I ordered a $150 arrangement for my Mom's birthday (the 15th). I received a confirmation immediately. On the 15th, I didn't hear from my Mom about receiving anything. I tried contacting the florist via email at their customer service email. Then I replied to the Confirmation (there was a note that said "Reply to this Confirmation with any questions or concerns"). I did that. No response. I started calling on the 16th ~ the message on their phone says "if you don't hear back in 30 minutes, please call again." I called every 30 minutes, with no response. My last message said, "if I don't hear back in 30 minutes, I'm calling my credit card company and cancelling!" Still nothing. I cancelled the charge and STILL have not heard a thing!! This is atrocious!!! It ruined my Mom's birthday and there will NEVER be a way to make this better. read more

My parents moved to Lacey, WA after living in CA for the last 35+ years - my sister and I needed to find a local florist to delivery flowers to our mom for birthdays and holidays so we started looking on yelp and this florist came up! They had a great selection of beautiful flowers and great reviews, so we decided to give it a try and we are SO glad we did! This has been our florist shop for the last 3 years and my mom is always so excited and happy to receive them. The prices are fair for the quality and artistry that they put into crafting them! I ordered the Florist Original bouquet for my partner delivered to his work. It hasn't been delivered yet, but I'm excited to see what he says! I also had the pleasure of speaking with someone on the phone a few minutes ago (not sure who!) but they were very kind and told me they loved the note I wrote LOL thank you Rainbow Floral! What do you do when someone gets a promotion on a Friday afternoon and they are on the west coast and you are on the east. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! Very nice shop, a the flowers are so pretty!!!! There is a HUGE variety of flowers, and you can choose color pallets and different designs! I was tasked to get flowers from a group of us. After searching online I decided to go with Rainbow Floral. Once I arrived Lisa directed me to the baskets and I found a beautiful one right away. There was a selection of bears and if you need chocolate just ask. It may not be displayed. The arrangement was touched up and put in a box for me to carry. The bear was reasonably priced. Flower basket, bear and chocolates just under $100! I was so happy! The ladies are so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back! Tips: Their website is for delivery orders only. I kept looking for a pick up option but its not for pick up orders. However, if you see something you like online, you can call it in. That saves you a service fee if you are local as well. read more

Lisa and her mom helped get me some beautiful flowers to get for my girlfriend for national girlfriend's day and I have to say I couldn't be more happy. I picked out some flowers that I thought would be nice and her mom decided to add some other ones that she thought would fit best with the color scheme that I had chosen. They were both super friendly and chatted with us the whole time while we were waiting for the bouquet (which only took less than ten minutes!) I did get a bigger bouquet and it was around $110. For the size and amount flowers in there I feel like it's definitely worth the price! I have to say I will never use any other flower service again because Rainbow Floral is THE BEST! I had no idea what I was looking for before walking in, but the mother & daughter duo was so helpful and kind. They really took the time to make sure I was taken care of. My sister ordered me this arrangement to welcome our new baby boy home. It had a nice baby boy balloon attached as well (at least it did until our daughter stole the balloon). I was super impressed with this arrangement and how fresh it was. Also appeared the delivery driver misted it right before knocking on our door which made it glisten as we brought it inside. Rainbow Floral far exceeded my expectations!! Wanted to send flowers for Mother's Day, but trying to avoid the impersonal interactions of using a national floral service - honestly, the one online service I checked claimed to have no delivery options available. Okay, I'm more of a last minute kind of guy, but this was 6 days prior to Mother's Day. I checked Yelp and identified 4 possible local florists, anticipating no delivery availability. My first call was to Rainbow Floral. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful and seemed happy to deliver that afternoon or any day prior to Mother's Day. Within a few minutes we had nailed down the details and scheduled the delivery for the following day! Within 24 hours I saw a posting on Facebook of an amazing arrangement accompanied by generous thanks from the recipient (mom). This Florist is a disgrace to Floral Industry. I was a Florist for 17 years and I do not like using FTD or Teleflora when I am sending flowers to my Loved ones. I like support local businesses. I wanted to send my daughter-in-law a Beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day. So, I looked up a local florist and ordered an arrangement that cost me $75. I had told Gary I was a Florist and was specific in how I wanted the arrangement to look. He assured me that it would be Beautiful! WELL, IT WASN'T WHAT I PAID FOR! It was a $35 arrangement at best. The Daisies were wilted, so was the Alstroemeria and there was no filler. I asked for a Beautiful colored vase and I was told they had great colors. I was given a standard colored green. I called Gary and told me how I felt, all he could say, "I will pick up the arrangement and credit your card." That's not what I wanted I told him. Any good Florist would have changed out the arrangement and I told him so. I told him, that he should want to make his customer happy. He then says, " I'll credit your card back and she can keep the arrangement." I told him he needs to learn customer service. I hear a woman screaming in the background "That's all she wants is the free arrangement!" I told him, "That's not what I want, I want him to make it right!" He said, "He's crediting my card and she could keep the arrangement." Then hung up. Next thing I know my daughter-in-law called me and they picked up the arrangement. How could someone do that? So, unprofessional!!!!! Like I said, "A disgrace to the Floral Industry!" read more

Started business in April 1997 in Lacey, Washington. Have been an FTD sending and receiving shop since we opened. Being FTD requires us to maintain a level of proficiency and keep a variety of flowers on hand at all times.

Meet the Manager: Gary W.

I retired from the military, used GI Bill to obtain a BA from St. Martin's University and decided...my wife followed me around the world for 22 years and so I'll help her do what she has always loved. Design flower arrangements and open a flower shop.

They had a selection where they can design and send for you. They pick the flowers needed, the design, all the leg work. They just sent me a photo and it's simply gorgeous. It suits the recipient perfectly and I absolutely know she will love these flowers!!! I'll post a pic once they get delivered but if you have any doubt, don't. At the time we also sent a 150.00 plus bouquet to the daughter of the mother we just sent the first bouquet., for it supposed to be flowers for grief and they didn't have any like the online pictures showed and the flowers they replaced because they're out of season were bright and cheery not what I wanted . The mother passed and we went through the same B.S as before. 4 times and approximately 500.00 plus spent on flowers in six months NEVER AGAIN . Can't even try to buy online through Williams Flower or in person MINUS 5 STARS

I always support veteran owned businesses when I can. Especially when they're this kind, quick, and knowledgeable. His operation is mobile, so I think I found my bike guy for the future. After a couple of weeks, I started calling the shop to check up on the status of my bike. However, you can't call the shop directly; you have to go through their answering service. I called for 6 days straight, leaving messages and multiple emails. I was never contacted. Eventually, I had to take time off and pull my bike out of the shop. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. (Also, check out Frank H.'s review. Same thing happened when I dropped my bike off). Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. Disreputable and untrustworthy!

There was zero bakery parking so we parked in (empty) bike shop parking lot, trying to safely cross street with our 2 yr old, We were immediately yelled at by owner/worker telling us we can't park there and to move car. We started trying to explain there was no bakery parking and were only gonna be 10 mins at bakery and then head to their bike shop and were cut off and told "that's not my f*cking problem" by the worker. Born and raised in that exact neighborhood and never been spoken to that way by a business and have always supported those local businesses. Will never shop at that bike place again with those type of rude attitudes and lack of understanding/empathy.
