Lori followed us out to our car. She looked so mean and did not once talk to my husband and me. She just talked to our daughter. Lori asked my daughter where the sticker price tag came from? That my daughter needs to put it back. Who does that? It's a price tag. There were numerous things in the store that didn't have a price tag. We didn't complain. The lady held my daughter's hand and said, "Are you going to cry?" That's so rude and disrespectful. She kept on saying, "Are you going to cry?" to a 1-year-old? My daughter says a few words. She doesn't know how to talk. My husband and I felt so sad when Lori did that to our daughter. The lady never apologized for her actions. My husband went back inside to tell Lori that what she did was wrong. You don't touch other people's children and yell at them. My daughter didn't break anything. She was happy looking for a dresser for her room. But my daughter ended up crying over a lady bullying her.

First of all, you must realize there's tons of coffee places in Washington, especially in Yelm I can count about 9 places that sell coffee on the main Street. And unfortunately people are lazy and like to drive through and get their beverages. So that's sort of a negative for Kravins. You need to make that place a coffee house. Someone is willing to get out of their car for. The former business was really adorable. They had some really cute unique vintage stuff in there shop. They had a business that did Do-It-Yourself terrariums in the back. It was very unique and it was sad that they didn't make it due to lack of support of this town. The rule of thumb is when you take over a business you need to make it better and more interesting . I went in the other day, because I heard they had soup there a while back. They no longer sell soup. So that's strike one. Their baked goods looked like they had bought them from the grocery store instead of either sourcing them from someone unique or baking them themselves. There are plenty of bakers that are independent in this town that you could source some really amazing baked goods from if you don't want to do it yourself. You need something like that to bring people in. I don't know why you don't have a soup and salad bar that would take your business to the next level. The cute shop and vintage items are gone and have been replaced with boring gift store items. Tim's pharmacy has the most unique items and they're right across the street. Why are you trying to reinvent the wheel with some humdrum stuff? I'm giving you free advice if you want to make that business go. You have to make it shine and be so unique. Even the drinks have to be different. I purchased a small smoothie that cost me almost $8 and it wasn't good. It was extremely sweet and it had a strange taste to it. Based on that visit I would never come back and I wouldn't recommend you to anybody. You have a really nice shop there. You need to really bring it up to the next level. You need to serve some sort of soup and salad. Something unique. Forget the sandwiches. Those are everywhere or if you make sandwiches they have to be different. People are looking for something new. My grandmother's old rocker was in bad condition, with an old paint job peeling off. The wood…read morebeneath looked grayish, either from age or from the paint. Reagan did a beautiful job of getting down to the original oak. She worked with me to choose a stain that would go well with new cabinetry in our home. Some of the old paint deep in the cracks gives it an antiqued look, and it's most definitely an antique, now made like new in the best way. From start to finish, Becci went out of her way to make sure I was completely happy. Our installers were great too! I remember Vadim, but his partner's name escapes me. At any rate, both were clean, polite, professional, hard-working, respectful. I would recommend Closet Factory to anyone and I will use them again should I have a future project. Photos attached do not include my drawer handles, which were special order and arrived after the project was complete. I understood this when I ordered them, and Becci came the day after Thanksgiving to deliver/install them and even threw in a free tie rack! Also attached are progress photos, which do not include the lighting package. I thought maybe I chose too dark of colors, but with the lighting it looks amazing!
