Benjamin H.

It was really quality and mostly clean. My only complaint/concern would be the amount of flies. I don't know where they were coming from but the only thought I had where they might be going to is the food or probably something that might be rotting. The employees were really patient and just an overall vibe to be around.

Very delicious sandwiches, lots of options to choose from, reasonable prices, friendly employees and clean restaurant - perfection for a quick easy bite!

I waited 15 minutes for the greasiest sandwich I've ever been served. Elsie

The sandwich is the greasiest I've ever had, I won't be back - it wasn't good and the service is super slow to boot

blue hair in mac n cheese

I've never left a yelp review before but this was literally so disgusting. I'm pregnant and was seriously craving mac n cheese so I was very disappointed when there was a hair in it literally turning the mac n cheese blue. The front counter staff was also very rude. I know they had some problems with hair in the food when they first opened back in November 2021, but I thought after a year they would get it figured out.

Firehouse "Hero" sub. Roast beef, turkey, ham. Taste great provolone cheese melted makes it even better. Bread is soft and fresh.
Michelle P.

The bread is soft even though it's toasted. The meats have a nice flavor, cheese is melted completely. Fresh vegetables. Service was great and glad to support firefighters. The Hook and Ladder sandwich is great. The chili is also very good, it's got some heat to it, at least to me.

I like hot sandwiches. This is a good place and the food hits the spot. The sides are also very good.

The Spicy Nuggets were hot and fresh, and my bf got the medium Frosty, and apparently, it wasn't big enough for him. He really liked it, and finished it real quick. Service was quick and friendly through the drive-thru.

When I went here the other day, so my grandmother and husband could try the new frosty flavor, I…read morethought well it would be great to get 3 smalls. We always (for several years now) have bought the frosty keychains because when we want a small simple treat it makes it quick and easy and etc. Anyhow over the past several years it has NEVER been an issue to use the said keychains to try the "special flavors" such as the Dreamsicle Frosty. And in the past they have always used the keychains to cover the cost. We always buy 6 keychains which allows for 3 small frosty drinks. Anyhow we went through the drivethru to be told that it was not covered by the keychains. That we have to "Pay" $1.00 per keychain for the new Girl Scout Mint Frosty. Which would mean that we would have to pay the 1.29 per "keychain" plus 1.00 and then they deduct the 1.29 for the said keychain costing 2.00 per small. After you already pay for the keychains. Anyhow we just bought the 6 keychains at new years and was never informed that they wouldn't cover the costs of the frosty drinks offered or that their new rules would disable being able to get the specialized flavors in 2025. This is false pretenses from Wendys since in the previous 3 years (22, 23, & 24) you were allowed specialized flavors at no additional costs. Now for the more frustrating part of this visit... The worker said it would be an additional 1.00 but never clarified it was 1.00 per keychain until she was charging my card. Then it was clarified it was 6.00 not 3.00 which was an issue in question because I knew our Medium Fry and 3.00 would be under 6.00 and when she was running my card she stated 9 something as my charges due. If you are going to charge customers the specialized flavors... 1. Be upfront when they are purchasing the keychains that is supposed to cover frostys (which by the way no where on the keychain does it say anything about specialized flavors being voided). 2. Be upfront about the charge for the "upcharge" being per keychain ... don't just say it would be "1.00 each" when you know the customer ordered 3 small frosty, that "1.00 each" comment would mean 3.00 charge, not 6.00 charge that I was charged. 3. Don't be rude or disrespectful to a customer because you as the employees are tired of dealing with customers being frustrated about this "change" that was not clarified to us as the customer when we purchased the keychains in the first place. 4. AND WENDYS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR DOUBLE CHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR FROSTY DRINKS! I for one... am not going back to wendys... they lost our business. Shady as fuck for business practices and well to be straight... I bought girlscout cookies and made our own version of our frosty with my Ninja Creami and it tasted far more outstanding than your "girl scout thin mint sauce" you over charge for. And the burgers we always bought we can make better at home, and well... to be honest... when you go out to grab food ... it is for convenience not to deal with attitude!

We were greeted by a friendly, upbeat team member from behind the front counter and she was eager and ready to help take our order. We decided to try out the new sauced chicken strips. We got the Parmesan and Honey Bbq and substituted some onion rings for the fries with one of them. The food came out so fast, we hadn't even chosen a table to sit at after filling our drinks, and the team member was already headed towards us with our tray of food! I was a little concerned at first, thinking our food was going to be cold or taste old, but I was wrong. Everything was hot and fresh and fries and onion rings were nice and crispy. Both flavors of the chicken strips were pretty good. I preferred the Parmesan ones, because the sauce was spot on as far as being very cheesy and Parmesan flavored. It had a nice thick creamy sauce and honestly thought the sauce would have been great on some pasta. Almost like a Parmesan Alfredo! The honey bbq was ok. I wasn't a fan of the flavoring. It was just a little too tangy for me. The toasts weren't really necessary, IMO, and were kind of just in the way like some kind of giant butter drenched triangular shaped croutons. Overall, a nice stop for some lunch or dessert, where you'll surely be served swiftly and with a smile! Also fyi, restrooms require a code. Just ask a team member for that.

This location can't seem to get a basic Hot fudge sundae correct, or have ice cream that isnt frozen enough not to melt before I can get out of the drive through. While the food tastes the same, the preparation seems like more care is put into the food. The chicken sandwich looks like a normal chicken sandwich, and doesn't look like someone slapped it together and punched it before wrapping it up. I can't really speak to the service because we always order using the kiosks, but the food seems to come out quickly. The ordering process was smooth, and the person taking my order was super nice and helpful when I had an issue using the app. However, the experience took a turn for the worse when I got to the window to receive my food. The bag I was handed had a significant issue: the fries were not in the fry bag but scattered all over the main bag. When I pointed this out to the staff member, she responded with, "I don't know, we're kinda busy. Do you want another bag to put them in?" I declined, and she shut the window. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. Upon arriving at my destination, I tried to put the fries into the fry bag but found that the bag was pristine and unused. To make matters worse, I discovered a long piece of light-colored hair in the bag. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the prices go up so they can half-ass things for $15 an hour. I have attached some photos to illustrate the issues I encountered. This type of service makes me angry, and I expect better from a well-known brand like McDonald's. I would not recommend this location to others based on my experience. Hey owner, your managers don't do any quality checks. This happens every time I come through. I find long hair and my fries are just dumped into the food bag.

Probably about as bad as it was outside, minus the wind, so it wasn't enjoyable to eat inside AT ALL! I wish I could have ordered some hot soup to stay warm. We were greeted as soon as we got to the counter, as a crew member was already there ready to take our order. The food was pretty good, except my dad's top burger bun was cold for some reason. He still ate it! I'm also still a little vexed that they did away with the Chicken Fajita Pita and the closest to that is now the chicken wrap. Which isn't the same unfortunately. Flavor wise, it's a few steps backwards, IMO. My son was also a little upset to see we only got regular fries and he wanted curly. No one asked if we wanted curly or regular and he just assumed it came with his favorite curly fries. So, I had to order another separate side of them! Overall, a good place for a quick stop, but you have to be specific, and definitely don't sit inside if your idea is trying to stay warm and comfortable during a meal! My fingers were freezing when we left! (Insert sad face)
