We have been wanting to enjoy things from here but haven't been impressed. The energy drinks taste like straight syrup. I have tried ordering an iced americano with caramel and cream and it always tastes off... so today I ordered a white chocolate mocha frim their menu thinking they couldn't mess it up. Well after spending $7 it came out and was the color of chocolate milk and tasted horrible. My husband tasted it and said oh nope and took it back to get something else... he got an energy drink and it was like drinking syrup... so I didnt finish it either. Staff has messed up our ordered on multiple occasions... and seem to be syrup heavy. I think they would benefit from more training. We have gift cards that we were given for Christmas... so I keep hoping I'll find something I'll like. read more

The gals here are always so very kind and never disappoint. I hardly ever wait more than like 5 minutes in line, they're very quick about making drinks which I appreciate. This is our new place to go to as my husband and I are very disappointed in the choices Starbucks has made and who they are supporting at this moment in time. I have always gone to Starbucks out of convenience, plus there's one in my hospital, but I think gravity will be my new go to. My husband and I typically spend about $15 here between the two of us and that includes a tip we leave for the gals working there. They're very kind and always listen to what I have to say because I do not like having my drinks too sweet at all. There was once when it was a little too sweet for my liking and the gal there was so kind. She could tell I didn't enjoy my drink when I took my sip and offered to make me a new one and with a lot less sugar she stated. Once my drink was remade, it was perfect for me. I thank the gal who was so so kind and patient with my husband and I at that time. I know I can be difficult sometimes but she did not make me feel like a pain. If anything, she wanted to ensure that I enjoyed the drink I was paying for. Hard to find people like that now and days! read more

First time stopping at this location and it was easy to access and no one was in line. Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience great. From the standard menu we ordered a Supernova, which is made with beyond blue with Guavaberry and topped with lemonade and a down to earth which is made with beyond blue with blue raspberry, green apple and topped with cream. The only good thing is the spritzer but even that you're better off just drinking a plain Redbull unless you're going for the flavoring. Been here 7 times got coffee 4 times and it tasted stale a few times and then the lady poured basically milk with a dash of espresso for a vanilla latte not sure what she was thinking handed it right back to be remade. I have had drinks from here twice, and I haven't been impressed. The first time, my boss bought me a smoothie. It tasted like there was cleaner or something in it. I had to throw it away. The second time, I tried the Area 51 drink. Not only was it over $7 for 16 oz (not including a tip), it was also too sweet to drink. Plus, the barista didn't even bother to wipe off the side of the cup, which had splatters of the drink all over it. I was not blown away by the customer service, like other reviewers were. If you're stopping for coffee in Yelm, I would not recommend Gravity Coffee. read more

Great staffing. Great energy drinks. Never poured out a coffee from here. Sometimes asking for half sweet coffee still ends up REALLY sweet but that's not every time. It's for sure barista dependent and it never ruins my day. I just keep on rolling. The kids do LOVE their kids drinks that come with the cool whip on top and the lollipop in the straw!!! read more

I love this place! The girls are friendly, and the coffee is decent... but the game changer is the way they do kid's drinks. A specially made cup with a lid and a big straw is awesome in it's own right - thanks for that Gravity - but there's more! They also put the whipped cream on TOP of the lid, so I no longer have meltdowns in my car about melted whipped cream, or have my kids opening their drinks in the car trying to get at the whipped cream which usually results in sticky beverage getting everywhere (despite my protestations!). Another bonus is the girls seem very genuine in their conversations, like they actually enjoy talking to their customers (which I have not experienced in a lot of places). Bottom line is - kids or no kids - this is a good place to stop for a coffee. Be on the lookout for their promotions! read more

Their "punch card" system is different and I have no idea how much I have and that's a tad frustrating because I do visit multiple stands throughout my work week. Also, their drinks are always on the sweeter side. I have to ask for one less pump of this or one less scoop of that in order for it to not taste like it has a cup of pure sugar in it. I love Gravity. I love it so much I constantly choose it over my go to starbucks if there is one in the area. Now I normally visit the one in Tillicum, however I was beyond excited when this one opened. The downfall is it's not as big as I was hoping, and I think when it gets busy it makes it a little slower, but overall the coffee is still amazing. Tried this place out today. I order the same drink wherever I go, white chocolate mocha with white coffee and almond milk sometimes extra shots. Now I don't get coffee often, it's a special treat and I know what I order isn't the cheapest coffee drink however this place was more expensive than Starbucks! In fact it was the most expensive price I've ever paid for this drink! 24 oz with 2 extra shots, over $10!! I normally pay around $6 or $7. Now I was willing to give it a try even with all prices posted, let me tell you why I won't be back. The barista finishes making my drink and hands it to me and its iced. She specifically asked hot or cold and I know I said hot. So I hand it back like, no I wanted this hot. She takes it and says oh okay you wanted a white on white? She proceeds to make it again however it was a different barista than whom took our order and I don't think she put the extra shots in there, and she never apologized for making the mistake of putting it on ice in the first place. I do not recommend this overpriced coffee stand. Oh yeah by the way the coffee wasnt horrible but was way too sweet! read more
