I ordered these for a family member's birthday who lives out of state. I've been the route of proflowers, and all those other generic ones. I googled flower shops in Olympia and found this one. There was such a variety of things the fit anyone's budget. I am not creative at all. Like zero. They had a selection where they can design and send for you. They pick the flowers needed, the design, all the leg work. They just sent me a photo and it's simply gorgeous. It suits the recipient perfectly and I absolutely know she will love these flowers!!! I'll post a pic once they get delivered but if you have any doubt, don't. And don't spend money on those chop shops. Use this place that shows they actually love what they do! I'm so excited for the flowers to be sent. Thank you so much!!! read more

To be upfront, they did refund me my entire payment. I ordered these flowers to be delivered on my sister's birthday (from my mother) they said they were out for delivery at 5:05pm they never showed up. The next day a bouquet showed up around noon. A bouquet completely different from what I ordered, not even in the same pot that was in the pictures. They were most definitely left in the car overnight with wilted flowers and torn leaves. I called customer service line, they greatly apologized and said they will send me to the store manager. I also disputed the charge as scam because that's what it felt like, they sent over the refund and I will be canceling the dispute to honor their quick settlement. Personally I would not purchase from here but do so on your own risk. read more

Well were to begin, Hate using any Business that has a MONOPOLY on that products they sell. We ordered a 150.00 beautiful bouquet on line and asked for a picture before they sent it, no picture and you probably know why. The bouquet they made up wasn't close to the on-line picture. At the time we also sent a 150.00 plus bouquet to the daughter of the mother we just sent the first bouquet., for it supposed to be flowers for grief and they didn't have any like the online pictures showed and the flowers they replaced because they're out of season were bright and cheery not what I wanted . The mother passed and we went through the same B.S as before. 4 times and approximately 500.00 plus spent on flowers in six months NEVER AGAIN . Can't even try to buy online through Williams Flower or in person MINUS 5 STARS read more

Wow 250 dollars later I find out I get a 25 dollar flower mix not even what I ordered a small box of truffles that dont even melt in your mouth and some dollar store greeting cars is what my wife got on our anniversary. Then the flowers dies in 2 days. Worst flower shop I have ever ordered from I have gotten better flowers on the corner. Then they advertise some big bouquet and it ends up being some small thing. Then they weren't even on time. This place is garbage will never order from there again. I will advise you to save your money nothing is worth the price I paid. They need to shut this place down or be sued for there service. They call you very last min and tell you they dont have what you ordered so you dont have time to go anywhere else. This place is crooked and need to get out of town. read more

In the past, I've ordered flowers over the phone. The central phone customer service would send a message to the Shelton store and I would receive a call within an hour. This time never received a call to discuss a funeral arrangement. I called the central phone customer service the next day and still no return phone call from the Shelton florist. My daughters went to the local grocery store and made a beautiful arrangement. read more

Very disappointed, ordered for Mother's Day and the flowers are nothing like what I ordered, and what was delivered is nothing like what was sent out in the email before delivery. The flowers I ordered were supposed to be petite and delicate in a mason jar but what was delivered looks like I bought a bouquet from costco and stuck it in a vase. (I understand that sometimes flowers have to be substituted but what was substituted was not similar to the original arrangement.) I'll attach pictures, first one is what I ordered, second is what was sent in the confirmation email, third is what was delivered (looks like it was dumped over in the delivery car and shoved back in a vase.) I should of read other reviews before purchasing and will not order again. read more

Yes I would highly recommend them! It was a last minute order on a Saturday morning and they came through! Wonderful to work with Debbie on the phone ordering, bouquet was beautifully done and delivered timely!! By the way - my sister cried. That should say tell you something! read more

I order a lot of flower arrangments and it is always frustrating when I have to ask the recipient if they arrived, send a picture, etc. I was very pleased with the beautiful and extensive number of arrangements they have pictured online. I compared theirs with several other florists in the area and theirs were more unique and beautiful. I paid extra to have them delivered before 3 PM and they did just that. They remembered to include the chocolates, which I appreciated. I received a picture of the arrangement before it left the shop. My daughter had just gotten a promotion and was very moved and thrilled by the gorgeous and unusual arrangement. She said the flowers were nice and fresh with clean water. I received a picture of it upon delivery to confirm it arrived on time. I think their communication was the best I have ever had from a florist and I'm surprised and sad to see that some people haven't had the same experience. In any case, it seems to me they are working very hard to improve in every way and taking the few complaints they do recieve very seriously. I will definitely be using them again. Give flowers while someone is alive to enjoy them, people! It's worth every penny to brighten someone's day. read more

Still reeling from the fairytale wedding I had on Sunday. I ordered a standing spray for a Celebration of Life for a classmate who had passed, so it was very important to get it right and specifically red/white flowers. When I first called it was the Friday of Mothers Day weekend so the lady recommended to call back after the weekend as they were low on flowers. I called Monday morning, ordered the Rainbow of Remembrance- Premium (create wow factor with more flowers) asked for red/white flowers, white lilies as first choice, pink and white as second. Boy to my surprise when I walked in, my heart sank as it was nowhere near what I had envisioned from the website. I was shocked, sad and very disappointed. I understand needing to substitute if flowers are unavailable, but wow. It did not seem like a premium but more like a traditional sized spray. They did offer a 10% credit, which in my opinion should have been more as the spray was more the Traditional rather than the Premium. Needles to say very disappointed in this experience and will not use them again. read more

What great people you are to work with always. Flowers purchased and delivered always turn out lovely. Thanks once again. johnboy

Lynch Creek Floral is the best place in Shelton to pick up floral arrangements, candies, stuffed animals, candles, and other gifts in one stop. So if you need a romantic gift for someone, or a "Damn I shouldn't have said that gift", the staff here will help you out. They're very friendly and make stopping here a great experience! I purchased an arrangement with roses, lilies, and some other flowers n such that I have no idea what they are, but it was beautiful. The flowers smelled wonderful. I added some Chukar chocolate covered cherries, a card, and a stuffed bear to the order. Good to go! read more

Williams Flower & Gift - Valentines gift 2018. She loved it! - Florists Near Me - Shelton, Washington

I had ordered flowers for a birthday. I had ordered premium flowers instead of the traditional flowers at a cost difference of $50.00. The total cost of the flowers alone was $119.00. I was completely shocked when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers that she had received. I was unaware that three roses and a few various daisies etc. was worth $119.00. I did call the business and was refunded 40% of the flowers (5-10 days) as the employee did agree that the order was incorrect. She did offer to have another arrangement made and sent but I felt that was unnecessary. I will concede that the business did try to make the error correct. My concern is that this is a constant with this business. My son had ordered flowers for me from this business for Mother's Day. He too had ordered a premium arrangement instead of the traditional arrangement. The arrangement I received was dead within three days. A lofty price to pay for flowers that won't even last a week. I've received flowers from Trader John's that have lasted two weeks and cost $9.00. I have totally lost faith in this company and will no longer order flowers or recommend Williams florist. Do not waste your time or your money with this company. After talking with my friend, she said the smaller blue flowers were already falling off their stems and that other flowers were not fresh either. Within four days ALL the flowers were dead. Such a waste of money. Despite what the business owner said, I will not be using them again. read more

I placed this order for delivery to a very special coworker. Victoria was kind enough to send me a picture of the beautiful arrangement she made to get my approval before it's delivered. Ordered flowers for Valentine's day to be delivered to my wife's work BEFORE 11:00 AM. Flowers never made it, she got a call at 8 PM saying they were trying to deliver but the office was closed...duh. What poor service, they said they'd deliver the 15th instead...who wants flowers the day AFTER Valentine's day? When she worked in Olympia she always received beautiful, TIMELY bouquets from the shopninsude Haggen. The kicker is, she was a florist for 15 years. Poor, poor showing Lynch Creek Florist... definitely not what they used to be...don't waste your money here. read more

I love going into this store! Yes, as the name implies, they create floral arrangements, but the store has much more. There is a limited walking space, but it's worth squeezing by a fellow customer to browse the wide variety of decorative items. Most of what they sell is fairly unique and better quality than one would find at a chain store. You can also pick up some coffee and a tasty treat while you're there. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The displays are constantly changing with the season; so, there's always something new. It's fun to browse, and I rarely leave empty handed. I always enjoy visiting Lynch Creek Floral. read more

Truly perfect! They are professional and kind and detailed! They make the whole experience easy and relaxing! Highly recommend!

As an admin in Massachusetts, I was asked to order sympathy flowers for a coworker's relative whose services were being held in Shelton, WA. I prefer to always use local shops as opposed to ordering anything online and chose Lynch Creek from a Google search. Janelle(sp) was very helpful on the telephone and her knowledge of the location of the church and the timing of delivery to the service gave me confidence that the arrangement would arrive on time and be correct. I immediately received an email confirmation with a receipt which I was very grateful for since I need it for my expense reporting. I was then very pleasantly surprised to receive the next day a photograph of the actual lovely arrangement being delivered. I salute Lynch Creek for their customer service, excellent use of technology and floral creativity. Thank you! read more

The order was taken quickly and professionally. They stayed within my budget and the flowers were delivered in a matter of hours! Wow! My daughter-in-law was so surprised and now she has beautiful flowers to look at while she recuperates from her surgery! And then I actually got to SEE them as a picture of the actual floral bouquet was emailed to me with confirmation of delivery and the receipt! Thank you very much Williams Flower & Gift - you made me look like a Star and brought smiles to someone in pain! Very much appreciated!! Pauline read more

Ordered an arrangement for a Celebration of Life, to go on top of the box of ashes. This was very important to us to get right, so we were very specific about what we wanted, discussed specific flower types, the shape of the arrangement, size, etc. They said that since we were ordering over a week before the service they would most likely have the flowers we discussed. When we went to pick it up, the arrangement was much smaller than discussed; they said the dish they ordered came in smaller than they expected. So the flowers we talked about were too big and they made several substitutions. But no one bothered to call before pick up. So the arrangement was small, the flowers were wrong, and the shape was not right. The small carnations they used were half dead and flowers were falling out the same day we picked it up. So disappointing. When I called to talk to them about it they offered a $15 discount. So so sad about this experience. read more

A feast for the eyes ... and a place to take a break with a beverage of your choice! I am new to the area and visited Lynch Creek Floral with my sister-in-law to do some holiday shopping. This is a wonderful gift shop blesssed with a talented buyer. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They have greeting cards, handmade gifts, teas, candles, delightful selection of hostess gifts, and much more. And they are a Telaflora florist as well! Enjoyed the ambience of the shop. We also took the time to enjoy a pot of tea in their corner tea shop. Found some wonderful holiday gifts and I know I will be back often to see what's new! read more

We went through Lynch Creek Floral for planning at wedding florals. Sandy did an awesome job advising us, creating the centerpieces, bouquets and floral displays, and personally set things up and made sure we were happy throughout the process. We planned the wedding florals from another state and were easily able to complete the order over email. Sandy is quite talented and paid attention to all the details. She was able to create something even better than I had imagined in my own mind and tried to describe to her. I definitely recommend Sandy and Lynch Creek Floral for your floral needs, whether it is for a wedding or otherwise! read more

My husband passed away 3 weeks ago, and as he was a proud Vietnam veteran, we held his memorial on Veteran's Day. I had asked that people not buy flowers, but donate to a charity instead. The only flowers that would be there was the one basket I ordered from Lynch Creek Floral. We had them delivered to my granddaughter's house, so that I wouldn't have to deal with it the day of the memorial. Consequently, I did not see the flowers until we were there. I had asked for a red, white and blue arrangement that would cost about $100, had a picture of what I wanted, and the person at the flower shop said that "definitely" they could do that. I paid, $75 for the arrangement, less than I expected, but thought that it was ok. When we got to the memorial, and I saw the flowers, I almost cried. It was awful, I could have done better with Safeway flowers myself. Instead of standing tall, it was short and round. There were a few blue things in it, some red roses that were falling apart the next day, and some white flowers that were drooping. And of course, the only flowers at the celebration of my husband's life. Needless to say, I will never, NEVER again order flowers there. Not only that, but I will tell anyone looking for flowers not to go there. read more
