Absolute nightmare service. On Valentine's Day, Feb 14th, they delivered a wilted and broken bouquet that looked like trash. They spoiked my mood and ruined my celebration. When I complained, they went silent for 4 days, blaming a 'flat tire' for the delay. It is now Wednesday, Feb 18th, and the holiday is long over. To make it worse, they use third-party Uber drivers who have no idea what's going on and refuse to take responsibility. No coordination, terrible quality, and zero respect for the customer's time. They did not have the flowers for the arrangement that I requested, and paid for, and the replacement was of an inferior flower. The final arrangement was not as elegant as the one in the website, however, the recipient was happy to have received the flowers. I had paid for a premium, which should mean more flowers, not more greenery. Also, they did not deliver the chocolates that I had paid for, but did offer to deliver them the following day and offered to send an upgrade. I think it was just a bad day. I ordered directly from the company website their most expensive version ($165) of the English Garden bouquet advertised on their website. They sent me a picture that although different than their advertised bouquet, I was satisfied with. When the delivery arrived however, I was shocked at how small it was! I could have purchased this same bouquet at the grocery store for less than half of what I was charged. Even with the delivery this was not worth the cost and a big disappointment. I've ordered many flowers from different shops; I feel I was really cheated with this purchase. I will never use this flower provider again. read more
