Took weeks to get a response from the contact me page. I was looking for 3 dresses and told her the colors I needed and what styles I didn't want. She kept ignoring me. I wasn't going to pay a deposit and drive all the way to Centralia if she hadn't anything I was looking for. She kept saying send pictures. If I had pictures of what I wanted, I would've bought from that store. Very rude and doesn't seem to speak English well. She lost a big customer. And I have a circle of women that need dresses,but I will advise them against this place. I have never had such amazing costumer service!! I was looking for a specific dress that I had tried on at a boutique in Michigan. The one in Michigan had a couple snags which was disappointing. I searched around to see if any other boutiques had it to order and I found it here. I had a couple questions about sizing as the dress that I tried on was big in the chest but fit well everywhere else. This boutique called me and talked to be about the fit, the color, and even went as far to check with their warehouse about a different color that had been discontinued. Truly truly amazing! I had no intentions of trying on dresses when I went in w my daughter to pick up her altered wedding dress, but the owner said she had dresses perfect for me. As I am a bigger size, I was super self-conscious and didn't think anything world fit. She picked my size perfectly and had me try beautiful dresses. I never would have tried on my own. She was so nice and praised my good features the dresses complimented! It was the best customer service! And the prices for my daughter's alterations were great and her dress is perfect! read more

Located downtown and easy to find with Yelp directions! Parking is street parking and a walk past cute stores. I was immediately impressed as soon as I walked inside! We were instantly greeted by a friendly young lady that catered to my daughters every need!!! She provided excellent customer service! She helped my daughter with everything! Right down to lacing her dress and fitting her shoes! I will get Every special occasion dress from here from now on! They have everything! They even altered the dress and found the perfect jewelry and purse to match my daughter's dress! I can't rave enough about this place! Cute dresses but a bit outdated and horrible customer service. She was so rude and tried accusing us of breaking a zipper when she couldn't unzip it off of my friend. We ended up getting the zipper down and she was very rude about it. Saying "are you serious, you broke the dress" when it clearly was not broken. We left immediately. Also, the dressing rooms were not private. It is one open space so don't expect any privacy when trying on dresses. read more

Tami is the biggest sweetheart, she's beyond awesome to work with and treats us like family. I went to her for 3 dances in highschool and now for a wedding dress and my brides maid dresses. You know that pit in your stomach when your daughter or step-daughter wants you to go prom dress shopping. When I got the call to go prom dress shopping, I immediately thought "turtlenecks and pant suits would be perfect this time of year!" Little did I know that my opinion was less important than my credit card!! However, the staff at Doria's made my shopping experience (or paying experience) less painful. They were friendly and very helpful leading me to the couch and out of the way of the plethora of shopping teens. The dress was beautiful and my credit card was not declined. Win - Win. Twice, I have been a customer here and twice, they have set me up with the dress of my dreams. On both occassions, I was looking for a dress for a Halloween costume. The ladies there were able to help me find a dress small enough to fit me that matched the style I had in mind. Plus, they offered to make alterations and find me a pair of shoes to match. They have a large selection of dresses but many on the rack are snagged so you'll want to order a dress if you find one here. They are very kind and try to be helpful..... so why the three star review? Because while some people don't mind getting undressed in front of other women, the fact that they had one huge room for a dressing room where everyone goes and no privacy was a huge turn off for me. I'm 43 years old, I don't want to be undressing in front of others and I'm pretty darn sure they don't want to see me undressing. If you're not bothered by that then you may find a great dress and they are like I said really kind, the girls did their best to help. read more

First of all, they were "organized" by color. Not the end of the world. But, once you find your color, you get to rummage thru a rack of randomness that most likely won't come in your size. Second, the "changing room" is one open space you get to share with everyone else that happens to be trying on a dress at that time. Seriously. If that isn't bad enough, the flooring is old horrible carpet that could desperately use a good vacuuming AND deep cleaning. Oh and try not to let the random stuff laying around and the holes in the wall bother you. Lastly, the customer service displayed by the owner is less about the customer and more about what she thinks is the best way to get you to purchase something, anything. I won't ever go back and I will be passing along my experience with everyone. read more

This is the place to go for prom and homecoming dresses! Staff there are always so sweet and helpful! They help the girls get in and out of the dresses and even go find more dresses for them and bring them to the dressing room for them! Just super sweet people there! The dresses are not all picked over like a lot of other places! There aren't individual dressing rooms so just be prepared! Highly recommend this place! read more

We walked in and were absolutely overwhelmed by the number of dresses they had, but the ladies who work there asked what I was looking for, and helped me find dresses to try on, they were very accomodating and helpful, I can't say enough about the positive customer service I experienced. As a woman who is over 6' tall, short wasted, long legged and busty i.e. not shaped like a stick figure, shopping for clothes has always been the 7th level of Hell for me. So I was trepidatious about shopping for my mother of the groom dress for my sons formal wedding here in town. Historically either my mother or I have made gowns for this sort of event but I didn't have time and didn't want my mother to have to do this for me. I actually bought another dress online and when I got it, I hated it. Imagine my delighted surprise when I walked into Doria's and they were not only happy to assist me but they actually had dresses that fit me and are the right length!!! I found the perfect dress with minimal alterations to be done (adding straps to a strapless gown). It's formal, timeless in design and doesn't make me look matronly and old. It's also reasonably priced. I've walked into boutiques where the little size 0's working there stuck their noses in the air and acted like I was invisible. I didn't darken their door again.
