They were most definitely left in the car overnight with wilted flowers and torn leaves. I called customer service line, they greatly apologized and said they will send me to the store manager. I also disputed the charge as scam because that's what it felt like, they sent over the refund and I will be canceling the dispute to honor their quick settlement.
