I tried contacting the florist via email at their customer service email. Then I replied to the Confirmation (there was a note that said "Reply to this Confirmation with any questions or concerns"). I did that. No response. I started calling on the 16th ~ the message on their phone says "if you don't hear back in 30 minutes, please call again." I called every 30 minutes, with no response. My last message said, "if I don't hear back in 30 minutes, I'm calling my credit card company and cancelling!" Still nothing. I cancelled the charge and STILL have not heard a thing!! This is atrocious!!! It ruined my Mom's birthday and there will NEVER be a way to make this better.

This is a unique floral shop with attention to details that obviously come from a lifetime of passion, knowledge of flowers and floral design. We ordered on line, response was swift, personalized and caring. They sent a link to pay, done and done. The Mother's day gift set included local fresh cut seasonal flowers delightfully designed in a beautiful vase. With a box including chocolate and an amazing coconut candle. Peonies are moms absolute favorite flower, the floral arrangement came packed with these beauties. Mom is a master gardener, so she can be hard to impress. She sent pictures everyday as they opened and even changed colors. She said it was the most beautiful floral arrangement she has ever received!!! The box itself came beautifully wrapped and had an elegant straw flower on top. Washington is known for their beautiful famers markets and so many flowers to choose from, but I don't live there, mom does. It's nice to know there is a florist in Olympia that makes you feel like you walked in a field of flowers and picked them yourself. Fleurae floral design delivers something magical for your soul. It had reflection of a Seattle store, Archie Mcphie. I don't know If the two are related, but I don't know if Archie even exists anymore. I used to do their parking lot sale, but when they ended it 15 years ago, I stopped shopping there as that was the only way to pay a reasonable price for items imported in bulk from China. A lot of displays and boxes here were empty, I don't know if they had a holiday run or are just bad at restocking, but I reached for a few things that just were there. They had some cool Olympia based items and a fair amount of pop culture and although not cheap, the pricing was fair and based on the thrift shops we visited, the kind of stuff that holds our attention was cheaper here than it was second hand in other places. At the end of the day, there was nothing here we had to have so we left empty handed. Every city needs a store like this. If merch was stocked , we certainly would have bought something.
