6 out of 5 stars! Fantastic bouquets and stellar customer service! Sienna reached out saying they didn't have the exact bouquet I ordered online but offered a more than comparable alternative. The new/updated arrangement looks amazing and their email and text communication are second to none. Wow. Thank you, Sienna and Williams Flowers, for being top notch all around. My new go-to florist! read more

Order was never delivered for a special occasion. Now, a month later, I'm receiving photos of an arrangement supposedly going out today? Get your shit together. This is embarrassing for you as a company to drop the ball so severely. When speaking to the manager they were rude and unhelpful. The whole place seems like a scam. Don't waste your time read more

I would give them six stars if I could. Dealing with Nicole (who took the order) and Kimberly (who arranged the display) was seamless. They are consummate professionals. I couldn't be happier with my interaction with them. They asked specific questions about what kind of flowers I would like, and the result was a beautiful bouquet. read more

Absolute nightmare service. On Valentine's Day, Feb 14th, they delivered a wilted and broken bouquet that looked like trash. They spoiked my mood and ruined my celebration. When I complained, they went silent for 4 days, blaming a 'flat tire' for the delay. It is now Wednesday, Feb 18th, and the holiday is long over. To make it worse, they use third-party Uber drivers who have no idea what's going on and refuse to take responsibility. No coordination, terrible quality, and zero respect for the customer's time. I spent 4 days waiting at home for nothing. Avoid this place if you don't want your special occasion ruined. Total scam. read more

Such a beautiful display. Love the colors and size of this arrangement, my coworker will love this!

Updating my review after receiving a call. It looks like they were experiencing a lot of technical difficulties and that's why my order was not delivered. I spoke to a really nice woman on the phone who was able to issue me a refund and credit and was very apologetic and understanding of my frustration. It seems like they genuinely made a mistake and they are doing their best to fix it, so now I am updating my review to reflect that. read more

Dear Desiree, The flowers never arrived and the management does not have any answers of what happened! Very disappointing! They said they couldn't have an arrangement now till Wednesday! I told them I want a refund as this was very important to happen yesterday they said it will take 10 days for refund! Not happy with this company! read more

Beautiful bouquet with great selection. Ordering was super easy and on time delivery. Would highly recommend.

Flowers were for a friend's special birthday. Her reaction was priceless, saying "WOW!!!" and calling the flowers "incredible" and "spectacular." I looked at several websites before ordering and chose to try Williams based on their website. I spoke with Melissa to place my order, and she did a great job of explaining my options and taking careful note of my preferences. When the arrangement was ready, Chuck texted and emailed me a photo to ensure I was satisfied. This extra step was much appreciated and proved that the flowers were just what I wanted. This was a great experience for me and my friend, and I highly recommend this business! read more

I chose Williams Flower and Gift because it was near the recipients home. I selected the arrangement on line the evening before my requested delivery day. I was impressed with the communication and the picture was sent just before delivery. The flowers looked lovely. Very happy and I'm sure the birthday girl will enjoy them. read more

They did not have the flowers for the arrangement that I requested, and paid for, and the replacement was of an inferior flower. The final arrangement was not as elegant as the one in the website, however, the recipient was happy to have received the flowers. I had paid for a premium, which should mean more flowers, not more greenery. Also, they did not deliver the chocolates that I had paid for, but did offer to deliver them the following day and offered to send an upgrade. I think it was just a bad day. Not sure I'll use them again. read more
