I ordered these for a family member's birthday who lives out of state. I've been the route of proflowers, and all those other generic ones. I googled flower shops in Olympia and found this one. There was such a variety of things the fit anyone's budget. I am not creative at all. Like zero. They had a selection where they can design and send for you. They pick the flowers needed, the design, all the leg work. They just sent me a photo and it's simply gorgeous. It suits the recipient perfectly and I absolutely know she will love these flowers!!! I'll post a pic once they get delivered but if you have any doubt, don't. And don't spend money on those chop shops. Use this place that shows they actually love what they do! Well were to begin, Hate using any Business that has a MONOPOLY on that products they sell. We ordered a 150.00 beautiful bouquet on line and asked for a picture before they sent it, no picture and you probably know why. The bouquet they made up wasn't close to the on-line picture. At the time we also sent a 150.00 plus bouquet to the daughter of the mother we just sent the first bouquet., for it supposed to be flowers for grief and they didn't have any like the online pictures showed and the flowers they replaced because they're out of season were bright and cheery not what I wanted . The mother passed and we went through the same B.S as before. 4 times and approximately 500.00 plus spent on flowers in six months NEVER AGAIN . To be upfront, they did refund me my entire payment. I ordered these flowers to be delivered on my sister's birthday (from my mother) they said they were out for delivery at 5:05pm they never showed up. The next day a bouquet showed up around noon. A bouquet completely different from what I ordered, not even in the same pot that was in the pictures. They were most definitely left in the car overnight with wilted flowers and torn leaves. I called customer service line, they greatly apologized and said they will send me to the store manager. I also disputed the charge as scam because that's what it felt like, they sent over the refund and I will be canceling the dispute to honor their quick settlement. In the past, I've ordered flowers over the phone. The central phone customer service would send a message to the Shelton store and I would receive a call within an hour. This time never received a call to discuss a funeral arrangement. I called the central phone customer service the next day and still no return phone call from the Shelton florist. My daughters went to the local grocery store and made a beautiful arrangement. read more

Very disappointed, ordered for Mother's Day and the flowers are nothing like what I ordered, and what was delivered is nothing like what was sent out in the email before delivery. The flowers I ordered were supposed to be petite and delicate in a mason jar but what was delivered looks like I bought a bouquet from costco and stuck it in a vase. (I understand that sometimes flowers have to be substituted but what was substituted was not similar to the original arrangement.) I'll attach pictures, first one is what I ordered, second is what was sent in the confirmation email, third is what was delivered (looks like it was dumped over in the delivery car and shoved back in a vase.) I order a lot of flower arrangments and it is always frustrating when I have to ask the recipient if they arrived, send a picture, etc. I was very pleased with the beautiful and extensive number of arrangements they have pictured online. I compared theirs with several other florists in the area and theirs were more unique and beautiful. I paid extra to have them delivered before 3 PM and they did just that. They remembered to include the chocolates, which I appreciated. I received a picture of the arrangement before it left the shop. My daughter had just gotten a promotion and was very moved and thrilled by the gorgeous and unusual arrangement. She said the flowers were nice and fresh with clean water. I received a picture of it upon delivery to confirm it arrived on time. I think their communication was the best I have ever had from a florist and I'm surprised and sad to see that some people haven't had the same experience. In any case, it seems to me they are working very hard to improve in every way and taking the few complaints they do recieve very seriously. I will definitely be using them again. Give flowers while someone is alive to enjoy them, people! It's worth every penny to brighten someone's day. read more

I ordered a standing spray for a Celebration of Life for a classmate who had passed, so it was very important to get it right and specifically red/white flowers. When I first called it was the Friday of Mothers Day weekend so the lady recommended to call back after the weekend as they were low on flowers. I called Monday morning, ordered the Rainbow of Remembrance- Premium (create wow factor with more flowers) asked for red/white flowers, white lilies as first choice, pink and white as second. Boy to my surprise when I walked in, my heart sank as it was nowhere near what I had envisioned from the website. I was shocked, sad and very disappointed. I understand needing to substitute if flowers are unavailable, but wow. It did not seem like a premium but more like a traditional sized spray. They did offer a 10% credit, which in my opinion should have been more as the spray was more the Traditional rather than the Premium. Needles to say very disappointed in this experience and will not use them again. read more

So if you need a romantic gift for someone, or a "Damn I shouldn't have said that gift", the staff here will help you out. They're very friendly and make stopping here a great experience! I had ordered flowers for a birthday. I had ordered premium flowers instead of the traditional flowers at a cost difference of $50.00. The total cost of the flowers alone was $119.00. I was completely shocked when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers that she had received. I was unaware that three roses and a few various daisies etc. was worth $119.00. I did call the business and was refunded 40% of the flowers (5-10 days) as the employee did agree that the order was incorrect. She did offer to have another arrangement made and sent but I felt that was unnecessary. I will concede that the business did try to make the error correct. My concern is that this is a constant with this business. My son had ordered flowers for me from this business for Mother's Day. He too had ordered a premium arrangement instead of the traditional arrangement. The arrangement I received was dead within three days. A lofty price to pay for flowers that won't even last a week. I've received flowers from Trader John's that have lasted two weeks and cost $9.00. I have totally lost faith in this company and will no longer order flowers or recommend Williams florist. Do not waste your time or your money with this company. After talking with my friend, she said the smaller blue flowers were already falling off their stems and that other flowers were not fresh either. Within four days ALL the flowers were dead. Such a waste of money. Despite what the business owner said, I will not be using them again. read more

Flowers never made it, she got a call at 8 PM saying they were trying to deliver but the office was closed...duh. Ordered an arrangement for a Celebration of Life, to go on top of the box of ashes. This was very important to us to get right, so we were very specific about what we wanted, discussed specific flower types, the shape of the arrangement, size, etc. They said that since we were ordering over a week before the service they would most likely have the flowers we discussed. When we went to pick it up, the arrangement was much smaller than discussed; they said the dish they ordered came in smaller than they expected. So the flowers we talked about were too big and they made several substitutions. But no one bothered to call before pick up. So the arrangement was small, the flowers were wrong, and the shape was not right. The small carnations they used were half dead and flowers were falling out the same day we picked it up. So disappointing. When I called to talk to them about it they offered a $15 discount. So so sad about this experience. read more

I love going into this store! Yes, as the name implies, they create floral arrangements, but the store has much more. There is a limited walking space, but it's worth squeezing by a fellow customer to browse the wide variety of decorative items. Most of what they sell is fairly unique and better quality than one would find at a chain store. You can also pick up some coffee and a tasty treat while you're there. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The displays are constantly changing with the season; so, there's always something new. It's fun to browse, and I rarely leave empty handed. My husband passed away 3 weeks ago, and as he was a proud Vietnam veteran, we held his memorial on Veteran's Day. I had asked that people not buy flowers, but donate to a charity instead. The only flowers that would be there was the one basket I ordered from Lynch Creek Floral. We had them delivered to my granddaughter's house, so that I wouldn't have to deal with it the day of the memorial. Consequently, I did not see the flowers until we were there. I had asked for a red, white and blue arrangement that would cost about $100, had a picture of what I wanted, and the person at the flower shop said that "definitely" they could do that. I paid, $75 for the arrangement, less than I expected, but thought that it was ok. When we got to the memorial, and I saw the flowers, I almost cried. It was awful, I could have done better with Safeway flowers myself. Instead of standing tall, it was short and round. There were a few blue things in it, some red roses that were falling apart the next day, and some white flowers that were drooping. And of course, the only flowers at the celebration of my husband's life. Needless to say, I will never, NEVER again order flowers there. Not only that, but I will tell anyone looking for flowers not to go there. read more

Lynch Creek Floral is not what it used to be. I ordered a corsage wristlet for my son's senior prom. I paid a premium price of $54.95 asked for white Orchids and Roses with a little bit of black and gold accents. Ordered on Monday, received a call Friday morning that they didn't have orchids. They used a pink flower with two small tea roses, some black feathers and called it good. I asked them to remake. Second attempt was still not what I would expect for the price I paid. Look at the time of the reviews friends. After 2015, probably the year it was sold, you will not get the same quality Shelton has been used to getting from Lynch Creek Floral. My family vacations in this area every year. We are always so excited to visit Lynch Creek Floral to shop, have coffee and enjoy the gorgeous displays. What has happened to this shop?Apparently the store sold last year.The place was a jumble, the coffee section is gone and no one to greet or wait on us. An angry looking woman finally came out of the back and helped us, but acted annoyed the whole time. No arrangements under 75,00 available that day! And the angry lady just kept insisting they were 'premium'. The flowers we picked out for our host (and spent way too much money on), lasted barely two days! The whole experience was disappointing. I was most disappointed with the product from Lynch Creek. I ordered online and ordered a beautiful floral arrangement for the funeral of a favored aunt. When I got to the funeral, imagine my surprise and disappointment when I saw the arrangement. Instead of the big beautiful arrangement, I got the smallest one that was pictured. I called them the next day and they were both gracious and apologetic. Offered me a refund on the difference between the small arrangement and the large one I ordered.
