At the speaker, the barista repeated my order back correctly. When I got to the window, she told me the total, I paid, and then before handing me my drinks she informed me that they hadn't charged me for the second drink. I was confused because the total had already been around $10, so I asked how that could be if one drink hadn't been rung up. She explained that the price included all of the add-ons, but when I looked at the receipt on my phone, it wasn't clear at all. In fact, the receipt made it appear as though both drinks had already been charged. I was then charged a second time for the missing drink. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, many businesses will either honor the original total or apologize for the inconvenience when the mistake is on their end. Neither happened here. To make matters worse, after paying again, I was handed drinks that were incorrect, they were the wrong size and not what I had ordered. When I questioned it, the barista simply went back to what she was doing without apologizing or offering to fix the situation. After I left, I looked at the second receipt, and it also didn't make much sense. It's really unfortunate because my family spends a lot of money here. Between my kids getting Italian sodas and our coffee runs, we're regular customers. I usually enjoy the ambiance and the staff, however, was very disappointed with my experience. A simple apology and an effort to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, we left feeling overcharged, with the wrong drinks, and like our concerns didn't matter. Because of this experience, we won't be returning.

I'd like to return to try their flights or more unique options. This location is very casual and fairly comfortable. It was pretty empty when I visited so there were plenty of seats. On the weekend I visited they closed around 4pm which feels pretty early. That's just personal taste though.

The drinks are somewhat limited and they have a coffee flight option but only cold coffee drinks. The staff is very friendly and conversational. The location is decently sized with a sprinkling of seating options. It's well appointed and they have a cool Mazam espresso machine. My only reason for bringing this down a star is the coffee. I ordered a 24-oz and asked for a triple instead of a quad shot raspberry beret (I think that's the name). The coffee tasted like a La Croix coffee. It was a whisper of flavor. I barely tasted the white chocolate and the raspberry. The coffee was smooth but also minimal tasting. I felt like it was mainly just milk with suggestions of other flavors. I'm not expecting diabetes level sugary, but this seemed a little odd. And no, I didn't ask for the drink to be remade. If the drinks are normally like this, then that's how I'm going to judge them. If you like coffee but don't like the strong taste of coffee, then this is the place for you. Unfortunately, I'm used to oil rig coffee where there's only one caffeine source and it's gotta keep you awake for 16 hours straight.

After a yummy lunch outing elsewhere, my son and I were craving donuts for dessert, so we stopped…read moreby here since the name of the store appealed to us, and the location is near our home. The lady who took our order was patiently waiting behind the counter and provided the bare minimum friendliness for service -- nothing extravagant nor terrible. We purchased a dozen donut holes and 4 individual donuts: 2 maple bars, 1 chocolate bar, and 1 regular chocolate donut, as well as their flan, which was about $20 in total. The donuts were packed into cheap brown paper bags, so they're easy to eat immediately. The donuts were cheap enough, but the signage for the prices was located on the left on a chalkboard on the wall, which was very easy to miss after entering the shop, and we didn't notice it until after we ordered. My son enjoyed the donuts, but I found the donuts tasted stale, perhaps because we visited in the evening when they were no longer fresh. I would have liked them to be sweeter and fluffier, but it was inevitable that the quality would be mediocre based on the time we arrived. They offered an okay selection of donuts, which were all displayed visibly as soon as you entered, and there was some variety, but nothing that particularly stood out to me besides the maple bars, so not much creativity there with the donut options. Perhaps, again, it was due to our late visit. However, they do offer other desserts, like pastries, but those looked too filling for me at the time, so I settled for the flan, which was still rich and heavy, but I was able to refrigerate it to enjoy at a later time. I noticed they sold some sweet bread too, like conchas, but those didn't interest me at the time. They also offer drinks and ice cream bars on the right after you enter. There's a decent amount of seating, but the shop was practically empty when we were there, because we're weirdos who visit around 18:00 for donuts lol. There wasn't really anything that caught my attention enough for a return visit, besides the convenience of the location. Overall, not a bad visit, but nothing enticing enough for me personally.
