Lori followed us out to our car. She looked so mean and did not once talk to my husband and me. She just talked to our daughter. Lori asked my daughter where the sticker price tag came from? That my daughter needs to put it back. Who does that? It's a price tag. There were numerous things in the store that didn't have a price tag. We didn't complain. The lady held my daughter's hand and said, "Are you going to cry?" That's so rude and disrespectful. She kept on saying, "Are you going to cry?" to a 1-year-old? My daughter says a few words. She doesn't know how to talk. My husband and I felt so sad when Lori did that to our daughter. The lady never apologized for her actions. My husband went back inside to tell Lori that what she did was wrong. You don't touch other people's children and yell at them. My daughter didn't break anything. She was happy looking for a dresser for her room. But my daughter ended up crying over a lady bullying her.

It had reflection of a Seattle store, Archie Mcphie. I don't know If the two are related, but I don't know if Archie even exists anymore. I used to do their parking lot sale, but when they ended it 15 years ago, I stopped shopping there as that was the only way to pay a reasonable price for items imported in bulk from China. A lot of displays and boxes here were empty, I don't know if they had a holiday run or are just bad at restocking, but I reached for a few things that just were there. They had some cool Olympia based items and a fair amount of pop culture and although not cheap, the pricing was fair and based on the thrift shops we visited, the kind of stuff that holds our attention was cheaper here than it was second hand in other places. At the end of the day, there was nothing here we had to have so we left empty handed. Every city needs a store like this. If merch was stocked , we certainly would have bought something.

The box itself came beautifully wrapped and had an elegant straw flower on top. Washington is known for their beautiful famers markets and so many flowers to choose from, but I don't live there, mom does. I ordered a $150 arrangement for my Mom's birthday (the 15th). I received a confirmation…read moreimmediately. On the 15th, I didn't hear from my Mom about receiving anything. I tried contacting the florist via email at their customer service email. Then I replied to the Confirmation (there was a note that said "Reply to this Confirmation with any questions or concerns"). I did that. No response. I started calling on the 16th ~ the message on their phone says "if you don't hear back in 30 minutes, please call again." I called every 30 minutes, with no response. My last message said, "if I don't hear back in 30 minutes, I'm calling my credit card company and cancelling!" Still nothing. I cancelled the charge and STILL have not heard a thing!! This is atrocious!!! It ruined my Mom's birthday and there will NEVER be a way to make this better.
