I happened to come at a not very busy early afternoon and Savanna was very professional and when I asked for their protein peanut butter shake and asked if they could add chocolate she informed me that the original recipe had white chocolate and could change it for chocolate. I answered yes please and thank you. Her coworker who I unfortunately didn't catch her name made my drink and it came out delicious. Last night, I asked for a decaf peppermint mocha. What I got was an eight-dollar twenty-nine cent lid topped with whipped cream. Literally smeared on the lid like I was supposed to lick it off. I went back, politely asked if this was a joke. The girl with the snake arm tattoo laughed, acted like I was the problem, and offered to 'top it off'--yeah, genius, put more cream on the lid. I was in the area visiting family from out of town and stopped by this little coffee shop. I had such a great experience! I am actually sick to my stomach after the beverage I received from this location. We ordered DoorDash for the office and received completely inedible coffee. I ordered an iced latte and was given a liquid with chunks of something floating around in it, a whole shot worth of grounds at the bottom, and the consistency of syrup. My coworker ordered an iced macchiato that smelled and tasted like cigarettes and was completely translucent. When we tried to call the location about this issue, the phone number is disconnected. They have NO way to contact them. I have never had such a bad experience with a coffee stand, if I could give them negative stars I would. read more

When this location opened it was great! I even got them DoorDashed to my house a couple of times and the quality was amazing. Their service has always been super friendly too! However in the last couple months I've gotten watery coffee more than a couple times and had to throw it away. They said they have to charge me for an ICE WATER as a loyal customer... My husband and I have been regulars of gravity but lately our orders have become inconsistent and bad. For instance the chai tea now has no spice, no color (completely white) and tastes more like marshmallow cream. I'm always interested in trying new coffee so when I saw this place I had to try! I ended up trying their hyperspace and replaced the white coffee for regular espresso. I got a 16oz iced. (I did not get alternative milk which I would usually do). The drink was really good- but I just can't imagine spending $6.95 ($8.95 after tipping) on a 16oz drink again without any alternative milk. I will be back to try some of their teas though since not many stands have options of teas. I just can't get myself to spend $7 on a 16oz coffee, very expensive! read more

I love Gravity Coffee and was looking forward to enjoying a vanilla chai. I ordered two of the same drink 1-16oz and 1-24oz. We received 2-16oz. The barista apologized when she realized I had ordered a 24oz. She looked at me like I was supposed to drive off with the 2-16oz drinks but I politely stated that since I paid for a 24oz if I could have the 24oz. She snatched the drink from my hand. I'm sure all she did was add extra milk but I told her thank you and I got zero response. Such a disappointment when because the baristas are always so friendly. I have been an avid Gravity customer for years now and had just recently moved to Olympia, so I was super stoked to find out they had just opened this one. However, I have gone there a handful of times now and out of the four or five times I have gone, I have only had a true Gravity experience once. Otherwise the staff have been less than friendly and their drinks have been so inconsistent. Their CO2 was out for a couple days, which I understand things happen, however, once it was back up and running the energy drink was so carbonated I could not even drink it. When I looped back around and told the baristas that it was too carbonated, their response was that "that is how their energy drinks are and that I could try another one of their stands." However, again, I have been an avid Gravity customer for years and this is not how the drinks have ever been at any other location, nor was it the way it was the first time I came through this specific stand. I also did not appreciate being told I could go to another stand, beings that the closest stands are either Yelm or Lakewood, which are both over 20 minutes away. I more than likely will not be back to this stand, nor will I tell anyone else to come here. read more

I'm sorry to do this as I never write a negative review about anywhere ever but, good lord they need help in there, the girls behind the counter have no personality and act like they're doing you a favor by just showing up and making a terrible cup of coffee. I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions because I believe in multiple chances having been in the service industry for over a decade but after the 3rd time where my coffee is burnt and terrible I will not be coming back here. 16 bucks for two coffees, one for me and one for my girlfriend, both burnt and taste terrible. If I have to go home and add creamer and sweetener to something that already has both, that's how you know it's a bad coffee. Learn to smile, learn to make a cup of coffee and just have some sort of personality and not act like you're dead inside when you get people in.
