like their brewed coffeex and the americano tastes more like a brewed coffee from a better establishment. @10:15am read more

Worst Starbucks I've been to.... Order: "Short Carmel macchiato, no whip, extra hot Please." Barista: It doesn't come with whip. Me: Okie. Thanks Thought the standard and prices were different due to state taxes so I didn't ask about it, but it turns out I was just over charged, and my coffee came WITH whip. -_-" Great job Starbucks.... Thanks for reminding me why I don't come as often. read more

This Starbucks is always an absolute blast to come to. Delanie Brandon and the girl with the long black hair never mess up my order and are always the upmost kind to me whenever I come through the drive through. They are clearly incredibly hard workers and do such a great job and clearly care for the customers at hand. I was once having a somewhat bad day and they both had such a great attitude. It really brightened up my day they really do make up the entire store! read more

Skip Starbucks. Go across the highway to Avenue Espresso, instead. Starbucks: When my drink was handed to me, it was visibly obvious that it had been made incorrectly. I had ordered a blended latte with extra shots. What was handed to me was a cup 3/4 full of whipped flavored milk. They had not added the shots or the ice. It should never have been handed to me when it was so obvious that it was not even made correctly. When I brought it to their attention, they insisted it was correct and just said "sorry". They did not offer to remake the drink correctly. I had to wait in the order line all over again to return the drink and get a refund. Avenue Espresso: Since Starbucks was an epic failure, I then drove over to the other side of the highway to Avenue Espresso! Avenue Espresso was fast, friendly, and great coffee. No hassle. Just a good cup of coffee. If you are traveling through and need a cup of coffee, go to Avenue Espresso. Skip Starbucks. read more

I was so disappointed with the staff of this store. There was a 91 year old disabled woman who needed to use the restroom. I understand with COVID-19 everything we've known has changed. We all need to be careful & clean. I also understand that sometimes we all have to bend the rules slightly. I spoke with one of the supervisors & she agreed, if it was an emergency, she could use the restroom. Thank you for that!!!! We all need to be a little more compassionate toward each other!! read more
