Ok ...stopped for lunch with a friend today. The outside is very pleasant. Clean. Nicely landscaped but we went inside as it was really hot. We ordered at kiosk and took the plastic number for our table as instructed by prompts and put number on table. About 5min later I heard staff call the number I was confused as we had table service number but got up and walked toward counter. Just as I was approaching the manager screamed over his employee my number again. No way could I have walked any faster . Everyone at tables stopped to see why he was yelling. Embarrassing but it got worse as we started to eat we had company. Flies. Flies in our boxes flies on our hands etc. They need a fan over the door...no question. Not going to return. I did give 2 stars as they do make effort to keep clean and even though manager obnoxious the staff is quite nice.

Here I am again.. I think this is my last trip here for lunch.. the service for me has finally hit an all time low.. I order the same meal everyday to where the employees already know(yes embarrassing I don't care tho).. went there today waited in the drive through line for a minimum of ten minutes to told to hold on.. lady finally gets my order she repeats it to me and that's it cuts her mic and loves on.. went to get my order and my order wasn't even near correct of what I ordered and the employee responded with.. kind of upsetting when you come here for lunch and they either consistently either hand you the wrong meal for the vehicle behind you or they didn't get the meal right.. they get my food right maybe once a week.. o order double cheeseburgers no pickle and today was the oppsoit

Inside seating. Clean.

Not sure why such a low star. They were super nice, quick and the place is really clean. Bathrooms are clean- locked with a code for customers. For a McDonalds it's one of the better ones! They even had a working ice cream machine! But it is winter...

Sausage McMuffin, I'm loving it.. While driving up the coast for a camping trip to Big Sur this McDonalds was a nice stopping point in Buellton CA. This was a very clean restaurant, and there were ordering kiosks for those that want customizations but don't trust the cashier to get the order right. Our order was correct and their coffee was nice and hot. Can't ask for much more that from a fast-food restaurant. My sausage McMuffin was very savory and tasty. One wont fill you up but it will satisfy you until your next stop for lunch. On the way back home I added egg to my sausage McMuffin, but I think the standalone sausage McMuffin was tastier. - In the morning they leave their doors open, and this place is FREEZING...

To drink, I had the Brown Sugar Cardamom Iced Latte and it was solid albeit on the milkier side. I could taste the cardamom flavor which I liked, but the espresso could've been stronger. I did like the small crunchy iced used though. To eat, I had the Valley Breakfast Sandwich with bacon which was around $16. It was TINY relative to the price. I had a big sandwich from High Street Deli in SLO which came with a generous portion of bacon and avocado for $15 while I would've had to pay even more to add avocado on top of the $16 for this sandwich. The bacon portion is also really small. Regardless of the price, the sandwich was decent and I liked the buttery and soft biscuit and the cheesy and custardy eggs. However, it is very overpriced for what it is. The interior of the cafe is clean and nice with indoor seating and some outdoor seating. They also seem to have wifi and outlets. There's also a private bathroom. For parking, they have a free lot in front of the cafe.

Cool coffee shop in Buellton? YES PLS!…read more Great parking. Simple but cool ambiance. I heard the chocolate chip rye cookies were amazing but they were sold out. However our coffee was just blah. My husband got a flat white and I got a rosemary orange ice almond latte. I wish I took mine back. I drank half and the rested got watered down because I just didn't like it. Still worth checking out if you're in the area!

Cafe Dolce has great coffee and food--we were so glad this was the spot we happened to pick for…read morebreakfast during our road trip! We got the Danish sausage and eggs breakfast and a breakfast bagel, and the portions were incredibly generous. Service was great, especially considering Sam (I'll explain later how we learned his name) was running the whole shop solo. He was making lattes, cooking breakfasts, taking orders, and serving tables! He was so kind and efficient. As we sat with our coffee, we watched regulars come in and greet Sam by name and catch up on their mornings and weeks like old friends. That kind of community seems hard to fake and made this stop feel so homey! We sat outside on the shaded patio and the weather was perfect. Highly recommend if you're ever passing through Solvang.

Crazy that for a "signature" latte it was $13 and tasted terrible. I told them to make it with oat milk and they repeated "with milk" back, and I said oat milk. Either way, they made it with whole milk. When I told them it was the wrong milk the guy working had an attitude and said "we asked you if milk was okay". Even after a remake, the coffee was acidic and distasteful. This was a complete waste of money and an unnecessary experience while visiting the city. No restroom inside, it's pretty skinny and cramped of a layout. There is like 2 tables inside, the rest are the outside patio with the "cafe dolce customer's only" sign. You'll also find the AI flyers and posters on their windows which is a turn off, personally. I think 1-2 were actual photos of the food they offered. Otherwise they have a bit of everything from food, coffee, baklava, ice cream. I highly do not recommend coming to this spot.

I still remember buying butter cookies at the Copenhagen airport, and I've been craving that same style ever since, especially because there aren't many places near me in my area that sell them freshly made. I randomly came across Danish Village Bakery and found a tub of assorted cookies for around $20. The lady working inside helped me right away and answered my questions about which items were the most popular and whether the cookies were freshly made. She was friendly and made the visit quick and easy. You can buy Danish cookies at regular grocery stores, but these tasted completely different. They were softer, fresher, and had that rich, buttery flavor that packaged cookies are usually missing. They were even better than the airport cookies I remembered! The bakery itself had a cute, homey, old-fashioned atmosphere, and there was plenty of free parking nearby. I'm really glad I stopped in because the cookies ended up being one of my favorite treats from the trip. I would definitely return for another tub the next time I'm in town.

Most people get pastries to-go but they have a few tables inside and outside. They sell all kinds of baked goods from cookies to bread and danishes, of course. We came for the famous Kringle ($19). It looks like a big pretzel but it's a light, flaky pastry with an almond flavored filling. It's unique and worth trying. You can't leave without a bucket of Danish Butter Cookies ($22.36). It comes with an assortment of flavors and they're all good, but I'm partial to the chocolate chip and oatmeal. They make great gifts too. We also got their Apple Strudel ($20.65) which was probably my favorite. It wasn't too sweet and had a good amount of apples in it. If you're visiting Solvang and can't decide which bakery to visit, this is a good one to start with.
