    The 2. Taro Smooth Tea

This is delicious! The cashier was so friendly and helpful, this is the only place I come to get any bubble tea because of how cute the area is and how great the customer service is every time.

Check out the Top Sellers! Refreshing Drinks! Great service. If you're ordering multiple drinks you can buy a bag. My kids and I have Braganza Tea at least once a week!

Obsessed! I've had my fair share of boba tea and their boba is some of the best I've had. Perfectly chewy and so yummy. All of the staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions if you're not sure what to get. I suggest the taro or the strawberry smooth tea, with extra boba, of course!

Everyone here is very friendly and super understanding of people who don't know what boba is. You can tell they take pride in making their store clean. The drinks are affordable and fast service. Plus, they tase amazing!

    Brown sugar milk

The drinks are amazing and for a good price, my favorite is the brown sugar milk! The service is really fast and workers are super friendly and always nice. Super welcoming environment, one of my favorite places to go :)

Amazing boba, good service, nice workers 10/100 I love it. We always have a positive experience here and are loyal return customers

I absolutely LOVE this place! The selection of drinks is excellent, the customer service is fantastic! I've always been impressed by the workers ability to knock out sooooo many orders during the busiest summer rushes. My favorite part of the menu is that you are able to mix drinks to create your own specialty drink. I've been coming here since it opened and will truly miss this place when I move to Mexico! If it is your first time, definitely try the passion fruit and add lychee jellies and boba!

Dragon lemon tea with extra boba and extra lychee. The best drink I've ever had can't recommend enough. Way better than happy lemon

Love love love braganza. They're the best. Always the kindest most welcoming people and the drinks are always 110%. They never fail to impress

SO GOOD! It is amazing I get the taro milk tea with extra boba and no ice and it is so good I would rate this a five star review five times! Would recommend try it out.

I'm pretty picky when it comes to bubble tea because I grew up going to great boba shops in Chicago's Chinatown. Although Braganza isn't the best I've ever had, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Pricing is pretty average at about $5/drink. I was happy to hear that the strawberry and mango smoothies are made with real fruit (instead of powders which are often used as a replacement). I got the mango smoothie tea and it was delicious. The drink was fresh and sweet but not too syrupy. The tapioca pearls were a nice texture -- not too hard or soft! The staff was very friendly as well!

Getting ready to throw it out! It was bad

I was pleasantly surprised to find a bubble tea place at the Capital Mall! There was a long line which seemed promising. I ordered a classic black milk tea. They weren't able to adjust the sugar so they told me they would do "less sugar". When I got my drink, it was horrible. It basically tasted like really weak tea- almost water!! The sugar tasted like fake sugar. The only good part about it was the boba but there was nothing special about the boba. The prices were decent but the milk tea was awful!! I hope they improve their milk tea, I had to throw it away after a few sips... it was that bad!

    Jasmine milk tea with boba
    Eva T.

This is hands down the best place for a refreshing drink. I love their milk teas and my favorite is the jasmine milk tea with boba. Service is excellent and fast as there is usually a line because the drinks are so good!

    Fruity iced teas!

I ordered a Large Beef Pho, that costs almost $20 (includes tax), and requested Meatball, Tendon, and Tripe (per the menu that allows you to select up to 3 cuts of meat). Instead, I was only given 2 cuts: steak and brisket, which was not what I asked for. First and last visit from me since the restaurant can't be bothered to provide correct orders. I rate a pho restaurant on how authentically Vietnamese the food is and how the restaurant appears, being a Viet born from Saigon myself. I still ate the pho because I already paid for it, and it was just average at best. The broth was lukewarm, noodles were too al dente for my preference, and the best part of the pho was probably just the steak. When I visited the restaurant, there were several tables filled... but I noticed there was only maybe one Asian customer.. Typically, if you go to a good Asian restaurant, you'll find customers with similar ethnicity dining in, which hints at the quality and authenticity of the food. Their menu also didn't list a special pho or "pho dac biet" compared to other restaurants I've been to, which usually is a combination of listed ingredients, and my go-to so I can taste a bit of everything. Maybe it's their "Combo w/all cuts" but that doesn't tell me what comes with it. The service was nice enough. I was greeted when I arrived and my order was taken correctly, but somehow made incorrectly. I had high hopes for this place, since it's close to the mall and I like the name of the restaurant. But with my order being made incorrectly and the pho tasting average, I'll pass on coming back here again.

Even better, it's only about a 15 minute drive from home for me, so I already know I'll be coming back regularly! The shop was starting to get busy when I first arrived with my kiddo, and by the time we settled down in the back with our orders brought to us, all the tables had filled up. Despite the busyness, the atmosphere still felt relaxed and welcoming, giving off vibes that encourages you to actually sit and enjoy your drink without feeling rushed, if you decide to stay. They even have board games available if you want to hang out a bit longer. The service here is spectacular!! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell because they take their time with you (no pressure when ordering) and are more than happy to answer questions. I ordered the crème brûlée milk tea, which already comes with boba and crème brûlée foam, but I was curious about the ube foam too. The staff member walked me through all my options and helped me land on a half crème brûlée, half ube foam combo, which ended up being so creamy and delicious. I appreciate them being so patient with me because I can be a little indecisive with what I want lol. My son ordered the Thai tea with boba and tried the ube foam for the first time. He felt like the foam was a bit overpowering for his drink (all you could see was ube foam after he mixed his drink instead of the standard orange Thai tea), but honestly, I loved how generous they were with it for our drinks. If you're an ube fan, you won't be disappointed! We also shared a crème brûlée croiffle, and wowwee, that was a treat that totally hit the spot for my sweet tooth. The sauce was rich, sweet, and creamy, making it the perfect dessert to go along with our drinks. Once again, the staff did not disappoint and I was pleased how attentive they remained throughout our visit. They even promptly cleared our trash and plates without us having to ask, which just reiterates how on top of their customer service they are. First visit was such a great experience! Delicious drinks, amazing service, and a cozy vibe. I am totally returning and I'd absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quality boba place in the area!

They make it very clear that they are open -- the lights are bright, and as soon as you walk in, the staff is already prepared to take your order at the front counter. They were also actively cleaning tables to make sure customers had a place to sit. The seating was nicer than what you usually see in typical boba shops. The regular chairs had padding with a suede-like material, which made them super comfortable. They also have a bench-style seating area where you can sit back and relax. Overall, the space felt very living room-esque. As for the boba, it was great -- soft, chewy, and cooked well. The milk tea was sweet just the way that I like it, and I did not even have to specify a sweetness level; I just got the standard. The ice level was also perfect -- not too much -- so I actually got a full drink instead of mostly ice. I rated this place five stars mainly because of the staff. They were extremely attentive. I brought in outside food (not sure if that is technically allowed...oops), but they went out of their way to bring me a ladle, utensils, and chopsticks so I could choose what I preferred. I did not feel uncomfortable to ask for anything, and their overall energy made it feel like I could genuinely hang out with them one-on-one. They were watchful, friendly, and easygoing. I also thought it was adorable that they have a big statue of their mascot in the middle of the shop -- it really gives personality to the place and lets you know exactly where you are.

While I have cafes I prefer in Lakewood, I wanted to try something new, so I found EM Boba & Coffee after looking up places online I ordered the Vietnamese coffee with the egg cream topping. I go to quite a few Vietnamese cafes in Seattle, so I have my standards. Unfortunately, their coffee did not meet my standards at all. The coffee tasted like it was made straight from one of those Vietnamese instant coffee packets. I do drink that here and there at home, but it's not the kind of taste I want from a cafe. The egg cream was pleasant though and helped make it taste better. I probably wouldn't come back for the coffee, but I'm still interested to see what the other drinks were like.

They had samples of their black sesame rice Krispy treat and it was really good, not too sweet and very nostalgic of a classic childhood treat. We just had a meal next door so we didn't need a snack so we'll order that next time. My boyfriend got the ube coffee while I got a summer special drink (can't remember which one) and it was what we were looking for: refreshing and not too sweet. Now the biggest issue that I came across is when I asked for no ice in my drink, the employee gave me an apologetic smile and said she would try her best. As you see in the picture, it isn't completely full. Now I saw a review that complained about a similar issue and the business owner said that you can just let staff know that you want the cup to be filled and they would do their best to accommodate. Not sure if that is just miscommunication or just something the owner said to seem like they are solving the issue but it seems really unprofessional. I understand that it can alter the drink's intended flavor but I ask for no ice all the time and am always happy with how it turns out. You check my photos of drinks from other places and I always ask for no ice as I have sensitive teeth and I don't like the condensation it causes. Other than that issue, it's good to see Lakewood have a nice boba and coffee spot. Additionally, they have two crane machines and board games to enjoy too. They are also dog friendly as long as they are well-behaved and don't cause any messes.

This place had great reviews, so I was excited to try it. Overall, I'd say it reminds me of T4 -- it's just okay. When I walked in, there was no one inside and only one staff member working. It wasn't busy at first, but a line quickly started forming. With just one employee making drinks, it didn't seem ideal for handling multiple customers, so you may end up waiting a bit during busier moments. I ordered the matcha taro cloud with boba -- two flavors I really love together. The milk tea itself was actually pretty good. It wasn't watery and had a nice consistency. However, the employee forgot to add boba to both my drink and the customer after me. I had already walked out and taken a few sips before realizing it was missing, so I had to go back in to get it added. She was apologetic and I appreciate that she promptly fixed it. The boba itself ended up a little underwhelming. I might just be used to the soft, honey boba from Bober Tea, but this one tasted firmer than I prefer. I personally like my boba softer. I do wish the quality of the boba was better and that my order had been accurate from the start. Still, it seems like a nice, simple spot for basic boba -- and it's conveniently located right next to Safeway, so it's easy to grab a drink before or after doing your grocery shopping. Would I come back? Maybe, but I'd probably manage my expectations next time.

The service is quick and speedy, they are kind and tell you their offerings. I got two bubble tea drinks. One milk and one strawberry. The strawberry is fine, the milk is fine too but the tea is different than what I'm used to. It's more of a deeper bitter black tea. Not horrible but surprise taste and not that sweet. Which is fine for me. They have the bubble waffles and the house specials look interesting. Especially the mango lassi and it appears they serve dumplings too if the pictures are any indication. I like this place, it's nice and bright and a good place to study/work and get a snack. I think with more business and expansion of the menu, it would skyrocket. I won't lie, when I saw the lassi on the menu, I had hoped for a rich chai too because we don't get that around here. I have to make it on my own now. Also, while it appears they can steam and waffle, a savory waffle and maybe savory steamed buns would be good.
