Location/ambiance: Easy to find, close to I-5 and other parts of Chehalis. The inside is so cute and makes you feel cozy with a modern touch. The attention to detail really shows. Food (of course): I don't think you can go wrong with anything you order here. There's something for everyone. However, I can't speak to their accommodations for dietary restrictions. The smoothies are great. Bagels are nice and dense but not dry. They have fun specials too that help change things up. Definitely give them a stop next time you're in town!

This coffee shop also has really great energy, great service and a very interesting selection of coffee drinks. We live in Tenino. While there is good coffee in Olympia there are no coffee shops that offer both high quality coffee and such a good vibe. It's worth the drive. During our last visit we bought a bag of coffee to enjoy it at home. When we got home after a long day we realized our coffee bag was nowhere to be found! Somehow we left it there. The coffee shop is 30 minutes away from us and it is not on the way to anywhere where we often go so we just let it be. A week later we happened to be in the area and decided to walk in and ask if they happened to find a stray coffee bag :) A lovely barista remembered us and how we left the coffee there. We had a good laugh about it and she told us we were welcome to pick any bag we wanted. THANK YOU!

Got the caramel s'mores blended with oat milk and am now almost finished with it after taking those photos! Really great stuff! First thing I should address is their coffee - it is a very nice, strong roast. No burnt or watered down taste either that I've found at most coffee stands, just pure amazing coffee. It tastes like it may be a dark roast but I'm not fully sure. That being said, if you do not like strong tasting coffee or like the taste of coffee in general, I would suggest not ordering a coffee here at all and possibly try something else or going somewhere different. Even tho mine is very much flavored, the coffee is the focal point and the thing you taste most out of anything else. I taste the other flavors, but the coffee is definitely the star here. They also have a very nice milk substitute selection! They have soy, coconut, almond, hemp, and oat milk. So if you're vegan or lactose intolerant, they got you covered! The gal who took my order was very nice and seemed really sweet. Love the aesthetic and atmosphere of the shop as well! Definitely recommend this place to coffee lovers who love the strong stuff and are looking for something that actually tastes like coffee and not just sugar with MAYBE coffee somewhere in there.

I'm so glad I up'd my salmon kiesh meal to also include the side of the salmon chowder. It was definitely the best chowder I've ever had, complete with flaked smoked salmon on top of a creamy and hearty salmon w/ potato soup. We were so full after our meal I would not normally order dessert. However, he did recommend that we may want to try his wifes amazing homemade carrot cake with the cream cheese icing (which I prefer over an overly sugary one) I am so glad we ordered a slice to go. I ended up having that for breakfast the next morning with coffee and it was out of this world so moist with crunchy nuts on the cream cheese icing. Yum! The cafe is located in downtown Chehalis, which is a cute town. They are completing updates to their 100yr old building. I think the name threw me off because it sounds like a seafood restaurant and I do not eat things that come from the ocean. But then I saw someone make a comment somewhere on an online post about this place and it's Mac and Cheese so off to Yelp I went to look it up. After reading the 30 something all 5 star reviews and their menu, I yanked my husband's arm, got in the car and beep beeped us straight there. What a gem of a place! We got to seat ourselves, plenty of open clean tables to choose from. We were greeted immediately with a friendly smile. I ordered a small mac and cheese with pulled pork and he got a smokehouse baker. We both got a side house salad. The food arrived quickly and it looked delicious! Then we dug in and it tasted better than it looked. Even though I got the small I still couldn't eat it all, it was a good sized portion. After we paid our bill via QR code, we looked around the shop they had set up inside. Local artists crafts, artisan snacks, cheeses and of course their smoked salmon for sale. I'm kicking myself for not buying something but I am not worried because we are already talking about going back! Just one thing to note, they are not a dinner spot, they do close at 5pm, 6pm on Friday and Saturday. It works for us my husband likes his dinner at 4. Thank you NWSS!
