I'm never disappointed when I come to Cutter's. The location is super convenient to those of us who live in Hawk's Prairie neighborhood. Firstly, more than ample parking outside, so you can park and go on in to sit by the fire, or you can go through their convenient drive-thru. Secondly, the ambiance delivers that Friends vibe, where you are mare than comfortable sipping your coffee slowly so you people watch or stare at the fireplace. Thirdly, they have a great selection of drinks for all tastes, as well as danishes and hot sandwiches to satisfy! You can't go wrong here. Great little coffee shop located in the Home Depot area off Marvin Road. Staff here is excellent and service is very smooth. Plenty of seating to enjoy your treats. Place appears to be very well liked, and has been filled with customers on every morning I've stopped here. There are about 4 chairs that are placed near the fireplace if you're wanting to sip and warmly relax. Along with a bacon breakfast sandwich (delish)! AMAZING! The young lady who I paid with, Aliyah (spelling?) was one of the most sweet and friendly coffee drive thru employees I've ever encountered. She chatted with me about my day (packing to move)! She added some milk for me when I needed some to lessen the sweetness. She did it with warmth, and even warmed me to be careful because it was full. You don't get this kind of full service often and I had to write this before I left! Yesterday I went in for an eggnog latte. Couldn't find the nutmeg anywhere, and was told, "oh yeah, we're all out, been going through a lot of that lately with it being eggnog season and all". DUH...there is a Safeway store 3 minutes away. As it turns out, lack of nutmeg was the least of my concerns...my drink tasted lIke warm skim milk, with a little sugar in it. No coffee flavor to speak of, and totally lacking in the rich creaminess which is the whole point of eggnog. I absolutely LOVE Cutters Point. The company itself is amazing and had the best beans, brands, and recipes and is always incorporating new items! The food is amazing and local, so good! This location specifically though, I can never get any type of espresso drink from this location without receiving grounds in my drink. I've had them remake it a few times and it still isn't much better. I've had a smoothie made completely wrong and had to bring it back and tell the baristas their own recipe to make it correctly. I think some of the baristas could benefit from some retraining! Whenever I brought a drink back because it was full of grounds or made completely wrong, I was treated like I wasn't welcome there. I'd really only get the redbull drinks and food at this location, unless the manager or select baristas were working. I will say, there are really amazing baristas at this location but some of the baristas that work the closing shift have no care in the world for how they treat their customers and make drinks. read more

They have all been fairly bland and the potatoes on the inside are always undercooked, which I do not like...... but, as odd as it is, they are still better than fast food chain breakfast. read more

The morning staff is phenomenal, they're friendly, professional and the coffee is always so good! I would definitely give 5 stars to every location except the night shift at the hawks prairie. I go everyday but will no longer go at night. The staff seems like they don't know what they're doing. The coffee is awful I can't force myself to drink it. I don't know how it can vary so drastically. It's not even the same people each night, it seems like there is no guidance. It seems like they are rushed through training and thrown on the floor to fend for themselves. It's unfortunate what the pandemic has done to local businesses. read more
