Madison, especially, acted like the pharmacist until I asked directly what her role was. Don't take the techs word for it and don't let them push you around. When there was an issue, the techs should have called immediately but they didn't call and left it up to fate. Ask them to call your prescriber if they are difficult and make sure the pharmacist is involved. These techs know little and have a suck it up attitude which is entirely inappropriate for the medical field.

The tech told me that if it wasn't able to be repaired they only had one tire in stock. When I told her I didn't want that and I only came in to have a that specific tire replaced she said I would have to leave the premises and take the tire off and bring it in as a "walk in" If I could do that I could've just changed the tire myself!
