I've honestly tried to give this Coffee stand at least 4-5 chances. The first time I came here I honestly thought the girls working were super rude, which is wild to me since they make horrifically terrible tasting drinks. The last 2 times my husband has gone in to grab me coffee, you can taste the just...off taste of their coffee? It tastes like either their machine has never been cleaned, or they just let their beans sit out in rain to collect mold, then use them for drinks afterwards. If you like strong, savory coffee but still a little sweet, THIS is the place to go. Oh and their tuxedo muffins are to die for. I always have my dogs with me when I go and they're always just as excited to go with me to get coffee as the baristas are to see them. Rude Barista. So I show up with my step-daughter for two drinks and the barista waits TWO MINUTES before even greeting us. Even after greeting us, she then took her time AFTER I said I'm trying to get to work. Not really impressed with Coffe Bean. They have nice and cute staff, but the drinks taste pretty bad. We stopped by the Coffee Bean after we dropped my dog off at Grateful Dogs for a bath. There was a moderate wait line so I guessed it'd be popular. I ordered a banana bread latte while my friend got a simple white coffee. We pulled off and was immediately disappointed when we took a sip. The latte was like water, banana creamer and coffee separated from the drink with a ton of ice. I tasted only creamer, no coffee. Overall, nice staff, terrible coffee. Maybe I'll go back and try out the food instead. read more

First I would like to say i don't take giving bad reviews lightly as I also own a food business in the area. After going there this whole week I have to make it know for the owner. The customer service from all the girls I have met have been great and the coffee and smoothies I get are always on point! The reason for my bad review has to do with their careless actions when it comes to proper sanitation and hand washing. I came here for a week straight to watch all the baristas take cash payments touch all over customers debit cards passing out the same clip board to every customer paying card then continue to make drinks and food without washing or sanitizing their hands and never sanitizing the clip board they pass out. We are in the covid era currently and the fact that they are being careless and not sanitizing really pisses me off. The safety of your customers comes first and whoever the owner is needs to take proper action about this. Even if we aren't dealing with covid, your employees should be washing their hands and taking proper sanitizing methods regardless. Masks don't help when your not washing your hands! Your employees are literally touching all over everything with dirty hands including the ice machine which should be used with a ice scoop and not dipping your hand and cup into the ice to get ice. To the owner- Please watch your cameras, see for yourself and take action about it because it's your responsibility as a owner to ensure food and drink safety. I don't want to sound or come off rude but as business owners we need to ensure our employees are doing things the correct way for everyone's safety. read more

This used to be the best coffee stand around Lacey/Olympia. In the last 3 years or so sadly it's lost it's signature costumer service and quality of food and drink. In a state where coffee is on every corner, you have to have something that other places don't. something that makes people feel good, want to go back and tell others so they can too. I remember a time going here and feeling like my order was wanted to be taken. I was greeted with a smile, How are you? What can I get you? Now it's the same service you so often get anymore. What are you having? I feel like I am further burdening these girls that are unhappy to be taking my order in the first place. The staff is ever changing and seem to be unhappy to be there. I would like to say to the owner, the newly brunette, and blond gals don't mind expressing their unhappiness with their job and boss. Hiring based on skill, service and maturity not looks and type seem to benefit a business better. read more

I came to this place for the first time a few weeks ago. When I got there the barista said "hello" but unbeknownst to me she was speaking to the customers at the other window. She turned to me and said "you have to wait." She proceeded to talk and laugh with the customers at the other window. I patiently waited for over 10 minutes while she had a great time chatting it up. When she finally turned to me, she didn't say one word. I told her which drink I wanted and she didn't bother repeating the order back. When she gave me the drink it was hot even though I specifically asked for an iced drink. She proceeded to correct the drink but seemed annoyed with me. I don't plan on ever visiting that place again. I don't like doing business with rude people. read more

My friend and I tried 2 "shakes" a red velvet shake (with a shot of espresso) and a berry shake. Turns out the "shakes" are loaded up with ice, milk, and syrup from a bottle. Totally gross. We went 2 days in a row over the weekend. First time we waited for over 15 minutes for drink. Long wait. We got to the window and 3 girls were working. Not one tried to spark conversation with the customers only between themselves.. but we're still pleasant, but then we decided ok give it another chance. We went this past Sunday. The young blonde girl working around 2:30 was not pleasant at all. She took our order like we were interrupting something. Another blonde walks out from the back and we can hear them say how "miserable" she was (the girl taking the order) . She was texting on her phone by the register so much that after telling me the total she forgot to give me one of the drinks. I had to ask for it. I gave them 2 stars because the drinks are good and there is a girl or 2 with darker hair that have always been super nice. This weekends experience we will not be back. I heard about a pumpkin chai tea latte blended from The Coffee Bean in a Hawaii location and I had to try it. It was absolutely delicious and creamy. The pumpkin flavor was perfect, not too overpowering where you can't enjoy the chai. Honestly, have been craving another one since I had it last weekend, but totally trying to control my non water intake. I have enjoyed blended white mochas before from this coffee stand and have never been disappointed, this location is out of the way from my house and which is why I don't frequent it when I'm craving my coffee fix. read more

I was really impressed with this place this morning. I pulled up to find an atm right next to the window, which was really convenient as I needed to stop at one anyway. I was immediately greeted and didn't know what I wanted. The two girls working were very pleasant and one even made suggestions for drinks. They managed to juggle both windows very promptly. My white chocolate mocha was delicious and my ham breakfast burrito was excellent. I will definitely be a return customer on my way to work from now on! read more

Loved the customer service here. Should have asked the barista her name because she was amazing and kind. She was working on October 25th around 4:10pm and was super quick with my drink. She made great conversation and my mocha was delicious. Obviously will be coming back because of the baristas that work here and for the good coffee. ITS NEVER BUSY TOO SO THEY ARE FAST AF. I work out across the street and always pass this stand. This morning I was in dire need of a pick-me-up and saw they have white coffee! The barista working was SUPER friendly and already had me feeling more chipper after a rough morning cardio session. I let her know I couldn't have any milks or sugar. She suggested a white coffee, Americano-style, with sugar free caramel sauce and sugar free vanilla syrup. It was AMAZING, and the great customer service made it a home run. They get two stars because the barista was very sweet and gave good customer service. My wife ordered a small cake batter frozen favorites and I ordered a medium rummy pound cake mocha. The frozen drink was flavored by a powder and indistinguishable from a McDonald's vanilla milkshake. The mocha was exceptionally sweet and tasted vaguely of rum. Combined, the bill came to $10.37. My wife's drink was only $3.50. That means that my medium mocha cost over $6. I'm from NYC. Even there, a medium mocha, no matter what fancy flavor was in it, would not cost $6.50. For $6.50, I could have gotten a drink with actual rum in it. Dutch Bros is right down the block and at $5 for a large, a much better deal. read more

Another coffee stand with not-so-good coffee. I've tried it twice, the second time hoping the first bad cup was a mishap, but it wasn't. Blah. But, why would I go here when Cutter's Point is right across the way? The Coffee Bean has TO DIE FOR stuffed pretzels. YUM! My favorite is the cream cheese stuffed, although they have so many others to choose from.. chocolate, pizza, nacho, etc. YumYumYum. They are also always advertising fun shakes and other creative drinks tho I've never tried any of them. I may in the future, but I can't justify a stuffed pretzel & a heavily sugared drink to go with.. calorie-wise, anyway. Maybe on a splurge day I'll just do it! read more

Almost a hidden gem the drink selection is huge the red velvet and banana bread latte are my favorite! They use quality ingredients the coffee is spot on when it comes to taste.
