She added agave nectar to the smoothie and the bowl and it was sooo good! Shout out to Eva for this amazing bowl! I ate it so fast so no pics, but I'll be ordering this again! One of the workers who was preparing the smoothie bowls, so touching fresh fruit, would continuously scratch her head and hair and touch her hat, which was visibly covered in something, and then proceed to continue to prep the smoothie bowls without changing gloves or washing hands. Staff here could be better. I like to order a blue gummy, which is a secret menu item. Every time I order it I get some sort of pushback from the staff. Saying that it's not a real drink. I even had one staff member say "I've worked here 2 years, that's a fake drink", only for her to open the drink folder and find it the recipe. I'm also positive that I've been surcharged for ordering this drink. A large drink is around $9, I was charged $12!! No other Jamba Juice location has given me a hard time for this drink or surcharged me. read more

This Jamba Juice is close to me and I love coming here. Each experience is friendly and I get my order fast. It's tidy and clean. There's a lot of choices and there's something for everyone. Not really impressed with this place. We got two smoothies and a cheddar tomato twist. The smoothies and food were good. Service was meh. We walked right up to the register and ordered. The girl working the register was nice and friendly. Several people came in and ordered after us. A couple with a young child, an older man, and another couple. The problem was that all the people after us got their smoothies before we did. We got our smoothies AFTER everyone else did. Smoothies should have been made in the order in which they were placed. This isn't the first time this has happened here either. Last time, the only person behind us in line got their order first. I won't be making it a habit to come here for poor service. read more

Something else to add which you consistently dint see is that the employees look genuinely happy with working there and the ambiance instead of having the face of "just doing this because i have to" and have a very communicative relation with their manager as like "friends" for lack of better words and not just someone that tells them what to do. This place has really great service, however their drinks are on the pricey side. I ordered 2 drinks through uber eats to be delivered to my work the other day and half my order was missing. I received my coworkers drink but not mine, which made me really disappointed because I was the one who wanted smoothies and I only ordered his for the free delivery. When I called the guy was really nice and apologetic about it and asked if i wanted to pick it up. I couldn't because I was at work on the other side of town but he still refunded me the money for my drink. Id come here more often if I could afford it. read more

There's an app, where you can order ahead of time and pick up your drink/food. Sometimes, the app doesn't allow you to order (if it's too early or too close to closing). I have called the store to make a phone order and then gone to pick it up. The staff is always friendly and my acai bowls are always deliciously consistent! If you just want a smoothie with no hassles, there isn't another one in this area so the fact that they don't do anything wrong is nice. There is a slight sense that you are intruding when you walk in, not much for conversation. But then again, they aren't selling conversation. Satisfied with my drinks but was a little disappointed about the coupon. On most if not all jamba juice coupons it says you can upgrade for a larger size drink for an additional fee which I was willing to pay. I was told the coupon would only allow me to purchase the small. I don't understand why the employees here don't know that people can upgrade their drinks by paying an extra fee. I've done it all the time back in Cali and paid $3 for the large size with a coupon. I was not the only customer that was trying to purchase the large size of the drink another customer asked the same thing and was told the exact same thing I was told taut she could not buy a larger size with the coupon. I'm giving 1 star because of the service. The employees working literally looked and acted like they had no idea what they were doing. There was an issue with one of the point system screens that I pointed out to one of the cashiers and there was no effort made whatsoever to fix the issue. The only response I received was, "I guess it's temporarily not working and I never had to reset the system". That alone was enough for me to see how far the employees would actually go to satisfy a customer. I'm a huge fan of Jamba Juice, but this location just gives Jamba Juice a bad rep in my opinion. To top it off, it was a slow business day and it took the amount of time to receive my smoothie as if it were "out the door" busy. Never again will I return to this location. read more

Came here over the weekend and got there about 8:40pm. They closed at 9 but I usually tip well and I already knew what I wanted. When I entered, the guy greeted me very friendly even though it was obvious they were closing up. The lady at the register however was glaring me down like I was her worst enemy-Yikes! I didn't tip because of that reason alone. My drink was made quickly and tasted great. First time at this location and I'll probably come back. This is the Jamba Juice closest to me, but I don't think we'll be coming back to this location. The service felt a little rushed, and both mine and my husband's smoothies were under-blended. They were too-thin overall with several large chunks that clogged our straws. Rushed and rude service. I came in about 15 minutes before closing, and ordered a bowl, and my boyfriend ordered a smoothie. The cashier made the comment that they close in "4 minutes," and "if I want a bowl next time, to order it much earlier." It seemed as if he brushed us off. The women behind us in line also ordered a bowl, and he was rude to her as well. He then made the comment that he would rather be at home. I don't understand why that employee believes that it is okay to act like that. Then, they messed up my order. I was too afraid to say anything about it because he was already being so rude.
