I have been shopping at Bath And Body Works for like 15 years maybe even more and for the first time in approximately 15 years I had one of their butterfly plug-ins leak on me so OK well maybe something is defective. No big deal. I'll take it in. I've been told in the future. If there's any product wrong, just bring it back. OK no problem. Never done it until today in Centralia Washington walked in so I have a return. She said oh she didn't even guide me or not up to the front. She was talking to some other lady oh, we have a return. It's her butt OK wow don't even know me so I go up there and I said oh I said this is leaked everywhere all over my butterfly plug-in light oh, you have it too tight she didn't pull it out of the bag. She didn't do nothing to assume that it was tight or loose or broken or damage or nothing she didn't ask me. When did you do this? What happened? How can we assist you? Absolutely nothing I said so you're just gonna assume I did it tight. I don't do mine tight. It's not my first rodeo of doing these plug-ins. I've been shopping here for like 15 years. I'll be right back. I said OK that's fine. She walks out less than three minutes later said yep, you tied too tight I go, but you're gonna assume that I did that well. I could just tell by looking at it naked you can't assume nothing by looking at it I said so you're just gonna basically do whatever it was been over 90 days I said I've never been told that I'm not asking for my money back. I'm not asking for anything else except for a replacement because this is my butterflies and I absolutely love butterflies. That's why I got it so I know what to tell you. I said I know what to tell me if I'm never coming back here that's what I'm gonna tell me and I'm gonna tell the rest of the world too so I called Bath And Body Works customer service and I got more done there than I did at the Centralia Washington Bath And Body Works I will not shop there again. I don't care how their deals are how good their prices are. I'll go out of my way over an hour away to go back to Puyallup Washington because I get better treated respect there than I did the centralia one. so just thought I'd put this on yelp. There's no customer service there whatsoever. I'm done shopping there. read more

Used to love the outlet of BBW becuase they'd have extra discounts over the stores. Add on discounts from their emails and a summer/winter duck sale and you're saving serious money. But now it seems Those add on savings don't really happen and nothing is really a bargain these days. Their clearance inventory isn't really the best stuff they have and there's way too much of that stuff. Prices need to be slashed some more on those not popular at all items. I mean, of course, you're getting a $16 bottle of handsoap for $4, but when you think about it, you can get a decent handsoap from the Dollar Tree for $1.25.The ladies at this store are super nice though and are always ready to help you, but nice isn't better than value. read more

I love coming to this Bath & Body Works store. They have pretty much everything that a regular store would have. However, they also have an abundance of clearance items. Which is ultimately why I come. You definitely have to go in with an open mind and not have any expectations for the trip. Sometimes I walk in and don't find much to buy, usually due to the rotation of smells in the clearance section at that time. However, other times I walk out with bags full of items. So it's really hit or miss, but overall it's my favorite BBW store to go to. read more

I can't recall if I have ever been to a Bath and Body works outlet before, but I was curious about what the differences were. Luckily the person handing out bags by the door was able to explain this to me. He reported that this store has more center tables with clearance items and a back section with discontinued scents. I was able to find many of my favorite scents that I had no idea had even been discontinued. He was also nice enough to direct me to some items which were priced at under 2$. I always love Bath and Body Works and this store has many of the same products and prices as the regular store. Lots of easy parking right out front, but this store is located in a section of the outlet mall located across the freeway from the majority of the stores. I love that they are encouraging shoppers to utilize their hand sanitizer to clean their hands prior to shopping. The store was a bit crowded in covid times, but I assume they are somehow counting occupancy. read more

Love shopping at this outlet store. The deals are better than Olympia, and other outlet stores are nearby. I usually spend around a hundred bucks, but not always. There are many shower gels, lotions and candles, it's too easy to fill up your shopping bag. The staff is always helpful. read more

I always stop here on our way back from Portland. They have killer deals on all B&BW products. There's usually tables of 75% off and all of the hand sanitizer is always 5/$5. The staff are super nice and helpful, the store is always spotless and well organized. read more

I used to love bath and body works till they discontinued my flavor. Seems it is back, but not at the outlet! But i digress, this is like a real bath and body works store, same set up etc, but everything is on sale.. you know, just like the regular store... Staff is pretty friendly, clearance rack is still available, but the biggest bonus is not having to go into a mall to get the goods! I hate going into malls, so outlet, sale or clearance, this place is good to me! read more

Though Bath and Body Works is a national retail store, I believe, that, like every other retails stores, SERVICE is what sets them apart from say, the Bath and Body Works in Olympia's Capitol Mall. Jessica and Jen are VERY good at what they do and the whole 15 minutes I was in the store specifically looking for a brand of lotion that's a favorite of my mom's, they were all smiles, very friendly and accomodating to their customers. Is service enough for me to purposely come back to THIS particular Bath and Body Works? You BET! read more

I agree with Amanda... where'd the cheap shit go? These sales are similar to the ones they always have. Sure, there are products that are otherwise impossible to get... but really, if you're showing up looking for discounts, you'll be sorely disappointed. A lot of the fragrances here when I came here were well -- let's just say I think they were discontinued for a reason. The staff was friendly, the store was well organized, but there were only a couple things I wanted to buy [and even then, only as gifts]. As someone who very infrequently goes to B&BW without losing at least $30 [so I can use my $10 off coupons!] I was really surprised by how disappointing the outlets were. read more

Erik and Bekah (manager) have horrible customer service. They told incorrect information and took no accountability of it. At 5:30pm i came and i asked what time they closed and he (Erik) said 7pm. When I came back at 5:59 they told me they are closed and they couldn't let me in, not even for a quick 5 minutes. Their hours on the window, online, and employees are incorrect. Even though I drove 1hr and 30 minutes to come there they still didn't take accountability of it. HORRIBLE service from Bekah and Erik. Don't waste your time there, they workers clearly don't know anything about their job. read more

I love this store, but I do feel the need to say that I don't think it's an Outlet? The sales that they were running were the same sales they're running at any other Bath and Body Works. The only difference seemed to be a small Clearance section where they had a few Wallflower Bulbs from fall and Christmas for $1.99. But definitely not something that would make it worth the drive to Centralia. They will still accept your coupons too! read more

I loved this store. The staff was very friendly and they asked if they could help as soon as I walked in the door. I told them I was looking for something with a vanilla/coconut smell. She immediately knew where to go and had some samples ready for me. It took me less than 2 minutes to pick what I wanted and get to the cash register. There was so much product in the store I would have ended up being in there for much longer wandering around looking for what I wanted. They were having a half off sale and I found the body spray I wanted for $7 which is better than the Bath and Body Works in most malls. I think I paid around $12 for something similar at Olympia's Capital Mall Bath and Body Works. I also picked up 5 small bottles of warm sugar vanilla hand sanitizer for $5. If you are a Bath and Body Work's fan, get your stuff here. read more

Great discounts for the seasonal items that you never see at the regular stores. I snagged some cranberry pear bellini in the mini candles for $1.25. Such a deal considering these puppies only launch during the holiday season. Staff is super duper nice and helpful. And can you really beat the 2 for $22, 3 wick candles? read more

This store has excellent customer service. I went in looking for a specific scent of lotion after being told by the olympia store that they couldn't help and to go online. I was greeted upon walking in by 2 different employees. And when I asked about the lotion 3 employees were all ready to help. One even went as far as to dig through their storage cupboards to check if any had been hidden or misplaced in them. They also told me which scents were similar and told me about different ways to get awesome deals on their lotions. And even though they were very busy there was no line because they had plenty of registers open and worked efficiently while still being very friendly. I walked out very happy with my hard to find lotion. Will no longer go to any Bath and Body works besides this one. read more

I can't say enough about the great prices and first and foremost the wonderful staff, I purchased lotf of goodies yesterday and Danielle offered me a great pair of socks at the registered folded like cupcakes for $2.00, I bought them because I thought they were cute....when I got them home they were amazing, so comfy! I called back today to see if they had any more and spoke with Danielle again, she was kind enough to put them on hold for me....you just don't get customer service like this anymore!
