Very last minute, as in, I contacted this business the Saturday after my wedding (with flowers already starting to wilt) and asked if she could preserve my bouquet and save the day! She was more than willing to take the bouquet without an advance reservation or notice (unlike many Etsy sellers who turned me down). As I was traveling to my honeymoon, one of my bridesmaids delivered my bouquet to Hazel. Hazel was very prompt in her communication with me regarding preservation options, price, timeline, frame options, etc. I was very impressed! 7.5 weeks later, and she hand delivered my framed bouquet to me! Yes, hand delivered it to my doorstep. I just love how she went out of her way to do that for me. And the cherry on top is that my preserved bouquet is gorgeous!! I had asked that the bouquet be preserved in a heart shape, as that is the shape my bouquet took on the day of the wedding. She delivered on that, and so much more!
