Everything was delicious. The pork was tender and moist, the prawns were perfectly fried and not heavy. The best surprise was the egg flower soup. I was a bit cautious, cause it didn't look like there was a lot of egg in it, and there were small vermicelli noodles in it. I have never had egg flower with noodles. But let me tell you, the flavor was sublime. Such flavorful broth! Definitely the star of my order. I look forward to trying some of their main dishes next time I find myself in Chehalis. There was one guy working the front and I had a hard time hearing/understanding him at first (maybe he was speaking too quietly?), but it became easier once we switched to Vietnamese. He also didn't seem to recognize the drink I wanted even after I gave the menu number, so I had to point it out on the menu before he could ring it up correctly. I'm guessing he might've been new. The banh mi took longer than expected considering the place was empty, probably because from what I could see, there was only one lady in the back making food.
