Came here around 3pm on Sunday and ordered the veggie tofu pho, brown sugar crème brûlée bubble tea, lemon soda, beef pho, and brown sugar milk tea. Everything was delicious !!! I loved the pho. The broth had amazing flavor and the cracked pepper sprinkled on top was chefs kiss. They also have so much of the good stuff! Tons of noodles, veggies, tofu and beef to last through every bite. I ate here with my coworker/friend, and I thought the menu was very diverse. I did not realize that this was also a boba spot. I liked that it was available even though I did not get any. I ordered the pho, which was pretty good. I was able to choose 3 different meats, and it cost around $18 (tip not included). I got the regular size, which was surprisingly filling. I came in hungry and still left satisfied. My friend ordered the large size and did not finish her meal, though she came in hungry, too. I really appreciated that they box your leftovers while you take care of the check; it was a thoughtful touch. I really liked the decor. It felt very traditional, with golden embellishments in every corner -- the kind that you would expect in a Vietnamese restaurant. The space worked well for a variety of crowds, from family dinners to casual dates. Something to note when you enter: the chopsticks and ladles are already available at the table. You just need to open the small black drawer located on the side of the table. I also liked that they provided little saucers for hoisin and spicy sauce, so you could mix them as desired. I just think that a quick orientation of the table for new customers would be helpful, so people would know where the ladle, utensils, and chopsticks are without having to ask. One improvement I would alsosuggest is having water already available at the tables rather than having a staff member refill it. Stopped by here while driving through Olympia and I don't know what I expected, but it wasn't this. The banh mis were easily some of the best I've had in WA, and I've had tons of them over the years. I got the grilled pork while my wife got the tofu. Both were stuffed to the brim with meat/tofu, fresh and pickled veggies, and generously sauced so that not a single bite was dry. The bread was fresh and warn, crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. If you're specifically craving an exceptional banh mi, one that you would dream about a few days later and consider driving a couple og hours for, this is a must try. read more

I haven't been here in a while so when I saw that they no longer do the hot pot, I was kind of bummed. But I ordered the pho and lemme tell you, RUN DON'T WALK!!! The pho is absolutely delicious. I have gone to several pho places but none were like my childhood when we would run to each other's houses and it was like a race for our mom's to try to feed all the kids of the neighborhood. I ordered the bun Bo hue and it was not disappointing. With the slightly larger rice noodles I'm used to seeing in this soup, the broth was flavorful and delicious. My husband ordered the special pho and he also had me try the broth from his and that's not typical. It was glorious!! The wait staff has changed all around, but still friendly and attentive. We ordered two Avocado smoothies here, it doesn't taste like it have avocado in it at all, and have some kind of green bean chunks in it and there's a little bit a bitterness in the after taste. I've always enjoyed Banh Mi here and recommended them. However I ordered a chicken Banh Mi and go home and started to eat and was shocked to find deli turkey instead of grilled chicken! For those of you looking for a place to work remotely, they have wifi and there are plenty of tables/seats to work at, but from what I can tell ---- only one outlet... which I am currently using because I was the first person when they opened. As you walk in, there is an almost grocery-like feel. They have snacks, chips, and even homemade items that are packaged for pickup. They have so many options here. You can literally find something for everyone. They have loud music playing in the background - fun for a young crowd. Seems to be a lot of k-pop music. Sitting here for an hour, the majority of the people come in for take out, snacks, bubble tea, etc. I'll admit the bubble tea is what got me here. They have a huge selection. I opted for the strawberry and dragonfruit smoothie, which is water based. I'm not a fan of milk teas. And this drink did not disappoint. When in Lacey or heading down south this is THE stop for the best Vietnamese sandwiches and boba drinks. Any of the combos are great, filled with tons of fillings, veggies and awesomeness. I eat a lot of pho and even make it when I have the time but when you pho so bland and lacking flavor you know it at first chopstick-full. It was so bad I couldn't eat it because it tasted like they threw some chicken bouillon into water and called it pho. Insult to injury, the small bowl is $16, almost $18 after taxes.
