They did all of the flowers for my daughter's wedding - bridal bouquet, bridesmaid's bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, table centerpieces and a long swag for the bridal party table. They listened to what my daughter wanted and designed beautiful arrangements in her color scheme of sage and dark blue using white roses and eucalyptus. Everyone was pleasant to work with and communicated well in person, on the phone and by email. They delivered the flowers on the day of the wedding and set up all of the centerpieces and the swag. This florist has gone above & beyond time in and time out. The floral arrangements are great!! They have great customer service and have at times ensured they have the correct address. I've made mistakes on the address before but they are their to help me out, even being out of state! The quality is superb and last a long time. A wide variety of flowers, colors, and gifts. I want to first say that this is a beautiful store. The green house area smells so fragrant and slightly humid, which is probably ideal for the plants growing in that part of the store. The other part of the store which has all the flower arrangements is very beautiful too, but prices are sky high. The reason for the one star is the employee I spoke to today was extremely rude to me. I had a coupon for a single flower and she said the coupon I had was not printed correctly and the store would not accept the coupon. She did not tell me what the coupon should have read, nor did she try to make me a different reasonable offer. The coupon said it was not valid on holidays. Today is February 13th. Today is not a holiday. When I pointed this out to her, kindly, she made up something that was ridiculous to me. She said that no coupons were accepted because this was "Valentine's Day week." This makes no sense to me and it sounds completely made up. So I was very civil with her and was not rude at all even though I felt disrespected and lied to. I walked out of the store and did not buy anything. I will never buy anything here and I suggest you never go to this store. You may be treated well or you may be treated terribly, but I DO NOT recommend going to this establishment. read more

Worst flower shop I have ever been to. They do not care about making people happy and when we complained they blew us off. Spend a lot of money sending flowers and they were nothing like what was ordered. Cheap flowers sent and they were wilted. I tried a couple of different times to use this flower shop and both time horrible. Will never user again. No pride in their work.. example : ordered beautified white roses with multiple different purple colors. What was received was 1 white rose with carnations! I have used this florist 3 times over the past few years. Each time I use them I tell myself to remember not to use them again, and then I use them again and am disappointed. I guarantee the last time I used Bennys will truly be my last time. The older woman who works there is very crotchety and short with customers. I felt she was very abrupt and cold with me and I was just trying to make small talk. For being a local business you would think she would appreciate the business instead of people using the internet, wal-mart, safeway etc to get the flowers cheaper. AND the flowers. Meh. I have ordered three times and each time the flowers are chintzy and sparse. No real bright colors as advertised on their website. AND they are very expensive. I love to shop locally but I cant do it anymore if it means going to Benny's. I have heard great things about Forever Greens in Centralia and will try them next time. read more

I initially came here to write a bad review after seeing a picture of what they delivered my mother in law for Mother's Day. It looked nothing like what I had ordered and paid for. I reached out to the company via email asking what happened. I received a very apologetic reply with the offer to make it right be sending her a new bouquet. I placed an order online for Mother's Day and was called on Saturday stating they had ran out of flowers and could deliver two days later on Monday afternoon. They had no information on their website about being out of flowers or that they couldn't take orders online. The lady was very rude on the phone and said I should have ordered over a week ago. What has happened to the adage that the customer is always right? I try to buy locally and to support local businesses, but they are not entitled to my money for late services. Benny's Florist's gets No Stars for poor planning and lack of execution to deliver on their product, but their website is up and running and is happily available to take your money. read more

ZERO STARS!! My mother-in-law's funeral was supposed to be a special occasion in her memory but instead I ended up being scammed by Benny's florist. Aside from showing up when the event started, and not having the correct flowers, Benny's florist delivery was nothing like they'd advertise. It was the worst $250 I've ever spent in my life. We spent a pretty penny for a banner that said Grandma but what we got look like they wrote it in highlighter. When asked for a refund the lady who I talked to laughed. If there was an options for a negative star, I would've chosen it for this review. I have ordered flowers off of FTD and other online flower sites for many years - not having a single delivery issue. This year I decided to order flowers to be delivered to my mother 4 days before her birthday from Benny's Florist in Chehalis. I received a call from the florist at 3 pm the day of delivery while I was at work and tried to return it, but they couldn't hear me and I could hear them. I called twice after I left work; however, there wasn't an answer or an answering machine. Suffice to say, I called my mother and she had received other packages that day, but not the flowers I ordered. I called the next day, first thing in the morning, but didn't get an answer. Finally I called in the middle of the day again and reached a gal, who said she was the owner. She argued with me about the directions to my mom's house and finally said they had gone to her house, but there was no answer. I asked if they would be able to leave them on the porch, but she stated they don't do that. Finally she agreed to give me a refund and didn't offer an apology or anything for not following through with the order I had placed. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone that I know or even anyone that I don't know. read more
