So, I decided to say "good morning!", and got no response at all. So we perused the racks, encountering two more employees, one at the register clearly absorbed in her paperwork, unable to even look up. The other employee made herself scarce, nobody asked us it they could assist us in any way. Finally at the register, there was literally no greeting whatsoever, not a "hello", or thank you for your purchase....nothing. I hate to say that a store that provided clothing I plus sizes didn't have ONE plus size employee. It almost felt shameful to be there and not acknowledged in any sort of way. I've been to this location the past, and it was great, but I will never recommend no return to this location.

The staff was pretty friendly and helped me figure out the "boy" sizing thang that has become popular! It's a decent size shop, not huge, but big enough to get a little bit of everything. It is in smaller set of outlet shops (although what i consider the better ones, including nike, bath and body, new balance, and HH). Shopping in Centralia, Washington…read more.. Since we were at the Centralia Outlet Mall, I wanted to take a look at the SKETCHERS Factory Outlet. I didn't see anything I really liked or needed. They were friendly to other customers in the time I was there however so maybe my timing was just poor. They were not marked down but we picked one up anyway. Similarly the blankets were priced as is not discounted or applicable to any promotions they had. No big deal. I'll take it in. I've been told in the future. If there's any product wrong, just bring it back. OK no problem. Never done it until today in Centralia Washington walked in so I have a return. She said oh she didn't even guide me or not up to the front. She was talking to some other lady oh, we have a return. It's her butt OK wow don't even know me so I go up there and I said oh I said this is leaked everywhere all over my butterfly plug-in light oh, you have it too tight she didn't pull it out of the bag. She didn't do nothing to assume that it was tight or loose or broken or damage or nothing she didn't ask me. When did you do this? What happened? How can we assist you? Absolutely nothing I said so you're just gonna assume I did it tight. I don't do mine tight. It's not my first rodeo of doing these plug-ins. I've been shopping here for like 15 years. I'll be right back. I said OK that's fine. She walks out less than three minutes later said yep, you tied too tight I go, but you're gonna assume that I did that well. I could just tell by looking at it naked you can't assume nothing by looking at it I said so you're just gonna basically do whatever it was been over 90 days I said I've never been told that I'm not asking for my money back. I'm not asking for anything else except for a replacement because this is my butterflies and I absolutely love butterflies. That's why I got it so I know what to tell you. I said I know what to tell me if I'm never coming back here that's what I'm gonna tell me and I'm gonna tell the rest of the world too so I called Bath And Body Works customer service and I got more done there than I did at the Centralia Washington Bath And Body Works I will not shop there again. I don't care how their deals are how good their prices are. I'll go out of my way over an hour away to go back to Puyallup Washington because I get better treated respect there than I did the centralia one. so just thought I'd put this on yelp. There's no customer service there whatsoever. I'm done shopping there.
