I spoke to a really nice woman on the phone who was able to issue me a refund and credit and was very apologetic and understanding of my frustration. Absolute nightmare service. On Valentine's Day, Feb 14th, they delivered a wilted and broken bouquet that looked like trash. They spoiked my mood and ruined my celebration. When I complained, they went silent for 4 days, blaming a 'flat tire' for the delay. It is now Wednesday, Feb 18th, and the holiday is long over. To make it worse, they use third-party Uber drivers who have no idea what's going on and refuse to take responsibility. No coordination, terrible quality, and zero respect for the customer's time. I spent 4 days waiting at home for nothing. Avoid this place if you don't want your special occasion ruined. Total scam. read more

I chose Williams Flower and Gift because it was near the recipients home. I selected the arrangement on line the evening before my requested delivery day. I received an email the next morning from the store letting me know that the flowers I chose were not available but they would upgrade my selection and would reach out to me before delivery. The vendor reached out prior to delivery with a picture of the arrangement and provided me with options for any last-minute changes or add-ons. It was able to be made up and delivered same day. It was delivered that afternoon and my daughter really liked them! I did not see them in person, they sent a picture and my daughter sent a picture. I ordered directly from the company website their most expensive version ($165) of the English Garden bouquet advertised on their website. They sent me a picture that although different than their advertised bouquet, I was satisfied with. When the delivery arrived however, I was shocked at how small it was! I could have purchased this same bouquet at the grocery store for less than half of what I was charged. Even with the delivery this was not worth the cost and a big disappointment. I've ordered many flowers from different shops; I feel I was really cheated with this purchase. I will never use this flower provider again. read more

They did not have the flowers for the arrangement that I requested, and paid for, and the replacement was of an inferior flower. The final arrangement was not as elegant as the one in the website, however, the recipient was happy to have received the flowers. I had paid for a premium, which should mean more flowers, not more greenery. Also, they did not deliver the chocolates that I had paid for, but did offer to deliver them the following day and offered to send an upgrade. I think it was just a bad day. Not sure I'll use them again. read more

I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend who works at a hospital in Seattle and I live on the Peninsula. I didn't know where to start looking so I just Googled "Overnight flower delivery". Williams Flower & Gift popped up and their arrangements looked so elegant. I looked at some of the generic companies like FTD, etc but I thought a local shop would probably give better service when it came to actually delivering the boquet and for me to get what I paid for in comparison to the pictures. Ultimately I went with Williams and I ordered a pretty decent sized boquet that night for delivery the next day. To my surprise, I got a phone call from Williams the next morning saying the flowers were done and out for delivery! I'd never had a flower shop do that before. Needless to say, they got to my girlfriend inside the hospital at the appropriate department and she was totally caught off caught. She just kept saying how beautiful they were. All I can say is "WOW", I ordered online for a same day order and asked for a birthday arrangement featuring hydrangeas - you did not disappoint! The flowers are fresh, beautiful, and we're the perfect gift for my daughter-in-law. You also have cake? What, YES PLEASE!! You sent a picture of the delivery, great communication, and sent a photo to me of the arrangement for approval before delivery. Wonderful service and a beautiful arrangement. You always take a risk when ordering from another city, and I was so pleased that they sent a picture of the arrangement before delivery, just to make sure I was happy with it. And because they didn't have he exact flowers I ordered, they offered a complimentary upgrade, which was great. My friend absolutely loved them. I recently ordered a arrangement from William's Flowers for my interior designer who lives in Gig Harbor. Lea the floral designer at William's Flowers created a spectacular arrangement of different types of orchids and protea. My designer the recipient said it was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever seen. The individual who took my order over the phone did a fantastic job of letting the floral designer know what I wanted. Overall this is one of the best florists I have done business with. read more

A Google search for florists on Bainbridge Island was my first introduction to Williams Flowers & Gifts. When I called in with questions, Judy was extremely helpful and made several suggestions for floral arrangements. I was amazed to receive a text and email with a photo of the finished arrangement for me to approve before it was sent out for delivery! They have customer service down to an art! A few days before they were to be delivered the owner emailed to say they didn't have all the flowers for the bouquet I'd request, so she was going to make a similar arrangement but w/ more expensive flowers. I so appreciated this proffered gesture of generosity. I live on the other side of the country, so finding a florist that is local to where I want flowers sent is important to me. FANTASTIC SERVICE and absolutely beautiful arrangements. I had a friend experiencing a very difficult and sudden incident and I ordered an arragement at 11:30am for same day delivery. They emailed me a photo of the finished product at 1:30pm to make sure it looked perfect and asked me to call and chat if I had any adjustments or changes to request. I was blown away! Love this flower shop! After placing my order, they let me know they'd run out of the flowers listed in the arrangement I ordered online. They offered to send out a "designers choice" arrangement with a complimentary upgrade unless I preferred to wait until more flowers came in and have them make something closer to what I selected. Williams Florist responded by confirming my online order quickly. They sent me a picture of the bouquet they created for the birthday celebration asking for my approval. Once approved it was delivered on time and an email was sent that it was in fact delivered. (Also received a text from my friend so I know it was delivered). Easy to use.
