Pete handled the technology side of things which she admits has never been her strong suit (many of us can relate). With help, she hopes to get back up to speed. Until then, try calling, if she doesn't answer send her a text or order online. Your card is not charged until your order is at the post office and ready to go out.

First place I went was Christiansen's, a local furniture store that also has flooring and whatnot. The man who works there brushed me off and told me to go to factory flooring direct in Tacoma or something like that. Somewhere cheaper, I'm assuming. Ouch. He didn't even know my budget... he was helpful, just not interested in taking my money I guess? When I got to The Showroom, I was so emotionally drained and feeling hopeless, and Libby was immediately so helpful. I explained my issues and long story short, I've got beautiful floors and I promise you will NOT find better service. Ever. They were so helpful and flexible, it was such a relief to know *something* was going to be going smoothly. John, the owner, has been INCREDIBLE. I can't say enough good things about him.
