I normally love this place- always consistent, always delicious..... except for today. I ordered an açaí bowl and three smoothies- things that I have ordered many times and always tastes the same until today. One smoothie was mainly ice and had big chunks of ice in it, the other two smoothies and the açaí bowl were very watery, the açaí bowl also didn't have the vegan powder on top that I paid for. They all tasted really badly. I called to see if there was something they could do. The girl confirmed that all of our items were made by our newest person but wouldn't taste any different. I told her that I've ordered these many many times and they've always tasted the same but they do not taste good. She said I could call the manager tomorrow and said there was nothing she could do today. Didn't offer to even remake the items they messed up on, or give a refund. No options whatsoever. I didn't want a review to have to be left for this to be taken care of, but clearly that's the case. Hoping they train their new employees better so this doesn't continue to happen. read more

I stopped in with my son and it was very busy--the line was nearly out the door at one point. I hadn't been here in a long time, so this experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, service wasn't moving because only one employee appeared to be actively helping customers while others were standing behind the counter chatting (it looked like a shift change). One employee was also eating Goldfish behind the counter, which didn't feel very sanitary. I've been coming here since high school and have always enjoyed the smoothies, so this was surprising. We ended up leaving and driving to Tumwater to a place that's always great. Hoping this was just an off day, but staffing and professionalism could definitely be improved during peak times. read more

Hands down the best customer service that we have ever had at any smoothie place EVER! It was New Year's Eve when we stopped by this location and the 2 gals working this particular afternoon were SO friendly and helpful!! The smoothies here are delicious but when it's made with love and care, it is even better!!! There are also a ton of other options if you're not a smoothie type of person. There's açaí bowls (which my son and husband got!) and lots of protein bars and other healthy snacks. If you need some energy drinks or protein powder, they got you covered!! There are also table for you to enjoy your shakes and bowls so give this place a go when you need a healthy treat or a great pick me up with excellent customer service !!! read more

Love this emerald smoothie! Great customer service and my drink is always GOOD! I have been to Lakewood, tacoma and others all the way toward woodinville and this is my favorite one. I am really picky with my Smoothies and for some reason this location gets it right every time! My drink always taste the way I love it. I like to treat myself to a smoothie here a few times a month. They have a fantastic variety of a menu and I love the healthy living items they sell from protein, to low carb snacks and healthier energy drinks. They do run a point system off of your phone number and the only reason I take away one star is because I have never been asked for my phone number. I always have to remind them to enter it. The drinks are delicious and the açai bowls are a wonderful meal! I like that they have seating as well. read more

This place isn't bad but isn't blow you out of the park amazing. They don't clean their ice maker I will say that. It does have a lot of build up on it. They do have dusty and expired products on the shelves. And it is run by a bunch of kids. But they also have a homeless man out front that just stands there all day. He's not even nice. He's just nasty. He's been offered food and he's thrown it across the street. So idk this place is just so weird. Why is it so weird here. read more

Disgusting and gross! I am vacationing in WA to visit my Uncle, and I was in the shopping center and decided to order a smoothie. I decided on what to order, and while waiting in line I saw that there were tons of flies and gnats. I have no idea what their sanitation standard is but it looked disgusting and didn't want my smoothie contaminated by flies and gnats touching my food. My partner and I loved loved loved it here, and were so happy to have been able to support it. I ordered an açaí bowl because whenever I see açaí bowls on the menu, that's what I get. My partner ordered a protein smoothie and raved the entire time she was drinking it. She insisted on me trying it but I was so enamored by the açaí bowl that I refused and I typically rarely refuse. This is a great location too because it's near a gym and Costco. We will definitely be back to try out other things on the menu. They have great smoothies and are normally not too busy. The only issue I have is the staff isn't too knowledgeable of the supplements. They basically read what is written on the sign and know nothing more. I gave them this high of a rating because they are friendly and the smoothies are great. Customer service was alright and I don't know the girls name. The smoothie, however, was less than enjoyable. Maybe it was because she was busy and the only one there or maybe it was because she didn't care about making a proper smoothie that tastes good. My boyfriend and I just started coming here 4 days ago when I had a terrible cold and wanted something refreshing and we have now been back everyday since! Ive seen the same girl work every single day and she quickly remembered both of our drinks which as a barista myself I really appreciate and am impressed (: I add probiotic and immunity to mine and my boyfriend adds amino acids and glutamine!
