Normally, I don't drink carbonated drinks, but once I passed beyond that the flavor base was good. Service The barrista was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name because she went above her duty. It was Saturday and raining, and the inside of my car door got wet when I rolled the window down. She gave me my drink and cheerfully asked me if I wanted napkins to wipe the inside of my door, and I said yes. Little things like that makes you feel that people out there care about others. Ambiance The area is pretty much good and enough space for vehicles to get by. I thought of maybe the can put on an awning on both sides of the windows to keep the barrisistas and customers dry during the raining season, also it's good for shade in the summer. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars.

This is smaller mall and the food/drink options are somewhat limited here.. After walking the entire mall and seeing what they're currently offering, I'd say Northwest Grind would probably be your best bet aside from Stack 571 which is the restaurant near their movie theater. I love the overall look and variety here. I got a cinnamon roll which was just as good if not better than Cinnabon's roll and an iced green tea but there's plenty of other items like breakfast sandwiches, charcuterie and a buffalo chicken sammich that I'd really like to try next time I'm around! They also sell CBD gummies at the register which is pretty cool ! Give them a go if you're at the Capitol Mall and in the mood for something that's not Panda Express or Charley's Subs.

Okay, I gotta say..LaBoba is the best boba I've found in Lacey so far!…read moreI've been on the hunt for a yummy boba spot ever since moving to Washington a little over a month ago, and I can confidently say this is the best one I've tried in Lacey so far. Even better, it's only about a 15 minute drive from home for me, so I already know I'll be coming back regularly! The shop was starting to get busy when I first arrived with my kiddo, and by the time we settled down in the back with our orders brought to us, all the tables had filled up. Despite the busyness, the atmosphere still felt relaxed and welcoming, giving off vibes that encourages you to actually sit and enjoy your drink without feeling rushed, if you decide to stay. They even have board games available if you want to hang out a bit longer. The service here is spectacular!! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell because they take their time with you (no pressure when ordering) and are more than happy to answer questions. I ordered the crème brûlée milk tea, which already comes with boba and crème brûlée foam, but I was curious about the ube foam too. The staff member walked me through all my options and helped me land on a half crème brûlée, half ube foam combo, which ended up being so creamy and delicious. I appreciate them being so patient with me because I can be a little indecisive with what I want lol. My son ordered the Thai tea with boba and tried the ube foam for the first time. He felt like the foam was a bit overpowering for his drink (all you could see was ube foam after he mixed his drink instead of the standard orange Thai tea), but honestly, I loved how generous they were with it for our drinks. If you're an ube fan, you won't be disappointed! We also shared a crème brûlée croiffle, and wowwee, that was a treat that totally hit the spot for my sweet tooth. The sauce was rich, sweet, and creamy, making it the perfect dessert to go along with our drinks. Once again, the staff did not disappoint and I was pleased how attentive they remained throughout our visit. They even promptly cleared our trash and plates without us having to ask, which just reiterates how on top of their customer service they are. First visit was such a great experience! Delicious drinks, amazing service, and a cozy vibe. I am totally returning and I'd absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quality boba place in the area!

They make it very clear that they are open -- the lights are bright, and as soon as you walk in, the staff is already prepared to take your order at the front counter. They were also actively cleaning tables to make sure customers had a place to sit. The seating was nicer than what you usually see in typical boba shops. The regular chairs had padding with a suede-like material, which made them super comfortable. They also have a bench-style seating area where you can sit back and relax. Overall, the space felt very living room-esque. As for the boba, it was great -- soft, chewy, and cooked well. The milk tea was sweet just the way that I like it, and I did not even have to specify a sweetness level; I just got the standard. The ice level was also perfect -- not too much -- so I actually got a full drink instead of mostly ice. I rated this place five stars mainly because of the staff. They were extremely attentive. I brought in outside food (not sure if that is technically allowed...oops), but they went out of their way to bring me a ladle, utensils, and chopsticks so I could choose what I preferred. I did not feel uncomfortable to ask for anything, and their overall energy made it feel like I could genuinely hang out with them one-on-one. They were watchful, friendly, and easygoing. I also thought it was adorable that they have a big statue of their mascot in the middle of the shop -- it really gives personality to the place and lets you know exactly where you are.

At the speaker, the barista repeated my order back correctly. When I got to the window, she told me the total, I paid, and then before handing me my drinks she informed me that they hadn't charged me for the second drink. I was confused because the total had already been around $10, so I asked how that could be if one drink hadn't been rung up. She explained that the price included all of the add-ons, but when I looked at the receipt on my phone, it wasn't clear at all. In fact, the receipt made it appear as though both drinks had already been charged. I was then charged a second time for the missing drink. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, many businesses will either honor the original total or apologize for the inconvenience when the mistake is on their end. Neither happened here. To make matters worse, after paying again, I was handed drinks that were incorrect, they were the wrong size and not what I had ordered. When I questioned it, the barista simply went back to what she was doing without apologizing or offering to fix the situation. After I left, I looked at the second receipt, and it also didn't make much sense. It's really unfortunate because my family spends a lot of money here. Between my kids getting Italian sodas and our coffee runs, we're regular customers. I usually enjoy the ambiance and the staff, however, was very disappointed with my experience. A simple apology and an effort to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, we left feeling overcharged, with the wrong drinks, and like our concerns didn't matter. Because of this experience, we won't be returning.

So, I chose TinTin!! I ordered The tarp with, coconut milk and tapioca boba bubbles. (Yeowza!!) It was SO GOOD!! The first visit the lady behind the register didn't speak much English, but was so nice, and welcoming. Lol My second visit I ordered the brown Sugar tea... It was featured on the flyer. I attached a photo below. Dear lord, help me!! It was BEYOND Delish!! Unfortunately, I didn't have the same lady serve me this time. She was younger and not as friendly when I approached her with questions. She was more short, and acted irritated that I didn't know what I wanted to drink right away. Maybe she was having a bad day?? It wasn't bad enough where I'll never return, but enough to where I needed to mention it here. ‍ So, I guess we shall see on my next visit. Lol I haven't tried any of the food at this location so I can't review that. As for the ambiance of the restaurant it is very nice inside. It is a smaller establishment, but there are tables where you can dine in if you'd like. I'd definitely come dine in and try out their food sometime. This place had great reviews, so I was excited to try it. Overall, I'd say it reminds me of T4 -- it's just okay. When I walked in, there was no one inside and only one staff member working. It wasn't busy at first, but a line quickly started forming. With just one employee making drinks, it didn't seem ideal for handling multiple customers, so you may end up waiting a bit during busier moments. I ordered the matcha taro cloud with boba -- two flavors I really love together. The milk tea itself was actually pretty good. It wasn't watery and had a nice consistency. However, the employee forgot to add boba to both my drink and the customer after me. I had already walked out and taken a few sips before realizing it was missing, so I had to go back in to get it added. She was apologetic and I appreciate that she promptly fixed it. The boba itself ended up a little underwhelming. I might just be used to the soft, honey boba from Bober Tea, but this one tasted firmer than I prefer. I personally like my boba softer. I do wish the quality of the boba was better and that my order had been accurate from the start. Still, it seems like a nice, simple spot for basic boba -- and it's conveniently located right next to Safeway, so it's easy to grab a drink before or after doing your grocery shopping. Would I come back? Maybe, but I'd probably manage my expectations next time.
