First I want to start out by saying when they started they were great, we had no issues, we hardly ever complained and we never not paid. We paid in a timely manner except when treasure of HOA left, we then asked to pay by phone and was told there would be a $30 charge for this, what? We just changed treasures and don't have new treasure on checks, all we want to do is pay with debit, and wanted to pay in advance and was $30 for each transaction and each month would be a different transaction, so basically until then you mise well add $30 to every bill, but that was not the end of it, so this was our first complaint in 4 years and a month later we notice different people taking care of landscaping, we ask and they are subcontractors, who I might add are not as good as original frost employees but I understand, people don't want to work now days, this is not my biggest complaint, my biggest complaint is right now is when everything is growing like crazy and they just call and cancel us for no reason, not giving us a recommendation (who we might call or someone else that could help) but just cancel us giving us the reason of we live to far away.....ummmm? You are a Orting company, we live in Orting, this makes no sense, so let me get this straight, we pay you for 4 years and when things really start growing between spring and summer, you call and drop us and when asking why you say with gas prices we live to far, we live in the same town??? We have been very understanding about your staffing problems, and understanding that you did not come out as many times as you were suppose to over the last 4 months and didn't even complain once we found out you were subcontracting, and they were not doing as good of job, yet you still call and cancel us after 4 years of dedicated service to you, and give a lame excuse as to why??? This is not professional to leave your clients high and dry and especially after horrible service the last 4 months, service we didn't complain about because we wanted to be understanding about your staffing problems but don't call us with a lame excuse that when we live in the same town your company is owned in that we are too far away, I timed it yesterday....it took me 20 mins with lights to get to where your office is, give me a break. I'm disappointed you couldn't come up with a better excuse then that, even when you called 2 weeks prior and said ypu would have to raise your rates due to gas prices, we said we understood... Wow, just wow....very unprofessional leaving good clients high and dry when you know everything is growing like crazy right now and doing so, last minute. I am at the end of a 12month contract. Most of my interactions have been with Jennifer, their scheduler. Communication has been poor. I had a similar experience with reminding them to come out and maintain our hedges and bushes and trees as well as other services like restarting our sprinkler system. If you have a contract and are paying in a timely manner then you should expect them to do their work in a timely professional manner. At the end of the year, our lawn is riddled with weeds and overgrown!! She told me she was going to send somebody out today to mow one last time before my contract expired and didn't happen! They do not weed, they scalp the lawns, and will offer excuse after excuse as to why they either cannot or will not complete work. They may be fine for an individual homeowner somewhere. They park their trucks illegally by blocking driveways and place materials in the middle of the road (and on other people's property) with no cones or anything. This company will practically laugh at you and tell you it is all your fault and not due to their negligence. I am the Property Manager for Crystal Pointe Mobile Park and we contracted Frost Landscape over 4 years ago. Each and every time they have been out to my property, they have left it looking amazing. I have never had to call the office to complain. In fact, I had a landscape project that I needed done and unfortunately did not give them much time to get it done as I was on a time crunch. The owner Erick and his team made it happen! Not only did they make it happen, but Erick stopped by to make sure all was going well. While he was here, I witnessed him ordering pizza for his crew! Even as busy as they are, they carved out some time to get my project done. Talk about service! I have also hired them several times to do projects on some of my homes in the park that we are getting ready to sell. Great company, great service. I will continue doing business with them. I had Frost Landscape come out to my mothers house to clean the whole place up. It has needed help for over 3 years, and was just never a priority, since my dad passed away. After their team came out and walked my mom through options and ideas, I started to understand just how bad it was. It took them 3 days to complete the project, and let me tell you.........WOW! So professional, so kind, and so respectful. They even helped my mom move some furniture around when they were done. Outstanding customer service and what an amazing job they did. DO NOT USE FROST LANDSCAPE! Frost Landscape canceled my weekly lawn service contract with 2 weeks notice after 2 years. I have been a good customer, paid on time, and used them for projects as well as the weekly service so this was out of the blue and I was not happy about having to find someone else with such short notice. I learned that they didn't cancel all residential lawn services just "some" and they had been using subcontractors instead of their own employees, so the work they agreed to in the contract - weed control, sprinkler start up and shut down, simply didn't happen. My lawn showed NO improvement with weeds and moss prevalent since starting with them in 2020 so it's not a big loss to me. Basically I was paying top dollar for mow, blow & go. Communication is AWFUL with Frost, too. If you have to deal with Jennifer in the main office, be prepared to have her call you and yell at YOU for being rude when you simply point out via email that you only got 2 weeks notice on cancellation and asking why were you still getting billed another month? "I SENT YOU A CERTIFIED LETTER WITH 30 DAYS ON IT!!!" I never received a certified letter, show me where I signed for it... And why didn't you send at least one notice via email like everything else you do? JENNIFER was downright nasty and extremely unprofessional. I'd give you a negative 5 stars just for that tasty interaction. My recommendation: DO NOT USE FROST LANDSCAPE FOR RESIDENTIAL SERVICE! They don't have enough employees on staff for residential and only want the big $$$'s from big projects anyway. read more

BEWARE! I would NOT recommend Frost Landscape. We contracted with them back in Summer 2017 and paid in advance for services, including tree trimming. They failed to perform the tree trimming during the required period even though we kept reminding them that it never got done. Their latest promise was to put it off until the fall because it would be the first opportunity in the tree health cycle. Also, during that time their bi-weekly service deteriorated to barely include lawn mowing. We contacted them many times, including sending them pictures and videos, and they finally were beginning to perform properly. Then, out of the blue, we received a termination notice via mail effective 9/30. Our property is in very bad shape based on their neglect and they never did perform tree trimming services that were promised to us over 14 months ago. My suggestion would be to avoid them like the plague. Never allow Frost Landscaping to take your money before performing the work! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO PERFORM AS PROMISED! read more
