Jesse, the actual pharmacist was 5/5 very helpful and solved my problem. As a prescriber, I was…read moreshocked when the techs presented themselves as the pharmacist, no giving their title and giving absolutes as to what could and couldn't be done without offering solutions or clarifying their role even when I stated this was a very important medication to fill. Madison, especially, acted like the pharmacist until I asked directly what her role was. Don't take the techs word for it and don't let them push you around. When there was an issue, the techs should have called immediately but they didn't call and left it up to fate. Ask them to call your prescriber if they are difficult and make sure the pharmacist is involved. These techs know little and have a suck it up attitude which is entirely inappropriate for the medical field.

The service tech came up and asked all the usual questions. I told them if they could repair it that's what I wanted to do. The tech told me that if it wasn't able to be repaired they only had one tire in stock. She said they would have to check all 4 tires to see if they had the proper amount of tread on them before being able to look at the flat. When I told her I didn't want that and I only came in to have a that specific tire replaced she said I would have to leave the premises and take the tire off and bring it in as a "walk in" If I could do that I could've just changed the tire myself! So I decided to take my money else where! I understand the rules and regulations and it's not the workers rules, but this is seriously getting ridiculous. I do not suggest brining your business here!

The manager running the front was standing behind the cashier supporting the cashiers statements. There was also lines of customers while the cashier was raising their voice at me during this interaction. Perhaps if they want to have everything under lock and key they need to actually have the departments staffed to sell the product.

I have pointed it out to employees who say "there isnt anything we can do, we have been told not to confront them". In addition, they now close their dressing rooms at 7pm. Depending on the employee you ask it is either 1.) Because of theft or 2.) We don't have anyone to man the dressing room. This makes no sense, for people who work, we come to Target in the evening. If you don't want to man the dressing room full time, have a button to press when someone wants to try something on, like every other store in Thurston County. This policy is ridiculous. The prices are higher than other stores and customer service is nearly absent. Done.
