Best prices for plant starts that I've found in the area! I pass this place a decent amount and stop by more often than not if I'm not in a rush. It's a great place to try some new plants with little risk. Especially if you just want some filler plants because slugs ate all the heirloom veg you grew from seed ahem. I've gotten three or four starts in three-inch pots for just two dollars before, and as the season goes on, they'll have sales and clearances on more expensive stuff, still never expensive though. Big selection, but tends to be hybrid and conventional items, which meets a lot of my needs. The parking lot is tiny so it can get crowded. I went there on the last day of the season, not knowing it was the last day, and after checking out, they told me they were letting shoppers take any plant for free on their way out! Such a cute little gesture. The lines can get long as they only have two registers max at once and some people make huge purchases that have to all be manually scanned. Not a problem, but just to be aware. Wish their season was longer as I plant for my fall harvests, but looking forward to visiting next year! read more

Beautiful greenhouse with a wide selection of plants! I had a unfortunate experience with the rose trees I purchased becoming infested, but I have never had another unfortunate experience since! They always have beautiful flower baskets in the spring a great veggies for your garden along with a fantastic tree selection! read more

Got 3 fruit trees staff walked around with me and made sure I was getting trees that could cross pollinate! The gentleman was so helpful and so friendly he helped load everything to my car even and helping to fit them in!! Will absolutely be back my trees are beautiful read more

I like to revisit small businesses when I can and I have to say, Jason's really is THE place to get your hanging baskets!! I got mine a smidge early-the beginning of May and they are doing so well! They are huge and strong!! One of mine fell in a wind storm and cracked the bottom, so it seeps water more quickly than the other and it is still big and beautiful!! I have purchased countless plants from Jason's. Some have been great, others not so much. For the first time, ever, I tried taking advantage of the 1-year tree guarbiter offered by most greenhouses, including Jason's. The tree was planted late summer 2019, about 10 months ago. The tree never leafed in spring, but I gave it more time. Speaking with the employee today, they couldn't offer anything, including a straight swap, because I did not keep the paper receipt. I urged that the original tag was intact and it's clear there's been no new growth, adding that I did not anticipate NEEDING the paper receipt. There are far too many area nurseries with better prices and policies for me to return. So disappointing. read more

I really want to love this place. They have a great selection of plants but it's a hit or miss with the staff.

Very poor customer service! This is the second time I've tried to get help with a plant package and the lady was very rude. She made me feel like I was bothering her. The first time I was looking to purchase $3000 plant package and this time I needed approximately $7500.00 in plants maybe a little less. read more

I couldn't find what I was looking for (organic herbs and vegetables). There was not very good signage about what was in what section. It was difficult to tell which areas had plants for sale and which were off limits by scanning the area. I asked one of the workers a couple of questions and felt like I was bothering them, by their reaction (they seemed irritated). I picked out a couple of healthy, cheerful looking flowers and when I went to check out, there was no cashier at the register, so I had to wait around. read more

Shopped there this Monday . I have been a customer for a few years-Beautiful plants, reasonable prices , but UNSAFE TO SHOP THERE DURING COVID. They have signs up reminding social distancing and a plexiglass barrier at the cashier but EMPLOYEES DID NOT WEAR MASKS- THEY WERE NOT JUST BEHIND BARRIER BUT MOVING AROUND THE BUSINESS WITHOUT A MASK. Dangerous for them as well as customers. Covid is real - I know two people personally who have died and a third who was on a respirator for 12 days and dialysis. Only one was a senior citizen. read more

Very friendly, informative staff. I have a green thumb, but being new to Washington (I'm from New England) what I most appreciated was their obvious knowledge of what grows best here, and when. The differences were far more than I thought, and the friendly guidance was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back for all of my planting needs. read more

Plenty of selection to chose from and a wide variety of everything, this tine I was here, they didnt had much strawberry plants though, but was tempted on one of their cherry plants, we did end up getting some stuff here- and I thought the prices were for the most part very reasonable, and the help here was very good, I would come back here, and I would most certainly recommend Jason's Greenhouse if your looking for plants and stuff. read more

As a shopper, I have watched this business grow over the years. The selection has really increased! I look forward to seeing what they will offer next year. Went here a few weeks ago to look at ome blueberry plant because thy were on sale. Didn't really know what to buy. I asked the lady that was watering the plants what she recommended and she gave a 30 min spill about blueberries. I bought two blueberry plants and felt great about the purchase. Since them I have a cherry and apple tree. Several herbs and veggie plants. All my plants are doing great and I am happy with the purchase as well as the staff. I will only buy my plants from here since they always have the answers that I need and I never feel like I am bothering them by asking them things. You know a nursery is amazing when even their clearance sale plants grow great!!!! This is a nursery for gardeners: best plants, locally grown (very important!), and all soil and stuff to go with it. I love that they let me look without hassling me to buy or "selling" me stuff. If I need questions answered, I just "window shop" long enough to find someone and I learn new plants as well as getting my questions answered. Sometimes I pick up extra plants that way (don't tell my husband!). I have actually been trying to build a huge landscape and garden and veggie garden, so have tried other places and disappointment is usually what I get at other places. Jason's is the place for gardeners! I do a little research and get a idea of what I want where and why, then go get their plants and advice and things just grow and grow. Hint: landscape design is a totally different thing and a great investment, but the best landscape designers do NOT work for nurseries. read more

Customer service was horrible. They have three different times as to when they close posted various places ranges from (5-6) their inside business card even has the wrong time vs the sign they have out by the road. Went to return some items within 24 hours of buying (bought to much) and they were closed even though online it says 6:00pm. So went back next day and was told they did t do returns only on shrubs or trees when the only sign posted clearly visually is no basket returns and we asked an employee while shopping and they said they did returns. The snarky rude employee showed me the return sign up on their bulletin board covered up by an old newspaper article (kind of hard to see). Then while helping me the employee with snarky and rude to another customer. Won't ever shop here again!!!! Customer service is horrible polices/times uncleared go spend your money else where!!! It wouldn't be very hard for an employee to make a return policy and post it visual and to fix the business cards with the down time they have. read more

Totally unimpressed. I know not a thing about plants, what grows where, or most importantly how, to lay out a garden design. I chose Jasons because of the reviews on yelp. I arrived and spoke to a very nice young woman at the counter. I told her my dilemma and showed her a picture of the different areas in my yard that I was landscaping. I asked if somebody there could help me do a layout, showing me what plants went together, which ones were flowering and which ones have fragrance, and how I should lay out the plants. She told me I would have to speak to Bill who was gone at the moment but will be back shortly, if I didn't mind waiting and he would be happy to help me out. About 15 minutes and Bill returned. When I explained to him when I was looking for, he pointed to a greenhouse, "Walk through there, The first 10 feet or so ate plants that will grow in the shade." Explain that I really needed somebody to help me select the plants, then I had no idea or knowledge of what I was doing. His response? "Just pick out things that you like" "That's my problem. I don't know what any of this is so I don't know what I like. I'm looking for somebody to help me put it together.", I said. "Just pick what you think looks nice, I'm telling you it's all just trial and error, you have to do the best you can". I couldn't believe I couldn't get this guy.to help me pick out plants. End result was I left without purchasing anything. Maybe it's trial and error to Bill, but I don't have the kind of money for error. Today, I went to Natures Garden in McKenna. I explained what I was looking for to the clerk at the register, he called a young lady over, and she spent a good hour with us showing us different options. Laying out different designs and making suggestions until we were satisfied. I spent a couple hundred dollars, but it is just the beginning. What I purchased will satisfy one area of my yard. I have three more areas in the front, several in the back and more along the sides of my house. I'm figuring by the time I'm done I'll have a couple thousand spent on the plants alone. Not one penny at Jasons. They lost a sale because Bill couldn't be bothered with customer service. read more

We went here looking for Ninebark and other plants. We found the Ninebark and questioned an employee there about it. He gave us all sorts of information including the fact that there were different varieties. They did not happen to sell the variety that we were interested in but told me who might sell it even though it meant losing a sale. We did go to the other nursery however they did not have it and we ended up going back to Jason's to get the original ones we saw. It was only because of the help we got and the honesty that made us go back. The prices were great too!! Would definitely recommend them to others. read more

What a great place to buy plants! When you are a new gardener like me there is so much you don't know but I'm really glad I came to Jason's greenhouse. You can tell the plants are well looked after, so you are getting a great product. There is a huge selection to choose from and if you need help the staff is so friendly and willing to answer any questions. The prices are reasonable, so what more can you ask for.
