Pete handled the technology side of things which she admits has never been her strong suit (many of us can relate). With help, she hopes to get back up to speed. If they closed early, a message on their machine (I called before I left) and a sign at the gate would be the least someone could do (or even a social media post). It's her butt OK wow don't even know me so I go up there and I said oh I said this is leaked everywhere all over my butterfly plug-in light oh, you have it too tight she didn't pull it out of the bag. She didn't do nothing to assume that it was tight or loose or broken or damage or nothing she didn't ask me. When did you do this? What happened? How can we assist you? Absolutely nothing I said so you're just gonna assume I did it tight. I don't do mine tight. It's not my first rodeo of doing these plug-ins. I've been shopping here for like 15 years. I'll be right back. I said OK that's fine. She walks out less than three minutes later said yep, you tied too tight I go, but you're gonna assume that I did that well. I could just tell by looking at it naked you can't assume nothing by looking at it I said so you're just gonna basically do whatever it was been over 90 days I said I've never been told that I'm not asking for my money back. I'm not asking for anything else except for a replacement because this is my butterflies and I absolutely love butterflies. That's why I got it so I know what to tell you. I said I know what to tell me if I'm never coming back here that's what I'm gonna tell me and I'm gonna tell the rest of the world too so I called Bath And Body Works customer service and I got more done there than I did at the Centralia Washington Bath And Body Works I will not shop there again. I don't care how their deals are how good their prices are. I'll go out of my way over an hour away to go back to Puyallup Washington because I get better treated respect there than I did the centralia one. so just thought I'd put this on yelp.
